The invention provides a control method for a fan of a condenser of an air conditioning unit. The method is particularly suitable for controlling the condenser fan during the refrigerating operation of the variable-frequency air-cooled screw unit.
Fig. 1 is a schematic method diagram of an embodiment of a condenser fan control method provided by the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the control method includes at least step S110, step S120, and step S130.
And step S110, detecting the high-pressure and/or the compressor current of the high-pressure side of the system in the operation process of the air conditioning system.
Specifically, according to characteristic curves of a compressor motor and a fan motor used by the air conditioning unit, an external characteristic curve mathematical model f (x1) about the compressor motor and an external characteristic curve mathematical model f (x2) about the fan motor are obtained through fitting, and accordingly basic logic of air conditioning unit fan operation air conditioning control is obtained. In order to ensure the normal starting of the unit, after the air conditioning system is started, controlling the condenser fan to start according to a preset initial frequency before the compressor starts for a first preset time; and detecting the high-pressure and/or the current of the compressor at the high-pressure side of the system after controlling the condenser fan to start and operate for a second preset time according to the preset initial frequency. For example, after the unit is turned on, the condenser fan is started at an initial frequency F0 (F0 is 50Hz, for example) 10 seconds before the compressor is started, and is kept running for 1 minute, and then the detection of the high pressure on the high pressure side of the system and/or the compressor current is started to enter the automatic optimization control regulation.
Alternatively, the actual high-pressure B during the operation of the unit can be detected by a pressure sensor arranged on a high-pressure side pipeline of the system, and the actual compressor current value a during the operation of the unit can be detected by a current transformer arranged on a power line of the compressor.
And step S120, determining the adjusting amplitude of the condenser fan frequency according to the detected high-pressure and/or the detected compressor current.
In one embodiment, determining the magnitude of the adjustment of the condenser fan frequency based on the sensed high pressure comprises: calculating a first modulation amplitude K1 of the condenser fan frequency according to the high pressure B by the following formula (1);
K1=k×(B-B0)×100% (1)
where B0 is a target high pressure set according to the unit design pressure, for example 800kPa, and k is an adjustment coefficient, which can be obtained through a plurality of tests, for example 0.03. The above formula (1) obtains the adjustment amplitude (i.e. the frequency adjustment percentage) of the condenser fan frequency according to the deviation between the actual high pressure B of the unit and the target high pressure B0.
Determining an amplitude of modulation of the condenser fan frequency based on the detected compressor current, comprising: calculating a second modulation amplitude K2 of the condenser fan frequency from the compressor current by the following equation (2);
K2=(A-A0)×100% (2)
wherein, A0 is compressor theoretical current value, which can be obtained by the controller according to the compressor actual frequency in f (x1) automatic fitting calculation. The above equation (2) obtains the adjustment amplitude (i.e. the frequency adjustment percentage) of the condenser fan frequency according to the deviation of the compressor actual current value a and the compressor theoretical current value a 0.
Preferably, after a first regulation amplitude is calculated according to the high-pressure and a second regulation amplitude is calculated according to the compressor current, pre-regulation is carried out according to the first regulation amplitude and the second regulation amplitude to obtain the preferred regulation amplitude of the condenser fan frequency.
Specifically, a first motor power adjusted according to the first adjustment amplitude and a second motor power adjusted according to the second adjustment amplitude are calculated through a motor power formula (i.e., pre-adjusted); determining the adjustment amplitude with the minimum motor power in the first adjustment amplitude and the second adjustment amplitude according to the calculated first motor power and the second motor power; and taking the adjustment amplitude with the minimum motor power in the first adjustment amplitude and the second adjustment amplitude as the adjustment amplitude of the frequency of the condenser fan. Wherein the first electric power is the sum of the powers of the compressor motor and the fan motor after being adjusted according to the first adjustment amplitude; and the second electric power is the sum of the powers of the compressor motor and the fan motor after being adjusted according to the second adjusting amplitude.
More specifically, a sum P1 of powers of the compressor motor and the condenser fan motor adjusted according to the first adjustment range is calculated from a motor power formula P ═ n × T)/9550 according to an external characteristic curve of the compressor motor and an external characteristic curve of the condenser fan motor, and a sum P2 of powers of the compressor motor and the condenser fan motor adjusted according to the second adjustment range is calculated from a motor power formula P ═ n × T)/9550 according to an external characteristic curve of the compressor motor and an external characteristic curve of the condenser fan motor. N is the motor rotating speed, the compressor motor rotating speed can be obtained according to the first adjusting amplitude and the current frequency of the condensation fan motor, the condensation fan motor rotating speed can be obtained according to the second adjusting amplitude and the current frequency of the condensation fan motor, and T is the torque of the motor at the corresponding rotating speed and is obtained according to the external characteristic curve of the compressor motor and the compressor motor rotating speed or is obtained according to the external characteristic curve of the condenser fan motor and the condensation fan motor rotating speed; n, P and T are the relation quantity of the external characteristic curve of the motor, and the values are in one-to-one correspondence according to the curve.
And S130, adjusting the frequency of the condenser fan according to the determined adjusting amplitude.
For example, the frequency of the condenser fan is adjusted according to the determined adjustment amplitude with the minimum motor power.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the pressure and power dimensions of the unit are calculated and pre-judged preferentially, so that the adjustment load coefficient which enables the unit operation energy efficiency ratio to reach the highest is obtained, and then the actual adjustment is carried out on the fan, so that the method is more intelligent and effective compared with a single control variable; the power is calculated to carry out pre-judgment, unnecessary adjustment of the fan is avoided, energy is saved, and the service life of the motor is prolonged.
