Abstract
The invention discloses a flexible resin plate washing liquid and a preparation method thereof, wherein the flexible resin plate washing liquid comprises the following components, by weight, 20-30 parts of a nonionic surfactant, 10-15 parts of an anionic surfactant, 3-8 parts of a dispersing agent, 2-5 parts of a washing assistant, 3-5 parts of a cosolvent, 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent and 200 parts of water 130-containing organic solvent, and the dispersing agent is added into a system, wherein polyethylene glycol 200 can well form a stable dispersion system along with a dispersion with a lower hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value; the polyethylene wax can effectively prevent the mutual adsorption of ink particles, and the two have better dispersibility after being compounded.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of flexible resin plates, in particular to a plate washing liquid for a flexible resin plate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Printing is a copying technique in which ink is transferred by mechanical force to the surface of a printing plate to be copied. Paper, ink and a printing plate are three major factors influencing the printing quality, wherein the printing plate is a key ring of the three, and the quality of the printing plate directly influences the product quality and the production cost, so that how to effectively clean the ink adhered to the printing plate after the printing process is finished is very important.
In the prior printing industry, organic solvents such as gasoline, acetone, alcohol, kerosene, n-hexane, trichloroethane, trichloroethylene, xylene and the like are mostly used for cleaning, and although the organic solvents are low in price and strong in cleaning power, the organic solvents are strong in volatility, inflammable and explosive, pollute the environment, harm the health of human bodies, and easily dissolve and corrode the surface of the cleaned equipment. The amount of pollution of global Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) caused by ink has been counted to several tens of thousands of tons every year. In addition, the other commonly used plate washing liquid takes ethyl acetate as a main component, has strong acidity, and has better cleaning capability on commonly used alkaline printing ink, but the strong acidity of the plate washing liquid also has stronger corrosion effect on a metal printing plate, is not beneficial to protecting the printing plate, and has stronger corrosion to human skin. In order to overcome the disadvantages of the conventional ink cleaning agent, a novel plate washing solution suitable for printing ink of a flexographic plate needs to be researched.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a plate washing liquid for a flexible resin plate and a preparation method thereof, wherein a dispersing agent is added into a system, and polyethylene glycol 200 can well form a stable dispersing system with a dispersing substance with a lower hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value; the polyethylene wax can effectively prevent the mutual adsorption of ink particles, and the two have better dispersibility after being compounded.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a plate washing liquid for a flexible resin plate comprises, by weight, 20-30 parts of a nonionic surfactant, 10-15 parts of an anionic surfactant, 3-8 parts of a dispersing agent, 2-5 parts of a washing assistant, 3-5 parts of a cosolvent, 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent and 200 parts of water 130-; wherein the dispersant is a compound of polyethylene wax and polyethylene glycol 200, and the mass ratio of the polyethylene wax to the polyethylene glycol 200 is (1-1.5): 1.
As a further optimization, the flexible resin plate developing solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of nonionic surfactant, 15 parts of anionic surfactant, 5 parts of dispersant, 2 parts of washing assistant, 4 parts of cosolvent, 1 part of defoamer and 150 parts of water.
As a further optimization, the mass ratio of the nonionic surfactant to the anionic surfactant is (1.5-2): 1.
As further optimization, the nonionic surfactant is a compound of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, and the proportion of the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and the isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is 1 (1-1.2).
As further optimization, the anionic surfactant is one or more of linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium phosphate.
As a further optimization, the washing assistant is anhydrous sodium metasilicate or sodium carbonate.
As a further optimization, the cosolvent is sodium benzoate or sodium salicylate.
As a further optimization, the defoaming agent is a polysilane type defoaming agent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the plate washing liquid for the flexible resin plate, which comprises the following steps,
s1) accurately weighing each component;
s2) dissolving the washing assistant by water, adding the anionic surfactant and a proper amount of water for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use;
s3) adding a nonionic surfactant into water, adding a cosolvent for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use;
s4) mixing the solutions obtained in the S2 and the S3, adding the rest water, the dispersing agent, the cosolvent and the defoamer, and uniformly stirring to obtain the flexible resin plate washing solution.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. by adding a dispersant into the system, wherein the polyethylene glycol 200 is a good dispersant/solubilizer/wetting agent/solvent of a water-soluble dispersion system, has lipophilic property and can well form a stable dispersion system with a dispersion with a lower hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value; the polyethylene wax polymer adsorption layer has a certain thickness, so that mutual adsorption of ink particles can be effectively prevented, repulsive force between the polyethylene wax polymer adsorption layer and the ink particles can protect the particles from flocculation, and the polyethylene wax polymer adsorption layer and the particles have better dispersibility after being compounded, so that the plate washing liquid is favorable for exerting a plate washing function;
2. the raw materials used in the invention have the property of environmental protection and have no side effect on the environment and human body.
Detailed Description
The following are specific examples of the present invention and further describe the technical solutions of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
Example 1
The plate washing liquid for the flexible resin plate comprises 15 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 15 parts of isomeric alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 15 parts of linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt, 3 parts of polyethylene wax, 2002 parts of polyethylene glycol, 2 parts of anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 4 parts of sodium benzoate, 1 part of a polysilane type defoaming agent and 150 parts of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing each component; dissolving anhydrous sodium metasilicate in water, adding linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt and a proper amount of water for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use; adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and isomeric alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether into water, adding anhydrous sodium metasilicate for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use; and mixing the solutions obtained in the S2 and the S3, adding the rest water, the polyethylene wax, the polyethylene glycol 200, the sodium benzoate and the polysilane type defoaming agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the flexible resin plate washing solution.
