step 2, a drill rod connector (12) and a soil loosening drill rod (9) are sequentially installed with a motor (6), then the electric slide rail (3) and the motor (6) are started, a sliding block (4) of the electric slide rail (3) moves downwards, the soil loosening drill rod (9) rotates and moves downwards to the lowest end of a drilling drill bit (7), the motor (6) rotates, a soil loosening drill bit (14) loosens soil, after soil in the drilling drill bit (7) is loosened uniformly to a soil suction device (8) in a suction state, the motor (6) rotates reversely, the sliding block (4) of the electric slide rail (3) moves upwards, then the sliding block (4) stops, the motor (6) stops, a suction pipe of the soil suction device (8) extends into the drilling drill bit (7), and soil in the drilling drill bit (7) is sucked out;
step 3, sequentially installing the drilling bit joint (11) and the drilling bit (7), starting the sliding block (4) and the motor (6), continuously drilling the drilling bit (7) to the depth to be excavated, stopping moving the sliding block (4) of the electric sliding rail (3) downwards, stopping rotating the motor (6), detaching the drilling bit joint (11) from the drilling bit (7) and the motor (6), and moving the sliding block (4) of the electric sliding rail (3) upwards to the uppermost end;
step 4, installing the soil sampling cylinder (20) on a main shaft of a motor (6) through a soil sampling cylinder connector (26), opening an electric slide rail (3) and the motor (6), turning down the soil sampling cylinder (20) to a depth to be soil sampled, closing the motor (6), moving up a slide block (4) of the electric slide rail (3), then detaching the soil sampling cylinder (20) from the motor (6), completing sampling, moving up a soil discharging piston (21) along a slide groove (24) or a slide rail (25) along with soil entering in the soil sampling cylinder (20) in the sampling process, after sampling is completed, taking down the soil sampling cylinder (20) from the soil sampling cylinder connector (26), then installing a soil discharging rod (22) on the soil discharging piston (21), pressing the soil discharging rod (22), and moving down the soil discharging piston (21) along the slide groove (24) or the slide rail (25) to discharge the soil out of the soil sampling cylinder (20).
