The comprehensive display system for the multidimensional state of the power distribution station room, provided by the embodiment of the invention, is visual and comprehensive by acquiring the data of a plurality of subsystems of the power distribution station room and comprehensively displaying the multidimensional data under the station room system.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of power equipment, and particularly relates to a comprehensive display system for a multi-dimensional state of a power distribution station room.
Background
In the power distribution station inspection robot system, a data display and analysis system is an important subsystem of the whole inspection robot system, is used for displaying data acquired in the inspection process of the robot and judging the data simultaneously to generate a corresponding report and an analysis result, is equivalent to an external window of the robot system, and is a comprehensive system integrating excavation, analysis and judgment.
Under the influence of technology, the data of the whole system of the robot is displayed and analyzed into each subsystem, and the subsystems are isolated generally. The work of the personnel is separated from each other, and the personnel can only carry out exhibition or analysis and the like, and can not intuitively and comprehensively master the indoor condition of the power distribution station.

an expert database storing specific expert data;
the comparison module is used for comparing the salient point data with the data in the expert database to obtain a comparison report;
and the early warning module is used for comparing the acquired data value with an early warning threshold value and giving an alarm when the acquired data value exceeds the early warning threshold value.

The NVR device 11 is connected to a network camera 111. The environment collector 13 includes a temperature and humidity sensor 131, a four-in-one gas sensor 132, an SF6 gas sensor 133 and a PM2.5 sensor 134. The total serial server 22 is connected with four branch serial servers 221.
The station control client 3 includes:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring data of the station control server 1 and the application server 2; the data includes: environment, cabinet body environment, security protection environment etc. are patrolled and examined to the robot, if: the robot patrols and examines the environment, includes to the patrolling and examining of the cabinet body, patrols and examines table meter, knob, switch floodgate etc. on the cabinet body, also includes simultaneously that the in-station electric wave, ultrasonic wave, temperature etc. carry out certain detection. The cabinet body environment comprises the steps of detecting discharge and switch gates in the cabinet, monitoring the conditions of the whole station, such as gas, temperature and humidity, noise, air quality, overflow, fire fighting, storage battery and the like, in a security environment such as partial discharge, mechanical characteristics, cable head temperature and the like;
the graphic module is used for generating a data report and a data chart according to the collected data, displaying the data report and the data chart in the station control client 3, displaying the trend of data change in a chart and three-dimensional mode, and visually checking the trough and the bottom of the data wave to reflect the change of the data;
the classification module is used for intelligently classifying the acquired data, generating a track analysis chart from the same type of data, comparing the track change of the same type of data, labeling salient point data and positioning the salient point data;
the expert database stores specific expert data and analyzes the expert data;
the comparison module is used for comparing the salient point data with the data in the expert database to obtain a comparison report, observing in a visual map mode and fixedly collecting the characteristic data;
and the early warning module is used for comparing the acquired data value with the early warning threshold value after the early warning threshold value is set, and according to the change of the acquired data and the change of the environment, the system can change the autonomy of the preset value under different periods of states so as to obtain the requirements of different environments, and alarms when the early warning threshold value is exceeded, so that intelligent early warning is completed.
The station control client 3 supports the display of windows, Ubuntu, mobile terminals and other multi-system platforms, belongs to a client server type architecture system, can be deployed on different systems according to different system environments, and accordingly displays different system platform characteristics and has high adaptability, wherein: the windows platform is mainly based on a data analysis and display module and can display the change and trend of data by powerful map analysis and data tracks. The Ubuntu platform is mainly used for data system performance, shows the processing capacity of a large amount of data of a database, processes and collects data quickly and efficiently, and is integrated into the system. The mobile end platform is mainly controlled by the robot, and can send different instructions to train the robot to perform simulation operation according to the control robot in different environments and different states and timeliness. The robot can be intelligent patrols and examines the operation, according to the circumstances of discharging in environment, temperature, humidity, the station, carries out the monitoring of patrolling and examining of the different effects of different degrees, generates simultaneously and patrols and examines the report.
