背景技术
调味酱是用于协调各类食品的味道,以满足食用者要求的酱状调味品,而在生产调味酱的过程中,需对调味酱进行发酵处理,以激发出调味酱特有的味道。但是目前市场上关于调味酱的发酵装置存在着一些缺点,其灭菌能力不足,易导致细菌滋生,影响调味酱的味道,且传统的发酵装置结构较为单一,对于调味酱的发酵能力不足,易导致调味酱发酵效率低下、发酵时长较为长久的情况,且现有发酵设备在发酵完成后,只是简单地对发酵罐进行冲洗,无法清除残留的细菌,对下次发酵造成影响。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种具有灭菌功能的海鲜调味酱发酵设备。
本发明提出的一种具有灭菌功能的海鲜调味酱发酵设备,包括罐体,所述罐体顶部通过螺栓连接有罐盖,且罐体外壁套接有保温套,所述罐盖顶部外壁通过螺栓连接有电动机,且电动机的输出轴连接有转动轴,转动轴外壁焊接有等距离分布的搅拌辊,所述转动轴外壁开有等距离分布的凹槽,且凹槽内壁焊接有电加热块与紫外线杀菌灯,所述转动轴底部焊接有电动伸缩杆,且电动伸缩杆末端焊接有清洁刷,所述罐体内壁焊接有储存管,且储存管外壁设置有等距离分布的高压喷头,所述罐体底部内壁焊接超声波发生器,且罐体内壁焊接有温度传感器,所述罐体靠近温度传感器一侧外壁西焊接有显示器,且罐体内壁开有安装槽,安装槽内壁焊接有保温管,所述罐体靠近显示器一侧外壁设置有灭菌机构,且灭菌机构包括与罐体外壁焊接的水箱,所述水箱内壁焊接有电热网,且水箱顶部设置有通入保温管的加热管,加热管安装有抽气泵,所述水箱底部设置有输液管,且输液管通过三向阀门分别于储存管、保温管连接,输液管安装有水泵,所述罐体底部外壁焊接有净化箱,且罐体底部设置有通入净化箱内部的排水管,所述净化箱内壁滑动连接有过滤网箱,且过滤网箱位于排水管下方,所述罐盖底部外壁焊接有密封塞,且密封塞尺寸与罐体尺寸相适配,所述密封塞内部开有控制槽,且控制槽内壁滑动连接有活塞,活塞焊接有贯穿密封塞的控制杆,控制杆末端焊接有密封垫,所述密封垫外壁开有凹槽,且凹槽内壁焊接有压力传感器,罐盖顶部外壁两侧均焊接有提示灯,所述密封塞内部设置有通入控制槽的充气管,充气管末端安装有充气泵。
优选地,所述灭菌机构还包括与罐体远离水箱一侧外壁焊接的消毒箱,消毒箱内部盛放有消毒液,消毒箱底部设置有连接管,连接管安装有三向阀门,连接管末端分别通入储存管与净化箱,连接管安装有水泵。

优选地,所述罐盖中心位置安装有电滑环,且电滑环与转动轴套接,电滑环通过导线分别与电加热块、电动伸缩杆、紫外线杀菌灯连接。
优选地,所述净化箱两侧内壁均开有滑槽,且滑槽沿过滤网箱滑动方向设置。
优选地,所述过滤网箱两侧外壁均焊接有滑块,且滑块与滑槽内壁滑动连接,滑块长度小于滑槽深度。
优选地,所述净化箱外壁开有插槽,且插槽与过滤网箱相适配,过滤网箱内部填充有活性炭。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明中,罐盖底部的密封塞使是罐盖与罐体之间密封,防止外界空气进入污染酱料,充气泵将外界空气抽入控制槽,空气挤压活塞前进带动密封垫前进与罐体内壁挤压,使罐盖与罐体之间密封更加严密,电动机驱动搅拌辊对酱料进行搅拌,使酱料发酵更加均匀,且温度传感器对罐体内部温度进行监测,显示器将罐体内部温度进行显示,便于精准把控温度变化情况,电加热块对酱料进行加热,防止温度过低导致酱料发酵速率降低;
2、水箱中的电热网将水加热,加热后的水通过高压喷头喷出对罐体内壁进行清洁,同时进行灭菌,将罐体内部残留的细菌消灭,避免细菌残留对下次发酵产生影响,超声波发生器使水在罐体中震动,清洁效果更佳,紫外线杀菌灯提高灭菌效率;
3、消毒箱的消毒液进入罐体,通过高压喷头喷出对罐体内壁进行清洁,同时进行灭菌,将罐体内部残留的细菌消灭,避免细菌残留对下次发酵产生影响,超声波发生器使消毒液在罐体中震动,清洁效果更佳,紫外线杀菌灯提高灭菌效率。

