Examples
Referring to a schematic side structure view of a swash plate 1 of a tank truck shown in fig. 1, the embodiment discloses a swash plate 1 of a tank truck, which includes: the swash plate main body 11 is arranged in the liquid tank body 2, and the peripheral outline of the swash plate main body 11 is matched with the inner wall of the tank body 2; the connecting mechanism 12 is used for connecting the swash plate main body 11 with the inner wall of the tank body 2, and fixing the swash plate main body 11 on the tank body 2, the connecting mechanism 12 comprises a plurality of connecting pieces 120, at least one end of each connecting piece 120 is detachably connected with the swash plate main body 11 or the inner wall of the tank body 2, and the swash plate 1 can be conveniently installed and detached in the tank body 2. Optionally, the connecting members 120 are uniformly arranged on one side of the swash plate main body 11, so that the swash plate main body 11 and the liquid tank body 2 are stably installed and uniformly stressed.
Referring to the structure of the swash plate 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of circular holes 15 penetrating through the swash plate body 11 are uniformly formed in the swash plate body 11, the circular holes 15 are distributed annularly, and the circular holes 15 are connected with two sides of the swash plate body 11, so that liquid in the tank truck can flow on two sides of the swash plate body 11 through the circular holes 15, and the impact of the liquid in the tank on the swash plate 1 and the tank body 2 is reduced.
Referring to the structural schematic diagram of the swash plate 1 shown in fig. 1, an arc-shaped groove 16 is formed in the middle of the swash plate main body 11, and a circular tube 17 penetrating through the swash plate main body 11 is arranged at the bottom of the arc-shaped groove 16. The contact area of the liquid in the tank and the swash plate main body 11 is increased by arranging the arc-shaped grooves 16, so that the stress area of the swash plate main body 11 at the position is enlarged, the stress is dispersed, and the safety is improved. Simultaneously, set up pipe 17 in arc wall 16 bottom, the liquid of pipe 17 intercommunication swash plate main part 11 both sides, when tank truck slows down or the jar liquid flow that the speed-up leads to, pipe 17 plays the effect of slowing down to jar interior liquid, further makes the impact of liquid to jar body 2 surfaces reduce.
Referring to fig. 1, and 4, a protective layer 13 is provided on the swash plate body 11, and the protective layer 13 covers at least one side surface of the swash plate body 11. Because the liquid in the tank body 2 of the tank truck has certain corrosivity, the liquid in the tank can move along with the liquid during the transportation process due to the acceleration and deceleration of the tank truck, the friction is easy to generate static electricity, and the static electricity is accumulated to generate sparks. It is therefore desirable to provide a protective layer 13 on the swash plate body 11, and optionally, to provide a protective layer 13 on both sides, or on either side, of the swash plate 1. Generally, since the groove side of the swash plate body 11 is the main side for receiving liquid impact, the protective layer 13 is generally disposed on a different side of the swash plate body 11 from the circular tube 17.
Referring to fig. 4, the protective layer 13 includes an antistatic layer 131 and an anti-corrosion layer 132; an anti-corrosion layer 132 covering one surface of the swash plate body 11, and an antistatic layer 131 adhered to the outer surface of the anti-corrosion layer 132; the thickness ratio of the anti-corrosion layer 132 to the anti-static layer 131 is 1: 1. The anti-static layer 131 is made of an anti-static material, so that no or less static electricity is generated in the transportation process of the tank truck. The anti-corrosion layer 132 is made of a high-hardness and high-corrosion-resistance material, has high hardness and good wear resistance, and can prevent corrosion and impact of liquid on the swash plate body 11 under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, and optionally, in this embodiment, a tungsten-nickel alloy is used as the material of the anti-corrosion layer 132.
The anti-static acrylic plate can effectively prevent current from being generated between flowing liquids, so that the accident of spontaneous combustion during transportation of flammable liquids is avoided, the safety of equipment is improved, the tungsten-nickel alloy has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, friction resistance and high strength, and the effect of protecting the swash plate main body 11 can be achieved when the liquid collides with the swash plate main body 11.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the connection member 120 includes: a first mounting part 121, the first mounting part 121 being fixedly mounted on one side of the swash plate body 11; a second mounting part 122, wherein the second mounting part 122 is fixedly mounted on the inner side of the tank body 2; and a connecting part 123, wherein two ends of the connecting part 123 are respectively connected with the first mounting part 121 and the second mounting part 122.
Referring to a partially enlarged view of the connecting member 120 shown in fig. 3, one end of the connecting portion 123 is rotatably connected to the first mounting portion 121.
Optionally, the connecting portion 123 is an L-shaped rod, a first end of the L-shaped rod is connected to the first mounting portion 121, and a second end of the L-shaped rod is connected to the second mounting portion 122. Optionally, the first mounting portion 121 includes a groove portion, the first end of the L-shaped rod extends into the groove portion and is clamped in the groove portion by a limiting block, and meanwhile, the L-shaped rod can rotate around the joint of the first end of the L-shaped rod. Optionally, the second mounting portion 122 is a straight plate, and the second end of the L-shaped rod and the straight plate may be attached to each other. In the installation process, the L-shaped rod can be rotated to enable the L-shaped rod and the straight plate to be overlapped with each other, and then the second end of the L-shaped rod is fixed with the straight plate through the bolt. Through the connection of connecting piece 120 for swash plate main part 11 can stably be fixed in the inboard of jar body 2, and operation process is stable simultaneously, has reached convenient to detach's effect.
Optionally, the connecting members 120 are uniformly distributed on one side surface of the swash plate body 11, so that the connection between the swash plate 1 and the tank 2 is more stable, and the stress borne by the connecting members 120 is more dispersed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a sealing ring 18 is sleeved outside the swash plate main body 11, the outer surface of the sealing ring 18 is attached to the inner wall of the tank body 2, and the sealing ring 18 can avoid direct contact between the swash plate main body 11 and the inner surface of the tank body 2, so that friction between the swash plate main body 11 and the inner surface of the tank body 2 can be avoided, equipment is protected, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, at least two reinforcing plates 14 are vertically arranged on one side of the wave breaker main body 11, the reinforcing plates 14 are arc-shaped plates, and the reinforcing plates 14 are arranged in parallel. Optionally, two reinforcing plates 14 are vertically arranged on one side of the wave breaker main body 11, the reinforcing plates 14 are welded on the wave breaker main body 11, the two arc reinforcing plates 14 are arranged in parallel, and the design of the arc reinforcing plates 14 can avoid the concentrated action of the force generated by the liquid in the tank body 2 on a certain point of the wave breaker main body 11, so that the force received on the wave breaker main body 11 is more balanced. Generally, since the groove side of the swash plate body 11 is the main side for receiving liquid impact, the reinforcing plate 14 is generally disposed on a different side of the swash plate body 11 from the circular tube 17.
Although the invention has been described in detail above with reference to a general description and specific examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications or improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
