Abstract
The application provides a restart control system of a communication management device of a transformer substation, which comprises a signal transfer device, a signal receiving device, a delay driving device and a reset control device. The signal transfer device is used for receiving a reset control instruction; an electric loop of the signal receiving device outputs a power-off driving signal based on a reset control instruction; the delay driving device is used for outputting a reset control signal based on the power-off driving signal and stopping outputting the reset control signal after the preset delay time length; the reset control device is connected in series in a power supply loop of the communication management device and used for cutting off the power supply loop based on the reset control signal and restoring power supply to the power supply loop after the reset control signal disappears so as to enable the communication management device to be powered off and shut down and powered on again after a preset delay time is kept. Therefore, operation and maintenance personnel can complete the power-off restarting operation of the communication management device at the main station, the arrival time of the personnel is saved, and the transformer substation is prevented from being in an out-of-control state for a long time.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of electric equipment, in particular to a restarting control system of a communication management device of a transformer substation.
Background
In the control network of the current power supply system, the connection between a master station (regional dispatching control center) and substations (substations distributed in a power supply region) is transmitted through an optical fiber network, corresponding communication management devices are respectively installed at the master station and the substations, the substation communication management devices summarize various information such as on-site voltage, current, electric energy meter metering data, on-site environment temperature, on-site switch state position and the like, the information is transmitted to a communication management machine of the master station through information encryption and then decoded, and finally real-time data and other information of the substations are displayed on a monitoring large screen of the master station dispatching control center, so that dispatching operators can observe and monitor the on-site dynamics of the substations at any time and remotely control on-site emergencies.
In the link, the communication management devices of the substations play an important role, when the substations break down and crash, the real-time data on site cannot be normally transmitted to the master station, the master station loses the monitoring function on the substations, so that the substations are in an out-of-control state, and the state is definitely forbidden in the operation regulations of the transformer substation.
According to data statistics investigation, more than ninety percent of communication faults of the transformer substation are caused by the halt of communication management in the transformer substation, the current processing method is to remove the faults by powering off and restarting the communication management machine by related operation and maintenance personnel to the site, but the transformer substation is wide in distribution area and long in distance, and the operation and maintenance personnel often need long time to arrive at the site, so that the transformer substation is in an out-of-control state for a long time, and the safe and stable operation of a power grid is seriously influenced.

In view of this, the present application provides a restart control system for a communication management device of a transformer substation, which is used for performing power-off restart on the communication management device of the transformer substation so as to prevent the transformer substation from being in an out-of-control state for a long time.

Optionally, the terminal device is a fixed-line phone or a mobile communication device.
Optionally, the signal receiving device is a telephone, the electric loop is a ringing loop of the telephone, and the ringing loop is powered on when the telephone receives a call.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a restart control system of a communication management device of a substation according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the restart control system provided in this embodiment is applied to a substation, and is used for performing a restart operation on a communication management device 100 when the communication management device fails, so as to avoid that the substation is in a runaway state for a long time due to a long-term downtime of the communication management device, and the restart control system includes a signal transfer device 10, a signal receiving device 20, a delay driving device 30, and a reset control device 40.
The signal transfer device is used for receiving a reset control signal sent by a user through the terminal device, namely receiving the reset control signal sent by the terminal device when the user fails to receive data uploaded by the communication management device of the transformer substation in the main station and issues the data when the user is down and needs to be restarted. And outputs the reset control signal to the signal receiving device.
The signal receiving device is provided with an electric loop, and the electric loop is controlled to be electrified after the reset control signal is received, namely the electric loop is controlled to pass the driving current for a short time or a long time at the moment. So as to output the power-off driving signal to the signal input end of the delay driving device through the signal output end thereof.
The signal input end of the delay driving device is connected with the signal output end of the signal receiving device and used for receiving the power-off driving signal output by the signal receiving equipment, outputting a reset control signal to the reset control device after receiving the power-off driving signal, keeping the preset delay time length, and stopping outputting the reset control signal when the preset delay time length is over.
The reset control signal is output to the reset control device, and the reset control device is connected in series in a power supply loop of the communication management device and used for disconnecting the power-off loop when receiving the reset control signal and replying the power supply connection of the power supply loop to the communication management device when the reset control signal stops being output to the reset control device, so that the power-off restart processing is completed for the communication management device.
It can be seen from the foregoing technical solutions that, this embodiment provides a restart control system for a communication management device of a substation, which includes a signal relay device, a signal receiving device, a delay driving device, and a reset control device. The signal transfer device is used for receiving a reset control instruction; an electric loop of the signal receiving device outputs a power-off driving signal based on a reset control instruction; the delay driving device is used for outputting a reset control signal based on the power-off driving signal and stopping outputting the reset control signal after the preset delay time length; the reset control device is connected in series in a power supply loop of the communication management device and used for cutting off the power supply loop based on the reset control signal and restoring power supply to the power supply loop after the reset control signal disappears so as to enable the communication management device to be powered off and shut down and powered on again after a preset delay time is kept. Therefore, operation and maintenance personnel can complete the power-off restarting operation of the communication management device at the main station, the arrival time of the personnel is saved, and the transformer substation is prevented from being in an out-of-control state for a long time.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present application, the signal relay apparatus selects an internal telephone exchange 11, which is used for receiving the reset control instruction sent by the terminal device and outputting the reset control instruction to the signal receiving apparatus. The terminal device is a fixed telephone or a mobile communication device located at a main station.
The signal receiving means is preferably a telephone 21 which is provided with at least a ringing circuit, i.e. the aforementioned electric circuit. When a call to the telephone set by the terminal equipment through the internal switch is received, namely a reset control instruction is received, the ringing loop is powered on, and the passing electric signal is called as the power-off driving signal.
The time delay driving device in the embodiment selects the power-off time delay relay 31, the driving coil of the power-off time delay relay is connected in the ringing circuit, when the ringing circuit is electrified, the driving coil of the power-off time delay relay is electrified, the normally open contact of the power-off time delay relay is closed at the moment, the closed state is kept continuously rising for a preset time delay duration, such as 3-10 seconds, and the normally open state is recovered after the time delay is finished.
In addition, the delay driving device can also be realized by single chip equipment or PLC.
The reset control device is preferably a contactor 41, and a driving coil of the contactor is connected with a driving power supply through the normally open contact, namely when the normally open contact of the power-off delay relay is normally open, the normally closed contact of the contactor is in a normally closed state, otherwise, the contactor is disconnected. And the normally closed contact of the contactor is connected to the power supply loop of the communication management device. When the power supply circuit is in a normally closed state, the power supply circuit normally supplies power to the communication management device, if the normally closed contact is opened temporarily, the communication management device is powered off temporarily, and the communication management device is restarted when the power supply circuit is powered on again.

and the driving coil of the power-off delay relay is connected in the ringing circuit in series, and when the ringing circuit is electrified, the normally open contact enters a closed state and is restored to the normally open state after the preset delay time duration is delayed.
