III, adding alkali liquor into the air-water quick-connection hose 6 through an alkaline liquid online adder 4, wherein the alkaline matters are as follows: na2CO 3;
opening a jet flow generation diffusion accelerator 7, spraying alkaline aerosol fluid 9 into the hydrogen sulfide treatment multifunctional hole 8, wherein the volume ratio of pressure gas generated by the jet flow generation diffusion accelerator to pressure water-soluble alkaline liquid is 100: 3, alkaline gas fog fluid 9 flows in the hydrogen sulfide treatment multifunctional hole 8 in the form of impact density wave gas and is diffused into fractures in the coal body to generate neutralization reaction with hydrogen sulfide gas molecules adsorbed in the fractures of the coal body, and the hydrogen sulfide existing in the coal body can be neutralized to the maximum extent by the gas treatment mode, so that the free hydrogen sulfide gas in exploitation is treated to achieve the purpose of pretreating the hydrogen sulfide, and the treatment pressure of the hydrogen sulfide is greatly reduced when coal is exploited on a working face;
and V, opening the hydrogen sulfide gushing and draining port detection device 2, adjusting the opening degree of the intelligent adjusting valve 5 by detecting the concentration of the hydrogen sulfide, and controlling the concentration of the alkaline aerosol fluid 9 and the gas form of fluid impact density waves so as to treat the hydrogen sulfide gas in an optimal mode.

Claims (1)

1. An application method of a device for treating hydrogen sulfide gas in coal bodies of a working face is characterized in that:
i, arranging punching positions in the region needing to treat the hydrogen sulfide in the coal body at a distance of 1500-2000mm from the top and at a distance of 1500-2000mm from the bottom plate in the auxiliary roadway along the recovery direction of the working surface at intervals of 10-15 m, and punching, wherein the hole diameter is 100-150mm, and the hole length is 160-180 m; the hole is used as a hydrogen sulfide treatment multifunctional hole (8), then every two hydrogen sulfide treatment multifunctional holes (8) are in a group, jet flow generation diffusion accelerators (7) are respectively arranged in the holes, then, holes are drilled at the positions, which are 2m-10m away from one side of a goaf, of the hydrogen sulfide treatment multifunctional hole (8), the depth of the holes is consistent with that of the hydrogen sulfide treatment multifunctional hole (8), 60mm-100mm is used as the aperture of a hydrogen sulfide drainage detection hole (11), and a detection device (2) for opening a hydrogen sulfide emission drainage port is arranged in the holes;
II, the equipment vehicle 1 stops at an area needing to treat the hydrogen sulfide, and pressure air with the working pressure of 0.3-0.8MPa and pressure water with the working pressure of 0.2-0.5MPa which are needed to be used by the device are introduced into the gas-water pretreatment device (3) through a gas-water quick connection hose (6);
III, adding alkali liquor into the gas-water quick-connection hose (6) through an alkaline liquid online adder (4), wherein the alkaline matters are as follows: na2CO3, NaHCO3 or Ca (OH)2, so that the working concentration of the pressure water-soluble alkaline liquid is 5-35%;
opening a jet flow generation diffusion accelerator (7), and spraying alkaline aerosol fluid (9) into the hydrogen sulfide treatment multifunctional hole (8), wherein the jet flow generation diffusion accelerator can generate a pressure gas and pressure water-soluble alkaline liquid with the volume ratio of 100: 3- - -100: 0.1 of alkaline aerial fog, alkaline aerial fog fluid (9) is in the form of impact density wave gas, flow in the hydrogen sulfide treatment multifunctional hole (8) and spread to the fissures in the coal body, and generate neutralization reaction with hydrogen sulfide gas molecules absorbed in the fissures of the coal body, through the gas treatment method, the hydrogen sulfide existing in the coal body can be neutralized to the maximum extent, so that the free hydrogen sulfide gas in exploitation is treated, the purpose of pretreating the hydrogen sulfide is achieved, and when coal is exploited on a working face, the treatment pressure of the hydrogen sulfide is greatly reduced;
