Description

Donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of donkey-hide gelatin, in particular to a donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction piece and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Colla Corii Asini is the skin of donkey of Equus of Equidae, and is prepared by soaking, unhairing and decocting to obtain a block, and has effects of replenishing blood, nourishing yin, moistening lung, and stopping bleeding.
Currently, the conventional donkey-hide gelatin is eaten by melting, the dissolution of the donkey-hide gelatin is slow at low temperature, and the coking of the donkey-hide gelatin can be caused by overhigh heating temperature, so the conventional melting is mostly melted by crushing the donkey-hide gelatin, mixing the crushed donkey-hide gelatin with a solution, and heating the mixture in a water bath of boiling water.
However, the water-soluble tablets of donkey-hide gelatin are mixed with the solution and then melted by heating in a water bath with boiling water, the processing time is still long, and the melting time of 8-40 g of donkey-hide gelatin is as long as 30-120 min according to different consumption of the melted donkey-hide gelatin, so that the eating of the donkey-hide gelatin is inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to more conveniently obtain the liquid of the edible ingredients of the donkey-hide gelatin, the application provides a donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction piece.
The application provides a donkey-hide gelatin dashes steep sliced medicinal herbs adopts following technical scheme:
the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction piece comprises a decoction piece sheet body, wherein the decoction piece sheet body is prepared by mixing, pressing and molding the following raw materials in parts by mass:
60 to 75.5 parts of donkey-hide gelatin,
5.5 to 7.3 portions of monocrystal rock sugar,
9 to 10.2 portions of tartaric acid,
7.8 to 9.1 portions of sodium bicarbonate,
1.5-2.2 parts of sucrose fatty acid ester;
the donkey-hide gelatin, the monocrystal rock sugar and the sodium bicarbonate are all powder.
By adopting the technical scheme, the donkey-hide gelatin is prepared by mixing powder and other raw materials and pressing the mixture into tablets, when the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces are used, the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces are put into water, when the decoction piece body is contacted with the water, tartaric acid at the position where the decoction piece body is contacted with the water is dissolved out to form tartaric acid solution in the holes and the holes, the tartaric acid solution reacts with sodium bicarbonate at the inner side of the holes to generate a large number of small bubbles, the small bubbles agitate the side walls of the holes, the holes are broken, the donkey-hide gelatin, the single crystal sugar and the sucrose fatty acid ester are diffused into the water, and the donkey-hide gelatin is quickly dissolved by a cavity effect formed when the small bubbles impact and break the donkey-hide gelatin particles, so that the situation that the donkey-hide gelatin particles are not dissolved in time and sink after being diffused is reduced.
In conclusion, the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces disclosed by the application do not need to be heated or difficultly control the heating temperature, and the donkey-hide gelatin beverage can be quickly and conveniently obtained. Moreover, by using the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces, the content of the donkey-hide gelatin in each actually produced piece is fixed, a user can use the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces more conveniently, and the dosage of the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces can be adjusted according to the self requirement.
Preferably, the donkey-hide gelatin is enzymolysis donkey-hide gelatin.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, enzymolysis donkey-hide gelatin is the donkey-hide gelatin after the hydrolysis, and its solubility in aqueous obtains promoting, dissolves sooner, then can dissolve rapidly under receiving "cavity effect" when the small bubble is broken, reflects for not having high concentration donkey-hide gelatin hydrosol to form "banding", "filiform" or "strand form" dissolving the area in the dissolution process, improves the product and uses the appearance.
Preferably, the decoction piece body is further coated with a protective layer, the thickness of the protective layer is 0.1-0.2 mm, and the protective layer is made of edible materials.
By adopting the design scheme, the foundation of the decoction piece brewing in the application is that the powdery donkey-hide gelatin is added into the decoction piece, the donkey-hide gelatin content in a single decoction piece is too low, the number of edible tablets is large, inconvenience and waste are caused, and the donkey-hide gelatin content in the single decoction piece is too high, so that the donkey-hide gelatin content in the single decoction piece is limited, and the use value of the product is greatly reduced after the donkey-hide gelatin content exceeds the range.
Meanwhile, within the donkey-hide gelatin content range of the application, the powdery donkey-hide gelatin is uniformly mixed in the decoction piece body, donkey-hide gelatin powder particles are naturally distributed on the surface of the decoction piece body, and the fine and dispersed donkey-hide gelatin powder particles enable the decoction piece body to lose a packaging shell (packaged in a plastic tube or an aluminum foil plastic after the product is produced), so that the decoction piece body is easily affected with damp and pasted on the surface. In order to facilitate production and avoid loss of effective components of the donkey-hide gelatin due to repeated crushing and heating, tartaric acid and sodium bicarbonate are used as foaming sources in the application. After the surface of the decoction piece sheet body is wetted, tartaric acid of the wetted part is dissolved out and reacts with sodium bicarbonate, and water exists in a reaction product, so that the use environment of the decoction piece sheet body is limited, and under the condition that the southern climate humid environment is unsealed or the storage is not proper, the appearance change of color change is easy to appear in the product, and the moisture is difficult to remove and is easy to deteriorate after the donkey-hide gelatin absorbs water.
