the working table is provided with a downward sunken abdicating groove, and the width size of the abdicating groove is larger than the diameter size of the drill cutter;
the press riveting mechanism comprises an upper hot riveting head, a press riveting positioning needle and a lower hot riveting head,
the press riveting positioning needle is fixed on the sliding plate;
the upper hot riveting head is arranged on the periphery of the pressure riveting positioning needle and is fixed on the sliding plate;
the lower hot riveting head is slidably arranged in the abdicating groove;
the sliding plate is slidably arranged in the pressure riveting protective cover;
the fixing mechanism comprises a pressing plate which is provided with a pressing hole,

fourthly, driving the screw rod to rotate through a lifting motor corresponding to the drilling mechanism, enabling the connecting plate to drive the drilling mechanism to move downwards along the screw rod and the guide rod to penetrate through a working opening in the shell, and stopping the downward movement of the drill bit protective cover when the drill bit protective cover of the drilling mechanism is 3cm away from the upper surface of the financial voucher;
fifthly, the drilling oil cylinder is used for pushing the moving frame, the drilling knife, the drilling motor and the exhaust fan to move downwards to be close to the financial document, and meanwhile, the drilling motor and the exhaust fan of the drilling mechanism are opened, so that the drilling knife can rotate, and the exhaust fan can exhaust air;

seventhly, after the drill cutter drills the last page of the financial certificate, the drilling oil cylinder drives the moving frame, the drill cutter, the drilling motor and the exhaust fan to move upwards, and the drill cutter stops rotating after the drill cutter is completely separated from the financial certificate;
eighthly, resetting the drilling oil cylinder, reversing a lifting motor corresponding to the drilling mechanism, and lifting and resetting the drilling mechanism in sequence to complete the drilling of the financial document;
ninth, the mounting table is driven to rotate by starting a motor, so that the riveting mechanism is positioned right above the working opening, and meanwhile, the riveting pipe is manually placed in a hole drilled in the financial voucher;