Example 2
A plate washing liquid for a flexible resin plate comprises 12 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 13 parts of isomeric alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 15 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 4 parts of polyethylene wax, 2004 parts of polyethylene glycol, 3 parts of anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 3 parts of sodium salicylate, 2 parts of a polysilane type defoaming agent and 160 parts of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing each component; dissolving anhydrous sodium metasilicate in water, adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and a proper amount of water for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use; adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and isomeric alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether into water, adding anhydrous sodium metasilicate for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use; and mixing the solutions obtained in the S2 and the S3, adding the rest water, the polyethylene wax, the polyethylene glycol 200, the sodium salicylate and the polysilane type defoaming agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the flexible resin plate washing solution.
Example 3
A plate washing liquid for a flexible resin plate comprises 10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 12 parts of isomeric alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 13 parts of linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt, 3 parts of polyethylene wax, 2003 parts of polyethylene glycol, 3 parts of sodium carbonate, 3 parts of sodium benzoate, 2 parts of a polysilane type defoaming agent and 140 parts of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing each component; dissolving sodium carbonate in water, adding linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt and a proper amount of water for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use; adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and isomeric alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether into water, adding sodium carbonate for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use; and mixing the solutions obtained in the S2 and the S3, adding the rest water, the polyethylene wax, the polyethylene glycol 200, the sodium benzoate and the polysilane type defoaming agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the flexible resin plate washing solution.
Example 4
A plate washing liquid for a flexible resin plate comprises the following components of 10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 10 parts of isomeric alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 13 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium phosphate, 2.5 parts of polyethylene wax, 2002 parts of polyethylene glycol, 2.5 parts of sodium carbonate, 3 parts of sodium salicylate, 2 parts of a polysilane type defoaming agent and 155 parts of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing each component; dissolving sodium carbonate in water, adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium phosphate and a proper amount of water for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use; adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and isomeric alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether into water, adding sodium carbonate for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use; and mixing the solutions obtained in the S2 and the S3, adding the rest water, the polyethylene wax, the polyethylene glycol 200, the sodium salicylate and the polysilane type defoaming agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the flexible resin plate washing solution.
Example 5
The plate washing liquid for the flexible resin plate comprises 12 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 13 parts of isomeric alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 14 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium phosphate, 3.5 parts of polyethylene wax, 2002.5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 4 parts of anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 4 parts of sodium salicylate, 1 part of polysilane-type defoaming agent and 150 parts of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing each component; dissolving anhydrous sodium metasilicate in water, adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium phosphate and a proper amount of water for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use; adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and isomeric alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether into water, adding anhydrous sodium metasilicate for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use; and mixing the solutions obtained in the S2 and the S3, adding the rest water, the polyethylene wax, the polyethylene glycol 200, the sodium salicylate and the polysilane type defoaming agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the flexible resin plate washing solution.
Application examples
According to the invention, the dried remained printing ink is soaked in the plate washing liquid obtained in the embodiments 1 to 5, the weight change of the residual printing ink of the gravure is weighed at intervals, and after 20 minutes, the plate washing liquid can wash away the residual printing ink, so that the plate washing liquid has better performance requirements.

Claims (9)
1. The plate washing liquid for the flexible resin plate is characterized by comprising the following components, by weight, 20-30 parts of a nonionic surfactant, 10-15 parts of an anionic surfactant, 3-8 parts of a dispersing agent, 2-5 parts of a washing assistant, 3-5 parts of a cosolvent, 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent and 200 parts of 130-plus water; wherein the dispersant is a compound of polyethylene wax and polyethylene glycol 200, and the mass ratio of the polyethylene wax to the polyethylene glycol 200 is (1-1.5): 1.
2. The flexographic plate processing solution according to claim 1, comprising in parts by weight: 30 parts of nonionic surfactant, 15 parts of anionic surfactant, 5 parts of dispersant, 2 parts of washing assistant, 4 parts of cosolvent, 1 part of defoamer and 150 parts of water.
3. The flexographic plate processing solution according to claim 1, characterized in that the mass ratio of the nonionic surfactant to the anionic surfactant is (1.5-2): 1.

The flexographic plate washing solution as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nonionic surfactant is a compound of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and isomeric alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, and the proportion of the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the isomeric alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is 1 (1-1.2).
5. The flexographic plate washing solution according to claim 1, wherein said anionic surfactant is one or more of sodium linear alkylbenzene sulfonate, sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether phosphate.
6. The flexographic plate processing solution according to claim 1, wherein said washing aid is anhydrous sodium metasilicate or sodium carbonate.
7. The flexographic plate developer according to claim 1, wherein the cosolvent is sodium benzoate or sodium salicylate.
8. The flexographic plate washing solution according to claim 1, wherein said defoamer is a polysilane-type defoamer.
9. A method of preparing a flexographic plate processing solution according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises the steps of,
s1) accurately weighing each component;
s2) dissolving the washing assistant by water, adding the anionic surfactant and a proper amount of water for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use;
s3) adding a nonionic surfactant into water, adding a cosolvent for dissolving, and uniformly stirring for later use;
s4) mixing the solutions obtained in the S2 and the S3, adding the rest water, the dispersing agent, the cosolvent and the defoamer, and uniformly stirring to obtain the flexible resin plate washing solution.
