Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel organic straw fertilizer, which is prepared by fermenting the following components in parts by weight: 200 parts of wheat straw, 150 parts of corn straw, 200 parts of pond sludge, 50-80 parts of bean cake, 30-60 parts of inorganic nitrogen source and 1-2 parts of microbial agent, wherein the preparation method of the novel organic straw fertilizer comprises the following steps: s1, placing the microbial inoculum into an aseptic culture dish, adding bean cakes and an inorganic nitrogen source, and culturing at 30 ℃ for 60 hours to prepare bacterial liquid; s2, exposing the wheat straws and the corn straws in the sun until the water content of the wheat straws and the corn straws is less than 10%; and S3, feeding the raw material consisting of the wheat straw and the corn straw dried in the S1 into a straw crusher for crushing treatment. According to the invention, the microbial agent is firstly used for producing cellulase before the straw powder is mixed and stirred, so that the fermentation time is conveniently shortened after the microbial agent is mixed with the straw powder at the later stage, and the breakage of cellulose in the straw is accelerated.

s4, adding the straw powder prepared in the S3 into a stirrer, and sequentially adding the bacterial liquid, pond sludge, bean cakes, inorganic nitrogen source and microbial agent prepared in the S1 into the stirrer to stir for 40-70 min;
s5, pouring the stirred mixed substance into a fermentation tank, supplementing water to the mixture in a proper amount, adjusting the water content to 50 +/-5 wt%, punching a wooden stick with the diameter of 10mm for ventilation, inserting a thermometer into the surface of the mixed substance, continuously fermenting for 30-45 days, and turning over the mixed substance every two days;
and S6, drying the fermented substance in the S5 in a dryer, and then pouring the dried substance into a disc granulator for granulation to prepare organic fertilizer granules.
Preferably, the microbial agent consists of bacillus, aspergillus niger, trichoderma reesei and nocardia.

the preparation method of the novel organic straw fertilizer comprises the following steps:

When the novel organic straw fertilizer is used for crop planting tests, four-mu paddy field is selected as an experimental group, 200kg of the fertilizer is released to a half paddy field as a base fertilizer per mu, four-mu paddy field is selected as a control group, 200kg of straw per mu is selected as a base fertilizer, other maintenance and adjustment are the same, and the results prove that: the growth vigor of the rice in the experimental group is better than that of the rice in the control group, and the yield per mu is improved by 12.3 percent.
