All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment aims to provide a method for preparing an animal gelatin capsule shell, comprising the following steps:
s1, respectively carrying out dissolving operation on gelatin and animal collagen;
s2, setting the preheating temperature of the reaction tank to 60 ℃, mixing the dissolved gelatin and the collagen according to the ratio of 8:2 after the temperature is reached, and simultaneously adding a plasticizer and a surfactant according to mass percentage to fully and uniformly mix various materials;
s3, placing the uniformly mixed glue solution prepared in the step into a water bath kettle at the constant temperature of 40-70 ℃ and stirring until a wall material solution flowing uniformly is formed;
s4, carrying out ultrasonic degassing on the wall material solution, and then placing the wall material solution under vacuum pressure until the solution becomes clear and transparent to form a uniform shell material;
s5, transferring the degassed shell material into a preheated holding tank, setting the temperature to be 60 ℃ and the time to be 4 hours for later encapsulation;
s6, carrying out glue dipping, cooling and solidifying operations through the mold rod of the capsule grinding tool;
s7, transferring the solidified capsules into a constant-temperature dryer, setting the drying temperature to be 40-60 ℃ and the drying time to be 45 min;
s8, pulling out the blastocyst after the blastocyst is remoistened, cutting the blastocyst according to the required proportion size, and combining the cut capsule body and the cut capsule cap to obtain a finished capsule shell product;
s9, sterilizing the hollow capsule prepared in the above steps by adopting an ozone sterilization method, wherein the ozone pressure is set to be 0.2MPa, and the sterilization time is set to be 1-10 min.
In this embodiment, in S1, the process of dissolving gelatin and animal collagen includes the following steps:

s1.2, mixing the animal collagen with water at room temperature according to a ratio of 1:1, heating to 64 ℃ in vacuum, and stirring for 42min until the animal collagen is melted.
The glycerol is colorless and odorless, has warm and sweet taste, can absorb moisture and keep moisture, can dissolve certain inorganic matters, can improve the transparent color clarity of the gelatin solution, enables the gelatin solution to be finer and more uniform in texture, and further can improve the mouth feel and high quality of the finished capsule shell; sorbitol is colorless and has warm sweet taste, can be neutralized with glycerol to form moderate slightly sweet taste, can absorb moisture, improves the viscosity of gelatin solution, and is convenient for subsequent molding operation.
In addition, it is worth mentioning that excessive amounts of sorbitol taken orally can cause diarrhea or digestive disorders and therefore can only be added in small amounts.
Specifically, in S1.2, the animal collagen adopts collagen peptide with relative molecular mass less than 2KD, so that the collagen is fine and smooth, and is easy to dissolve quickly, and then the uniform collagen solution is obtained.
Further, in S1.2, when the selected animal collagen is fish skin collagen, the dissolving condition is set to vacuum heating to 55 ℃, and stirring for 30min, and the dissolving condition needs to be reduced because the fish skin is thinner and finer, thereby preventing the fish skin collagen from being excessively damaged and reducing the surface activity thereof.
Further, in S1.2, when the selected animal collagen is pig skin or donkey skin collagen, the dissolving condition is set to vacuum heating to 64 deg.C, and stirring for 42 min.
In this embodiment, in S2, the mass fraction of the plasticizer is 0.1% to 30%, the mass fraction of the surfactant is 0.1% to 30%, the surfactant can retain the active components of collagen, and the plasticizer can improve the plasticity of the collagen solution, so that the collagen solution can be used in different applications.
In this embodiment, in S4, the ultrasonic frequency is set to 20kHz to 120kHz and the vacuum pressure is set to 0.08 to 0.09MPa during the ultrasonic degassing, and the gas in the mixed sol can be further removed by using the ultrasonic and vacuum treatments simultaneously, so that the capsule shell is more uniform in texture after the capsule shell is molded.
In this embodiment, in S6, the process of dipping glue and cooling to solidify includes the following steps:
s6.1, immersing the die rod of the capsule grinding tool into mustard oil for sufficient lubrication, so that the surface of the die rod is uniformly covered with a layer of mustard oil;
s6.2, immersing the lubricated mould rod of the capsule grinding tool into the glue solution for about 5-20S, slowly lifting the mould, and turning over for 3-7 times to uniformly distribute the glue solution on the surface of the mould;
and S6.3, quickly extending the part, covered with the glue solution, of the die rod of the grinding tool into purified cold water for cooling and solidification.