实施例1,参照图1、图3-6,一种具有灭菌功能的海鲜调味酱发酵设备,包括罐体1,所述罐体1顶部通过螺栓连接有罐盖2,且罐体1外壁套接有保温套3,所述罐盖2顶部外壁通过螺栓连接有电动机4,且电动机4的输出轴连接有转动轴5,转动轴5外壁焊接有等距离分布的搅拌辊6,所述转动轴5外壁开有等距离分布的凹槽,且凹槽内壁焊接有电加热块7与紫外线杀菌灯29,所述转动轴5底部焊接有电动伸缩杆8,且电动伸缩杆8末端焊接有清洁刷9,所述罐盖2中心位置安装有电滑环,且电滑环与转动轴5套接,电滑环通过导线分别与电加热块7、电动伸缩杆8、紫外线杀菌灯29连接,所述罐体1内壁焊接有储存管10,且储存管10外壁设置有等距离分布的高压喷头11,所述罐体1底部内壁焊接超声波发生器12,且罐体1内壁焊接有温度传感器13,所述罐体1靠近温度传感器13一侧外壁西焊接有显示器14,且罐体1内壁开有安装槽,安装槽内壁焊接有保温管15,所述温度传感器13通过导线连接有温度控制器,且温度控制器通过导线与显示器14连接,电动机4驱动搅拌辊6对酱料进行搅拌,使酱料发酵更加均匀,且温度传感器13对罐体1内部温度进行监测,显示器14将罐体1内部温度进行显示,便于精准把控温度变化情况,电加热块7对酱料进行加热,防止温度过低导致酱料发酵速率降低,所述罐体1靠近显示器14一侧外壁设置有灭菌机构,且灭菌机构包括与罐体1外壁焊接的水箱16,所述水箱16内壁焊接有电热网17,且水箱16顶部设置有通入保温管15的加热管,加热管安装有抽气泵18,所述水箱16底部设置有输液管,且输液管通过三向阀门分别于储存管10、保温管15连接,输液管安装有水泵20,水箱16中的电热网17将水加热,加热后的水通过高压喷头11喷出对罐体1内壁进行清洁,同时进行灭菌,将罐体内部残留的细菌消灭,避免细菌残留对下次发酵产生影响,超声波发生器12使水在罐体1中震动,清洁效果更佳,紫外线杀菌灯29提高灭菌效率,所述罐体1底部外壁焊接有净化箱21,且罐体1底部设置有通入净化箱21内部的排水管,所述净化箱21内壁滑动连接有过滤网箱22,且过滤网箱22位于排水管下方,所述净化箱21两侧内壁均开有滑槽,且滑槽沿过滤网箱22滑动方向设置,所述过滤网箱22两侧外壁均焊接有滑块,且滑块与滑槽内壁滑动连接,滑块长度小于滑槽深度,所述净化箱21外壁开有插槽,且插槽与过滤网箱22相适配,过滤网箱22内部填充有活性炭,所述罐盖2底部外壁焊接有密封塞23,且密封塞23尺寸与罐体1尺寸相适配,所述密封塞23内部开有控制槽24,且控制槽24内壁滑动连接有活塞25,活塞25焊接有贯穿密封塞23的控制杆,控制杆末端焊接有密封垫26,罐盖2底部的密封塞23使罐盖2与罐体1之间密封,防止外界空气进入污染酱料,充气泵将外界空气抽入控制槽,空气挤压活塞25前进带动密封垫26前进与罐体1内壁挤压,使罐盖2与罐体1之间密封更加严密,所述密封垫26外壁开有凹槽,且凹槽内壁焊接有压力传感器27,罐盖2顶部外壁两侧均焊接有提示灯28,所述压力传感器27通过导线连接有压力控制器,且压力控制器通过导线与提示灯28连接,所述密封塞23内部设置有通入控制槽24的充气管,充气管末端安装有充气泵。
实施例2,参照图2-5、图7,一种具有灭菌功能的海鲜调味酱发酵设备,包括罐体1,所述罐体1顶部通过螺栓连接有罐盖2,且罐体1外壁套接有保温套3,所述罐盖2顶部外壁通过螺栓连接有电动机4,且电动机4的输出轴连接有转动轴5,转动轴5外壁焊接有等距离分布的搅拌辊6,所述转动轴5外壁开有等距离分布的凹槽,且凹槽内壁焊接有电加热块7与紫外线杀菌灯29,所述转动轴5底部焊接有电动伸缩杆8,且电动伸缩杆8末端焊接有清洁刷9,所述罐盖2中心位置安装有电滑环,且电滑环与转动轴5套接,电滑环通过导线分别与电加热块7、电动伸缩杆8、紫外线杀菌灯29连接,所述罐体1内壁焊接有储