In the industries, the production of powder or granular materials is required, most of the powder materials contain moisture or organic solvents, drying and granulation are often required to be completed synchronously, and a binder is required to be added in the granulation process.
Atomizers are critical components of drying devices or systems. The traditional atomizer takes air as a medium, adopts open-circuit airflow, a fluidized bed or a spray drying technology, has potential safety hazard on the drying of inflammable and explosive materials such as polyacrylonitrile and the like, and has the problems of more discharged entrained particles, high labor intensity, high energy consumption, great tail gas environmental pollution and the like. This drying method is also not suitable for materials containing organic solvents, for the following reasons: firstly, the organic solvent can not be recovered and can only be discharged into the atmosphere to pollute the environment; secondly, the organic solvent is easy to deflagrate in an oxygen-containing environment, and the safety cannot be ensured; thirdly, organic solvent is easy to generate oxidation reaction in high-temperature oxygen-containing environment to generate new oxide which is mixed in the dry powder, thereby influencing the dry purity. In addition, the traditional atomizer generally has no rotating body, and the feed liquid atomization efficiency is not high.

because the atomized liquid drops and the high-temperature nitrogen rotate at high speed and the directions are opposite, the atomized liquid drops and the high-temperature nitrogen rotate at high speed, the atomized liquid drops are beneficial to the atomization of the feed liquid, the air flow and the atomized liquid flow are beneficial to the full mixing in the drying tower, the atomized liquid drops form a spherical shape due to the surface tension effect, and meanwhile, because the atomized liquid drops have large surface areas, the moisture in the atomized liquid drops is quickly evaporated and dried, and finally the atomized liquid drops.

(4) according to the spray head of the double-rotation drying atomizer, the rotation speed and the flow of atomized liquid drops and the rotation speed of nitrogen can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure of the air inlet and the pressure of the liquid inlet, so that stepless speed regulation is realized, the granularity of a product can be stepless and adjustable, and the drying efficiency can be adjusted randomly within a certain range;

4. The dual rotary dry atomizer spray head of claim 1 wherein said pneumatic swivel is disposed on said spray head base member by a pneumatic swivel bearing.
5. A dual rotary dry atomizer spray head according to claim 1 or claim 4 further comprising a hold down ring which holds down said pneumatic swivel by a connecting screw.
