each translation rod (1303) is far away from one end of the rotating rod (1301) and is fixedly connected with one sliding block (301), and through holes (302) matched with the sliding blocks (301) and the sliding grooves (102) are formed in two sides of the turnover plate (3).

the bottom of the lifting plate (802) and the top of the fixing plate (104) are uniformly and fixedly connected with a plurality of springs (805), when the half gear (803) drives the lifting plate (801) to be close to the fixing plate (104) from the upper side, the half gear (803) and the rack (105) are disengaged, and the lifting plate (801) is rebounded to an initial state by the springs (805).
