Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to scouring and bleaching liquid for continuous steaming of cotton and cotton blended knitted fabrics and a scouring and bleaching process, and belongs to the technical field of knitted fabric processing.
Background
A process for refining and bleaching cotton knitted fabric by continuous steaming is disclosed in Chinese patent ZL201410072441.2, which discloses that a cloth sample is soaked and rolled twice in a refining and bleaching working solution, and the mangle ratio is 80-120%; then piling for 10-40 minutes before steaming at the temperature of 30-80 ℃, and then steaming for 10-40 minutes at the temperature of 100-105 ℃ to finish the scouring and bleaching of the cloth sample. The two-step stacking time in the whole process is 20-80 minutes, so the time is slightly long; when the water quality is poor, the fabric may be broken.
At present, alkali-resistant refining degreasers and protonation demineralizers have a plurality of varieties and poor applicability, particularly environment-friendly products are developed slowly and have few varieties, and most of the products in the market contain surfactants such as alkyl phosphate, alkyl sulfate, organic phosphate, NTA, EDTA and the like and chelating agents. The phosphorus-containing compound can cause eutrophication of water, and the nitrogen-containing and sulfur-containing compounds can cause high ammonia nitrogen and sulfur content in the wastewater, thereby increasing the difficulty of wastewater treatment.
Therefore, there is a need to develop an environment-friendly special refining oil removal agent and a protonation demineralizing agent, which are used for a new continuous steaming, scouring and bleaching process for cotton and blended knitted fabrics thereof, so as to solve the problems of long treatment time of the existing fabrics, possible hole breaking, environmental pollution and the like.