In order to clearly illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, an implementation flow of the method for controlling a condenser fan of an air conditioning unit according to the present invention is described below with an embodiment.
Fig. 2 is a schematic method diagram of a method for controlling a condenser fan of an air conditioning unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2:
according to the characteristic curve designed by the compressor motor and the fan motor used by the air conditioning unit, an external characteristic curve mathematical model f (x1) about the compressor motor and an external characteristic curve mathematical model f (x2) about the fan motor are obtained through fitting, and accordingly basic logic of air conditioning control of the operation of the fan of the air conditioning unit is obtained.
And step S1, after the unit is selected to be started, the fan of the condenser of the air conditioning unit is started and operated for 1 minute according to the initial frequency F0 10 seconds before the compressor is started, and then automatic optimization control adjustment is carried out. Detecting and obtaining actual high-pressure B in the running process of the unit through a pressure sensor arranged on a high-pressure side pipeline of the system; and detecting the actual current value A of the compressor in the operation process of the unit through a current transformer arranged on a power line of the compressor.
Step S2, calculating according to the high-pressure B in the running process of the unit and through a formula K1 which is K x (B-B0) x 100% to obtain a frequency adjusting stride K1 of the condenser fan; where B0 is the target high pressure (e.g., 800kPa) set according to the unit design pressure.
Step S3, calculating according to the compressor current A in the running process of the unit by a formula K2 ═ A-A0 x 100% to obtain a frequency adjustment stride K2 of the condenser fan; wherein A0 is compressor theoretical current value, and can be obtained by automatic fitting calculation in f (x1) according to compressor actual frequency by a controller.
In step S4, the controller pre-adjusts the frequency of the condenser fan according to the K1 value obtained in step S2, that is, according to the external characteristic curve of the compressor and the fan, the pre-adjusted power is calculated by the motor power formula P ═ n × T)/9550, and the sum P1 of the power is obtained.
In step S5, the controller pre-adjusts the frequency of the condenser fan according to the K2 value obtained in step S3, that is, according to the external characteristic curve of the compressor and the fan, the pre-adjusted power is calculated by the motor power formula P ═ n × T)/9550, and the sum P2 of the power is obtained.
And step S6, judging the sizes of P1 and P2 in the two adjusting modes according to the P1 and the P2 obtained in the step S4 and the step S5, taking the minimum value Pmin (P1 and P2) to obtain an adjusting mode with smaller power, outputting a corresponding fan frequency adjusting step, and finally finishing the fan frequency adjustment.
The invention also provides a fan control device of the condenser of the air conditioning unit. The device is particularly suitable for controlling the fan of the condenser during the refrigerating operation of the variable-frequency air-cooled screw unit.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of a condenser fan control device of an air conditioning unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the control apparatus 100 includes a detection unit 110, a determination unit 120, and an adjustment unit 130.
The detection unit 110 is used to detect the high-pressure and/or the compressor current on the high-pressure side of the system during the operation of the air conditioning unit.
The device 100 further includes a control unit (not shown), for ensuring normal start of the unit, the control unit controls the condenser fan to start at a preset initial frequency before the compressor starts for a first preset time after the air conditioning system is started; after the control unit controls the condenser fan to start and operate for a second preset time according to the preset initial frequency, the detection unit 110 detects the high-pressure and/or the compressor current on the high-pressure side of the system.
Alternatively, the detecting unit 110 may detect an actual high-pressure B during the operation of the unit through a pressure sensor disposed in the high-pressure side pipeline of the system, and detect an actual compressor current value a during the operation of the unit through a current transformer disposed in the power line of the compressor.
The determination unit 120 is configured to determine an adjustment magnitude of the condenser fan frequency according to the high pressure and/or the compressor current detected by the detection unit 110. The adjusting unit 130 is configured to perform frequency adjustment on the condenser fan according to the adjusting amplitude determined by the determining unit 120.
In a specific embodiment, the determining unit 120 determines the adjustment amplitude of the condenser fan frequency according to the high pressure detected by the detecting unit 110, and includes: calculating a first modulation amplitude K1 of the condenser fan frequency according to the high pressure B by the following formula (1);
K1=k×(B-B0)×100% (1)
where B0 is a target high pressure set according to the unit design pressure, for example 800kPa, and k is an adjustment coefficient, which can be obtained through a plurality of tests, for example 0.03. The above formula (1) obtains the adjustment amplitude (i.e. the frequency adjustment percentage) of the condenser fan frequency according to the deviation between the actual high pressure B of the unit and the target high pressure B0.
The determining unit 120 determines the adjustment amplitude of the condenser fan frequency according to the compressor current detected by the detecting unit 110, including: calculating a second modulation amplitude K2 of the condenser fan frequency from the compressor current by the following equation (2);
K2=(A-A0)×100% (2)
wherein, A0 is compressor theoretical current value, which can be obtained by the controller according to the compressor actual frequency in f (x1) automatic fitting calculation. The above equation (2) obtains the adjustment amplitude (i.e. the frequency adjustment percentage) of the condenser fan frequency according to the deviation of the compressor actual current value a and the compressor theoretical current value a 0.
Preferably, after the determining unit 120 calculates a first adjustment amplitude according to the high-pressure and calculates a second adjustment amplitude according to the compressor current, the determining unit performs pre-adjustment according to the first adjustment amplitude and the second adjustment amplitude to obtain a preferred adjustment amplitude of the condenser fan frequency.
