Background
The leather finishing additive is used as a main auxiliary agent for finishing high-grade leather, and can endow the leather with special brightness and wax feeling. Mainly comprises the components of filler, hand feeling regulator, plasticizer and the like. Fillers can be classified into wax fillers, colloid fillers, and oil fillers, depending on their properties. The wax filler is mainly wax emulsion with different melting points, and is generally used for improving the off-board ironing property and avoiding the bonding phenomenon during stacking.
The leather off-board wax is a finishing soft wax assistant which is non-toxic, non-inflammable, strong in permeability and good in dispersibility, and can be widely applied to the surfaces of various kinds of leather. When the adhesive is applied to the surface of leather, the adhesive has good plate-separating property, avoids plate adhesion during high-temperature pressing, does not influence the adhesion between coatings, and can endow the leather with smooth, soft, plump and full hand feeling. At present, a plurality of leather products need a high-temperature pressing plate (100 ℃ to 120 ℃) in the production process, and the coating is not hardened after cooling, however, the anti-sticking effect of the wax on the market is below 90 ℃, the hand feeling is hard after application, and the wax contains organic solvents such as alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether compounds and the like.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the leather finishing soft wax assistant with high-temperature embossing and plate separating performance, which is prepared by the invention, is anionic, has a pH value of 7-9 and a solid content of 6-18%, does not contain organic solvents such as alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether compounds and the like, and is safe and environment-friendly. When the modified leather is used in a leather finishing process, the addition amount can be adjusted to be 5-8% according to the variety and style of leather finishing and coating materials, and the modified leather can be directly used or mixed with other materials after being diluted by water. The soft wax assistant can raise the temperature of the embossed plate of the coating to 110 deg.c, and has no influence on the glossiness and gloss retention of leather, softening of leather, and bending resistance of subsequent finishing, so that the treated leather has comfortable hand feeling.

Example 1:

The preparation method can obtain emulsion with the appearance of milky color and the appearance of anionic property, and the soft wax auxiliary agent does not contain organic solvents such as alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether compounds and the like, thereby being safe and environment-friendly.
When the modified leather is used in a leather finishing process, the addition amount can be adjusted to be 5-8% according to the variety and style of leather finishing and coating materials, and the modified leather can be directly used or mixed with other materials after being diluted by water.