Therefore, the decoction piece sheet is further improved, the protective layer made of edible materials is coated on one side of the outer side of the decoction piece sheet, and the protective layer can effectively prevent the appearance change of color change before being damaged and prevent the deterioration caused by moisture.
Preferably, the protective layer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 6-10 parts of sodium carboxymethyl starch, wherein the sodium carboxymethyl starch accounts for not less than 5wt% and not more than 12.5wt%.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, carboxymethyl starch sodium is the absorbable water inflation with the water contact for the protective layer collapses and scatters, uses carboxymethyl starch sodium to mix as the main partly of inoxidizing coating in this application, and balanced inoxidizing coating humidity resistance and add the speed that the aquatic solution dissolved and expose the sliced medicinal herbs lamellar body.
Preferably, the protective layer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-86 parts of cyclodextrin, wherein the cyclodextrin accounts for not less than 80wt%.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cyclodextrin has good water solubility and moisture resistance.
Preferably, the protective layer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 4-10 parts of crystalline fructose, wherein the content of the crystalline fructose is not less than 4wt%, and powdery particles of the crystalline fructose are uniformly embedded in the protective layer.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, add crystalline fructose in this application, crystalline fructose is superior to the sucrose as the sweetener, its sweetness, and the blood sugar level that its after taking increased is less than the sucrose simultaneously, and it is few to increase the calorie. Meanwhile, the crystalline fructose is uniformly embedded in the protective layer in the form of powdery particles, so that the firmness inside the protective layer is enhanced, and the protective layer is not easy to dissolve in humid air. And the crystalline fructose has high dissolution speed and is also beneficial to quickly dissolving the protective layer when being soaked in liquid water.
In order to more conveniently obtain the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces, the application provides a preparation process of the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces.
The preparation process of the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces provided by the application adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation process of donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing solid raw materials of donkey-hide gelatin, monocrystal rock sugar, tartaric acid, sodium bicarbonate and sucrose fatty acid ester in parts by weight, grinding the solid raw materials into powder in advance, uniformly mixing the raw materials, pressing, and forming to obtain the punching sheet body.
By adopting the technical scheme, tartaric acid and sodium bicarbonate are used as foaming agents in the application, the tartaric acid and the sodium bicarbonate are both solid, and are stable as solid powder, so that the tartaric acid and the sodium bicarbonate can be directly mixed to be prepared by pressing the punching sheet body, acid particles and alkaline particles are obtained without independent granulation, and then the acid particles and the alkaline particles are mixed and pressed for forming for two times, and the loss of effective components caused by repeated crushing and heating of donkey-hide gelatin is avoided.
In order to obtain better moisture resistance of the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces, the application provides a preparation process of the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces.
The preparation process of the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces adopts the following technical scheme:
the preparation process of the donkey-hide gelatin brewing decoction pieces comprises the following steps of:
s2: the surface of the punching sheet body is wrapped with a thin layer of sodium carboxymethyl starch powder through self viscosity;
s3: covering anhydrous slurry on the surface of the punching sheet body, and forming a protective layer prefabricated forming body after the anhydrous slurry is dried, wherein the preparation method of the anhydrous slurry comprises the following steps: the protective layer is prepared by adding raw materials including cyclodextrin into absolute ethyl alcohol and uniformly mixing.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, this application obtains anhydrous thick liquids through the raw materials with the inoxidizing coating and the anhydrous alcohol after mixing, adopts the spraying mode again and forms the inoxidizing coating towards piece surface, and it need not the suppression, avoids the secondary suppression to lead to towards the cracked possibility of piece body.
And this application adopts anhydrous thick liquids spraying solidification shaping's mode for the raw materials miscible of inoxidizing coating is even, makes the inoxidizing coating texture more even, avoids the uneven situation that leads to the inoxidizing coating to warp or ftracture by oneself only in the condition under the no exogenic action of temperature variation condition emergence individually of texture.
Furthermore, if crystalline fructose is added into the raw material of the protective layer, the crystalline fructose is different from the cyclodextrin, the crystalline fructose is dissolved in absolute ethyl alcohol, the crystalline fructose is separated out in the drying process of the anhydrous slurry and is dried by the cyclodextrin, the crystalline fructose is grown from the cyclodextrin, no gap exists between the bonding interface of crystalline fructose powder particles and the surrounding cyclodextrin, and the cyclodextrin wrapping the crystalline fructose powder particles does not have cracks extending outwards from the crystalline fructose powder particles, so that the crystalline fructose powder particles are stably fixed on the protective layer, cracks on the surface of the protective layer are avoided, the possibility of water vapor permeation is reduced, the strength of the protective layer when the protective layer is completely soaked in water is improved, meanwhile, the crystalline fructose powder particles can be dissolved after being embedded in water encountered in the protective layer, and the protective layer is prevented from being difficult to separate when bubbles are in water.