存管10,且储存管10外壁设置有等距离分布的高压喷头11,所述罐体1底部内壁焊接超声波发生器12,且罐体1内壁焊接有温度传感器13,所述罐体1靠近温度传感器13一侧外壁西焊接有显示器14,且罐体1内壁开有安装槽,安装槽内壁焊接有保温管15,所述温度传感器13通过导线连接有温度控制器,且温度控制器通过导线与显示器14连接,电动机4驱动搅拌辊6对酱料进行搅拌,使酱料发酵更加均匀,且温度传感器13对罐体1内部温度进行监测,显示器14将罐体1内部温度进行显示,便于精准把控温度变化情况,电加热块7对酱料进行加热,防止温度过低导致酱料发酵速率降低,所述罐体1底部外壁焊接有净化箱21,且罐体1底部设置有通入净化箱21内部的排水管,所述净化箱21内壁滑动连接有过滤网箱22,且过滤网箱22位于排水管下方,所述净化箱21两侧内壁均开有滑槽,且滑槽沿过滤网箱22滑动方向设置,所述过滤网箱22两侧外壁均焊接有滑块,且滑块与滑槽内壁滑动连接,滑块长度小于滑槽深度,所述净化箱21外壁开有插槽,且插槽与过滤网箱22相适配,过滤网箱22内部填充有活性炭,所述罐体1靠近显示器14一侧外壁设置有灭菌机构,且灭菌机构包括与罐体1远离水箱16一侧外壁焊接的消毒箱19,消毒箱19内部盛放有消毒液,消毒箱19底部设置有连接管,连接管安装有三向阀门,连接管末端分别通入储存管10与净化箱21,连接管与安装有水泵20,消毒箱19的消毒液进入罐体,通过高压喷头11喷出对罐体1内壁进行清洁,同时进行灭菌,将罐体1内部残留的细菌消灭,避免细菌残留对下次发酵产生影响,超声波发生器12使消毒液在罐体中震动,清洁效果更佳,紫外线杀菌灯29提高灭菌效率,所述罐盖2底部外壁焊接有密封塞23,且密封塞23尺寸与罐体1尺寸相适配,所述密封塞23内部开有控制槽24,且控制槽24内壁滑动连接有活塞25,活塞25焊接有贯穿密封塞23的控制杆,控制杆末端焊接有密封垫26,罐盖2底部的密封塞23使罐盖2与罐体1之间密封,防止外界空气进入污染酱料,充气泵将外界空气抽入控制槽,空气挤压活塞25前进带动密封垫26前进与罐体1内壁挤压,使罐盖2与罐体1之间密封更加严密,所述密封垫26外壁开有凹槽,且凹槽内壁焊接有压力传感器27,罐盖2顶部外壁两侧均焊接有提示灯28,所述压力传感器27通过导线连接有压力控制器,且压力控制器通过导线与提示灯28连接,所述密封塞23内部设置有通入控制槽24的充气管,充气管末端安装有充气泵。
本发明在进行工作时,罐盖2底部的密封塞23使罐盖2与罐体1之间密封,防止外界空气进入污染酱料,充气泵将外界空气抽入控制槽,空气挤压活塞25前进带动密封垫26前进与罐体1内壁挤压,使罐盖2与罐体1之间密封更加严密,电动机4驱动搅拌辊6对酱料进行搅拌,使酱料发酵更加均匀,且温度传感器13对罐体1内部温度进行监测,显示器14将罐体1内部温度进行显示,便于精准把控温度变化情况,电加热块7对酱料进行加热,防止温度过低导致酱料发酵速率降低,水箱16中的电热网17将水加热,加热后的水通过高压喷头11喷出对罐体1内壁进行清洁,同时进行灭菌,将罐体内部残留的细菌消灭,避免细菌残留对下次发酵产生影响,超声波发生器12使水在罐体1中震动,清洁效果更佳,紫外线杀菌灯29提高灭菌效率,消毒箱19的消毒液进入罐体,通过高压喷头11喷出对罐体1内壁进行清洁,同时进行灭菌,将罐体1内部残留的细菌消灭,避免细菌残留对下次发酵产生影响,超声波发生器12使消毒液在罐体中震动,清洁效果更佳,紫外线杀菌灯29提高灭菌效率。

