Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of external scaffold fixing, and particularly relates to a construction method for fixing an external scaffold.
Background
In the construction of building construction engineering, an external scaffold is usually required to be erected for operation and safety protection. The outer wall scaffold is often connected with a building through a wall connecting piece to resist lateral horizontal load and ensure the safety and the integral stability of the scaffold. The traditional method comprises two methods: one method is a pre-embedded steel pipe method, namely, 300-400mm short steel pipes are pre-embedded at the upper part of a poured reinforced concrete beam and are exposed for 150mm, and a cross rod is connected with the short steel pipes of the pre-embedded parts by fasteners near scaffold nodes and is fixed with inner and outer vertical rods of an outer frame. The other method is a column embracing method, namely, a steel pipe and a fastener are used for surrounding the poured reinforced concrete column for one circle to form an anchor ear, and then a lateral cross bar in the anchor ear is connected with an inner upright post and an outer upright post of an outer scaffold.
Both of these two connection methods often influence later stage wall secondary structure masonry: if the wall connecting piece is not removed during building, a large number of holes are formed in the outer wall, the later repair of the holes is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the hidden danger of water seepage of the outer wall is caused; if the wall connecting piece is dismantled during building, the risk of lateral overturning of the scaffold is caused, and the safety can not be ensured.

arranging a mounting hole on the shear wall;
the plastic sleeve is arranged at the mounting hole in an aligning way;

and an external scaffold fixed with the pull-press rod type wall connecting piece is arranged beside the shear wall.
Preferably, the tension and compression bar type wall connecting member includes: the first stopping piece is arranged at the first end of the connecting rod, the second stopping piece is sleeved at the second end of the connecting rod, and the screwing piece is screwed at the second end of the connecting rod.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, the present invention provides an external scaffold fixing construction method, including the steps of:
a mounting hole 11 is formed in the shear wall 10;
a plastic sleeve 20 is aligned at the mounting hole 11;
inserting a tension and compression bar type wall connecting piece 30 into the mounting hole 11 and the plastic sleeve 20;
an external scaffold 40 fixed with the tension-compression bar type wall connecting piece 30 is arranged beside the shear wall 10.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the external scaffolding is fixedly constructed, the mounting hole 11 is first formed in the shear wall 10, the plastic sleeve 20 is aligned with the mounting hole 11, the tension-rod type wall connecting member 30 is inserted into the mounting hole 11 and the plastic sleeve 20, and finally the external scaffolding 40 fixed to the tension-rod type wall connecting member 30 is arranged beside the shear wall 10.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present application, the tension and compression bar type wall connecting member 30 includes: the connecting rod 31, the first abutting member 32, the second abutting member 33 and the screwing member 34, wherein the first abutting member 32 is disposed at a first end of the connecting rod 31, the second abutting member 33 is sleeved at a second end of the connecting rod 31, and the screwing member 34 is screwed at the second end of the connecting rod 31.
In the present embodiment, the tightening member 34 is screwed to the second end of the connecting rod 31.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the step of inserting the tension-rod type wall connecting element 30 into the mounting hole 11 and the plastic sleeve 20 includes:
inserting the connecting rod 31 of the tension-compression-rod-type connecting wall member 30 into the mounting hole 11 and the plastic sleeve 20 from the second end thereof;
abutting a first abutting piece 32 in the pull-press rod type wall connecting piece 30 against the shear wall 10;
sleeving the second arrival member 33 of the tension and compression bar type connecting wall member 30 on the second end of the connecting rod 31;
pressing the second arrival member 33 against the plastic sleeve 20;
the tightening member 34 of the tension-rod type wall connecting member 30 is tightened to the second end of the connecting rod 31.

and an external scaffold fixed with the pull-press rod type wall connecting piece is arranged beside the shear wall.

The external scaffolding fixation construction method according to claim 1, wherein the tension-rod type coupling wall member includes: the first stopping piece is arranged at the first end of the connecting rod, the second stopping piece is sleeved at the second end of the connecting rod, and the screwing piece is screwed at the second end of the connecting rod.