Preferably, the baume degree of the anhydrous sizing agent is 42-45 degrees.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
1. tartaric acid and sodium bicarbonate are used as foaming agents, the collapse time is guaranteed to be in accordance, the production is more convenient under the condition that the content of active ingredients of the donkey-hide gelatin is qualified, the crushing and heating processes caused by repeated granulation are avoided, and the loss and the conversion of ingredients of the donkey-hide gelatin are reduced.
2. To the overcoat of this application of outer cladding of punching sheet lamellar body in this application, preferably through compound carboxyl starch sodium and cyclodextrin and through this application specific technology to both form in the punching sheet lamellar body outside as principal ingredients, guarantee to collapse under the condition of scattering the required time, reach good dampproofing effect.
3. Crystalline fructose is added to the inoxidizing coating composition in this application, and crystalline fructose is as the sweetener, and crystalline fructose evenly inlays in the inoxidizing coating with the form of powder granule simultaneously for the inside firm intensity reinforcing of inoxidizing coating makes the inoxidizing coating difficult to dissolve in humid air. And the crystalline fructose has high dissolving speed and is favorable for quick dissolution of the protective layer when being soaked in liquid water.

Figure BDA0002840809040000081
Combining the examples 1-6 and the comparative example 1 and combining the table four, it can be seen that the brewing time of the punching sheet body prepared by mixing the punching sheet body and the granulation is similar, and the punching sheet body components are slightly different according to the punching sheet body, but the punching sheet bodies are within the time required by the disintegration of the tablets in pharmacopoeia. Therefore, the method has the advantages that the production is more convenient under the conditions that the disintegration time is ensured to be consistent and the content of the active ingredients of the donkey-hide gelatin is qualified, the crushing and heating processes caused by multiple granulation are avoided, and the loss and the transformation of the ingredients of the donkey-hide gelatin are reduced.
Combining examples 1-6 and comparative example 3 and combining table four, it can be seen that the coating of the protective layer of the present application on the tablet body of the present application will prolong the brewing time slightly, but still within the time required for the tablets to disintegrate.
As can be seen by combining example 3 and comparative example 3 with table four, the choice of the composition of the protective layer is particularly important in this application. Comparative example 3 has cyclodextrin as the only major ingredient, and the disintegration time exceeds the time required for disintegration of tablets in pharmacopoeia.
In combination with example 3, comparative example 5 and table four, it can be seen that the composition of the protective layer in the present application has sodium starch glycolate as the only main component to reduce the disintegration time.
On the other hand, as can be seen from table 5, when sodium starch glycolate is used as the only main component in the protective layer, the moisture-proof effect is very small, which is far from the expectation of the invention of the present application. Cyclodextrins are able to achieve moisture protection, but their effect on disintegration time makes them unsuitable.
By combining the example 3 and the comparative example 7 and combining the fourth table and the fifth table, the protective layer is formed on the outer side of the punching sheet body by compounding the sodium carboxyl starch and the cyclodextrin and by using the specific process. The inventors of the present application analyzed the cause thereof, and the following cases are possible:
in this application carboxyl starch sodium and cyclodextrin utilize this application specific technology to mix down, finally make anhydrous thick liquids, wear the hole in the inoxidizing coating that anhydrous thick liquids formed after the solidification, but the hole is tiny and tortuous, does not directly extend cracked crack to inside for steam infiltration is difficult.
Meanwhile, the strength of the cyclodextrin particles in the protective layer dried by the anhydrous slurry is high, the cyclodextrin particles are used as main components (not less than 80 wt%) to form porous starch sodium with certain strength, and the carboxyl starch sodium is embedded into the matrix. The protection layer of this application is not contacting under the water of capacity (can carboxyl starch sodium dissolve fast in the protection layer) condition, places for a long time at humid air, and carboxyl starch sodium slowly absorbs water in the protection layer, and carboxyl starch sodium takes place the inflation and does not destroy "base member" again, in the hole of further filling the base member on the contrary, has further hindered steam to the inside further infiltration's of protection layer possibility, just makes the protection layer of this application have so showing outstanding dampproofing effect from this.
The single sodium starch glycolate absorbs water in the air to swell in a humid environment, so that a firm matrix of the sodium starch glycolate is directly swelled, and water vapor is more easily permeated.
The protective layer is directly compacted, so that on one hand, the punching sheet body is easy to damage, a small amount of cracks which go deep into the protective layer are formed, and water vapor is easy to directly permeate into the protective layer. On the other hand, the obtained protective layer has large stress and surface density, the internal pores are not enough for carboxyl starch to absorb water expansion in the air, the 'matrix' expands and deforms, the stress is released, the local collapse of the 'matrix' is accelerated, and water vapor is easier to enter the protective layer.
As can be seen by combining example 3 and comparative example 6 and combining the fourth table and the fifth table, the crystalline fructose is completely dissolved in the anhydrous slurry, and the crystalline fructose is uniformly embedded in the protective layer in the form of powdery particles, so that the firm strength inside the protective layer is enhanced, and the protective layer is not easy to dissolve in humid air. And the crystalline fructose has high dissolution speed and is also beneficial to quickly dissolving the protective layer when being soaked in liquid water.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.