1.一种具有灭菌功能的海鲜调味酱发酵设备,包括罐体(1),其特征在于,所述罐体(1)顶部通过螺栓连接有罐盖(2),且罐体(1)外壁套接有保温套(3),所述罐盖(2)顶部外壁通过螺栓连接有电动机(4),且电动机(4)的输出轴连接有转动轴(5),转动轴(5)外壁焊接有等距离分布的搅拌辊(6),所述转动轴(5)外壁开有等距离分布的凹槽,且凹槽内壁焊接有电加热块(7)与紫外线杀菌灯(29),所述转动轴(5)底部焊接有电动伸缩杆(8),且电动伸缩杆(8)末端焊接有清洁刷(9),所述罐体(1)内壁焊接有储存管(10),且储存管(10)外壁设置有等距离分布的高压喷头(11),所述罐体(1)底部内壁焊接超声波发生器(12),且罐体(1)内壁焊接有温度传感器(13),所述罐体(1)靠近温度传感器(13)一侧外壁西焊接有显示器(14),且罐体(1)内壁开有安装槽,安装槽内壁焊接有保温管(15),所述罐体(1)靠近显示器(14)一侧外壁设置有灭菌机构,且灭菌机构包括与罐体(1)外壁焊接的水箱(16),所述水箱(16)内壁焊接有电热网(17),且水箱(16)顶部设置有通入保温管(15)的加热管,加热管安装有抽气泵(18),所述水箱(16)底部设置有输液管,且输液管通过三向阀门分别于储存管(10)、保温管(15)连接,输液管安装有水泵(20),所述罐体(1)底部外壁焊接有净化箱(21),且罐体(1)底部设置有通入净化箱(21)内部的排水管,所述净化箱(21)内壁滑动连接有过滤网箱(22),且过滤网箱(22)位于排水管下方,所述罐盖(2)底部外壁焊接有密封塞(23),且密封塞(23)尺寸与罐体(1)尺寸相适配,所述密封塞(23)内部开有控制槽(24),且控制槽(24)内壁滑动连接有活塞(25),活塞(25)焊接有贯穿密封塞(23)的控制杆,控制杆末端焊接有密封垫(26),所述密封垫(26)外壁开有凹槽,且凹槽内壁焊接有压力传感器(27),罐盖(2)顶部外壁两侧均焊接有提示灯(28),所述密封塞(23)内部设置有通入控制槽(24)的充气管,充气管末端安装有充气泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有灭菌功能的海鲜调味酱发酵设备,其特征在于,所述灭菌机构还包括与罐体(1)远离水箱(16)一侧外壁焊接的消毒箱(19),消毒箱(19)内部盛放有消毒液,消毒箱(19)底部设置有连接管,连接管安装有三向阀门,连接管末端分别通入储存管(10)与净化箱(21),连接管安装有水泵(20)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有灭菌功能的海鲜调味酱发酵设备,其特征在于,所述温度传感器(13)通过导线连接有温度控制器,且温度控制器通过导线与显示器(14)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有灭菌功能的海鲜调味酱发酵设备,其特征在于,所述压力传感器(27)通过导线连接有压力控制器,且压力控制器通过导线与提示灯(28)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有灭菌功能的海鲜调味酱发酵设备,其特征在于,所述罐盖(2)中心位置安装有电滑环,且电滑环与转动轴(5)套接,电滑环通过导线分别与电加热块(7)、电动伸缩杆(8)、紫外线杀菌灯(29)连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有灭菌功能的海鲜调味酱发酵设备,其特征在于,所述净化箱(21)两侧内壁均开有滑槽,且滑槽沿过滤网箱(22)滑动方向设置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有灭菌功能的海鲜调味酱发酵设备,其特征在于,所述过滤网箱(22)两侧外壁均焊接有滑块,且滑块与滑槽内壁滑动连接,滑块长度小于滑槽深度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有灭菌功能的海鲜调味酱发酵设备,其特征在于,所述净化箱(21)外壁开有插槽,且插槽与过滤网箱(22)相适配,过滤网箱(22)内部填充有活性炭。
