the water spraying device (400) comprises a water tank (410) arranged on one side of the top of the material distributing device, a water pump (430) arranged on the upper surface of the water tank (410), a spraying structure and a water outlet pipe (440) used for connecting the outlet of the water pump (430) with the spraying structure.
