背景技术
皮肤护理最基础的一步就是清洁皮肤,特别是面部的皮肤,容易受到灰尘污垢的沾染,而且油脂分泌油脂较多,油脂分泌物与灰尘污垢混合在皮肤表面形成阴性的自由基,这些阴性自由基的堆积不仅使皮肤变得油腻不适,而且很容易破坏皮肤的皮肤脂膜的环境而降低皮肤本身的防御功能,阻塞毛孔正常分泌与排泄,同时自由基的堆积也容易滋生细菌,这也是皮肤产生黑头、粉刺、痘痘等问题的主要原因,对于皮肤而言,自由基清除不彻底就更容易造成皮肤感染,导致痤疮、皮炎等等的发生。
清洁皮肤能够帮助皮肤表面维持清洁,保持皮肤表面分泌物排泄孔道的通畅,让毛孔洁净,有利于分泌物的排泄和吸收,对于后续保养的吸收作用也会增强。目前市面上的皮肤清洁剂以皂类及合成类为主,皂类清洁剂通过形成皂盐,通过乳化皮肤表面的污物而发挥清洁作用,其成分为碱性,使用后使皮肤的pH值升高,导致角质层屏障功能被破坏,造成毛孔收缩皮肤紧绷,不利于后期皮肤分泌物的排泄。合成清洁剂主要以表面活性剂为主,主要为阴离子、阳离子、非离子、双离子,清洁作用较强,但对皮肤的刺激大,不宜长期使用。
鉴于此,如何设计一种不仅可以有效清除皮肤表面自由基、无刺激宜长期使用以提高用户体验性的洁肤水是本发明要解决的技术问题。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种电位洁肤水制备方法和电位洁肤水,利用电位洁肤水制备方法制备出的电位洁肤水与人体皮肤有很好的亲和性,且无腐蚀、无刺激、无残留,可有效清除皮肤表面的阴性自由基,保持皮肤毛孔通畅,有助于分泌物的排出,满足长期安全使用的要求,提高了用户体验性。
本发明提供的技术方案是,一种电位洁肤水制备方法,包括:
步骤1、混合盐酸溶液和次氯酸钠溶液,以中和形成次氯酸溶液,并控制次氯酸溶液的PH值在5-7之间;
步骤2、向次氯酸溶液中注入超纯水,以调节次氯酸溶液中次氯酸的浓度为30-50ppm;
步骤3、对次氯酸溶液进行电解,以使得次氯酸溶液的形成正电位水且正电位大于1100mv。
步骤4、向正电位水中加入新洁尔灭40-50ppm。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果是:本发明提供的电位洁肤水制备方法和电位洁肤水,通过在混合盐酸溶液和次氯酸钠溶液的过程中调节比例,以中和形成PH值在5-7之间的次氯酸溶液,进而使得PH值更加接近人体,与人体有很好的亲和性,达到无腐蚀、无刺激、无残留的使用效果;同时,由于对次氯酸溶液进行电解处理,进而使得电位洁肤水具有较高的正电位,在杀菌灭菌过程中,除了电位洁肤水自身含有的次氯酸进行杀菌和灭菌外,利用正电位破坏微生物的生存环境并使微生物细胞的膜电位发生改变,使得微生物迅速死亡达到杀灭微生物的效果。

Claims (6)
1.一种电位洁肤水制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤1、混合盐酸溶液和次氯酸钠溶液,以中和形成次氯酸溶液,并控制次氯酸溶液的PH值在5-7之间;
步骤2、向次氯酸溶液中注入超纯水,以调节次氯酸溶液中次氯酸的浓度为30-50ppm;
步骤3、对次氯酸溶液进行电解,以使得次氯酸溶液的形成正电位水且正电位大于1100mv;
步骤4、向正电位水中加入新洁尔灭40-50ppm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电位洁肤水制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1具体为:在向容器中投放盐酸溶液和次氯酸钠溶液的过程中,通过酸度计检测混合溶液的PH值来调节盐酸溶液和次氯酸钠溶液的投放量,并最终获得PH值在5-7之间的次氯酸溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电位洁肤水制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2具体为:在向次氯酸溶液中注入超纯水的过程中,通过氯检测仪实时检测次氯酸的浓度,以控制超纯水的加注量。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电位洁肤水制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3具体为:通过电位检测仪,调节电解电压,控制电位水的正电位大于1100mv。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电位洁肤水制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4具体为:通过精密计量泵,精确加入新洁尔灭40-50ppm。
6.一种电位洁肤水,其特征在于,所述电位洁肤水采用如权利要求1-5任一项所述的电位洁肤水制备方法制备而成。
