In the invention, the ageing treatment liquid A is prepared from one or more of starch, casein, sucrose, glucose, calcium lignosulfonate, carboxymethyl cellulose and carboxyethyl cellulose.
In the invention, different concrete ageing degrees can be presented by adjusting the formula of the ageing treatment fluid A.
In the invention, the ageing treatment liquid B is prepared by mixing nano-scale acrylic acid and water according to a certain proportion.
According to the invention, the ageing method can treat a large amount of concrete products at one time and the ageing degree is consistent.

(5) Spray coating ageing treatment liquid B
Uniformly mixing the ageing treatment liquid B and water according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and spraying the mixture on the surface of the dried concrete to enable the ageing treatment liquid B to fully permeate into pores on the surface of the concrete to form a protective layer.

Example 1
Preparing 30 rigid molds of 400mm by 60mm, and cleaning and assembling the molds; blending the ageing treatment fluid A and water according to the mass ratio of 1:4, and uniformly spraying the prepared ageing treatment fluid A on a 400mm x 400mm rigid die surface; pouring the fresh concrete into the mold coated with the old treatment liquid A, standing and maintaining for 24 hours, and then demolding; washing the concrete surface of 400mm x 400mm contacting the ageing treatment liquid A with clear water, washing out uncured concrete components, standing and airing for 3 hours; uniformly mixing the ageing treatment liquid B and water according to the mass ratio of 1:1, spraying the mixture on the surface of dried concrete with the thickness of 400mm to 400mm, standing for 3 hours after spraying, and enabling the ageing treatment liquid B to fully permeate into pores on the surface of the concrete to form a protective layer, thus finishing the ageing process.

2. The concrete distressing method according to claim 1, wherein the distressing fluid A is prepared from one or more of starch, casein, sucrose, glucose, calcium lignosulfonate, carboxymethyl cellulose and carboxyethyl cellulose.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the ageing treatment liquid B is prepared by mixing nanoscale acrylic acid and water in a certain proportion.
