Description

Eyeliner with coating part capable of bending in multiple directions
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an eyeliner in which an application part can be bent in a plurality of directions, and more particularly, to an eyeliner in which an application part can be bent in a plurality of directions, the eyeliner including: an eyeliner body which contains a cosmetic material therein; an application member having a core for absorbing a cosmetic material formed on one side and an application section formed on the other side; and an application part holder surrounding an outer side of the application member, wherein the eyeliner body and the application part holder are connected by an angle adjustment member, and a connection passage through which the core passes is formed at a center of the angle adjustment member, so that the application part holder can be bent in a plurality of directions by the angle adjustment member and an angle of the application part can be freely adjusted to make up the eyes, and the connection passage of the angle adjustment member can be always secured regardless of which direction the application part holder is bent, so that the core of the application member can continuously and easily absorb the cosmetic contained in the eyeliner body.
Background
Generally, eye makeup includes mascara (mascara) makeup that makes eyelashes rich and eyeliner (eye line) makeup that makes outlines around the eyes clear.
The eyeliner is a makeup method in which lines are drawn on eyelids to make eyes stand out and to express vivid and clear eye spirit, the eye lines are naturally drawn to the tails of eyes by an eyeliner, various depictions are made according to the appearance, face and personality of the eyes, and the eyes and the whole face are beautifully coordinated by creating colors.
The eyeliner is classified into a pencil type in which a pencil is used to draw an eyeliner directly on an eyelid with a pencil lead, which feels natural, but has a disadvantage of being difficult to be colored and easily erased, and a liquid type in which an eyeliner is drawn by dipping a cosmetic material in a brush, which makes it possible to draw a clear and bright eye makeup compared to the pencil type.
Such a conventional eyeliner is configured such that a liquid type cosmetic is filled in a container body, and is combined with a brush member having a brush implanted in an upper end of the container body, and a brush holder for fixing the brush member to the container body applies the cosmetic in the container body to the brush, and makes eye makeup with the brush.
However, the above-mentioned conventional eyeliner requires holding the container body with the brush perpendicular to the eyelids and then drawing a line on the eyelids with the brush while looking at the mirror, and at this time, the user's hand obstructs the visual field, so that it is inconvenient because the user cannot smoothly see the mirror.
In order to solve the above problems, as shown in fig. 1, korean patent laid-open No. 10-0789321 entitled "cosmetic implement" is disclosed, the prior art including: a makeup application section including a tool for applying makeup to the skin or eyebrows of a user and a cover covering the tool; a makeup removing part including a replacement device detachably accommodated in the removing part body and the removing part body; and a connection part having one end connected to the makeup application part and the other end connected to the makeup removal part, the makeup application part and the makeup removal part being bent at a certain angle so as to be taken up and used by a user.
However, since a portion of the conventional makeup tool, which connects the makeup application part and the makeup removal part, is bent, a distance between a brush portion for applying the makeup to the skin and the bent portion is remote, making it difficult to perform delicate makeup.
Also, the makeup application part and the makeup removal part of the above conventional makeup tool are fixed in a bent state so that the angle of the makeup application part and the makeup removal part cannot be freely adjusted, and thus, in order to make the end of the bent makeup application part or the makeup removal part face the eyelid when making up the eye, a user must always use and hold the makeup tool in the same direction, thereby feeling discomfort.

Detailed Description
The technical problems addressed by the present invention and embodiments of the present invention will become apparent from the preferred embodiments described below. Hereinafter, an eyeliner in which an application part can be bent in a plurality of directions according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An eyeliner according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which an application part is bendable in a plurality of directions, includes: an eyeliner body 10 which contains a cosmetic material therein; an angle adjusting member 20 fixedly coupled to one end of the eyeliner body 10 and having a spherical angle adjusting ball 22 formed thereon; an application section holder 30 rotatably coupled to the angle adjusting member 20, and having an angle adjusting groove 32 formed in a circular groove shape, the angle adjusting ball 22 being inserted into the angle adjusting groove 32; an application member 40 at least partially penetrating the application section holder 30 and exposed to the outside; and an eyeliner cap 60 for protecting the coating member 40 by being combined with the above-mentioned eyeliner body 10.
As shown in fig. 3, the eyeliner body 10 has a cylindrical or polygonal cylindrical shape with an upper portion and a lower portion opened as a portion to be held by a user when applying makeup.
The eyeliner body 10 may be filled with a liquid-phase cosmetic material, or as shown in fig. 4, a dipping member 14 may be provided therein, and the dipping member 14 may be dipped with the liquid-phase cosmetic material. When the liquid cosmetic is filled in the eyeliner body 10, a content container (not shown) for containing the liquid cosmetic may be formed inside the eyeliner body 10.
An inlet 12 is formed at one side of the eyeliner body 10, and an angle adjusting member 20 is coupled to an inner side of the inlet 12. In the embodiment of the present invention, the inlet portion 12 of the eyeliner body 10 and the angle adjusting member 20 are illustrated as undercut coupling, but are not limited thereto, and may be coupled in various manners, such as screw coupling, forced insertion coupling, or projection and groove coupling, etc.
As shown in the partially enlarged view of fig. 4, a drop-preventing locking portion 13 is formed on the upper inner periphery of the inlet portion 12 to prevent the angle adjusting member 20 from being pushed into the eyeliner body 10, and a drop-preventing locking portion 15 is formed on the lower portion of the drop-preventing locking portion 13 to prevent the angle adjusting member 20 from being dropped from the eyeliner body 10.
A first coupling protrusion 17 is formed on an outer peripheral edge of the inlet portion 12, and the first coupling protrusion 17 is undercut-coupled to the eyeliner cap 60.
The other end of the eyeliner body 10 is combined with the endpiece 50 to block the lower portion of the eyeliner body 10. The closing member 50 may be fixedly coupled to the lower portion of the eyeliner body 10 in various manners such as forced insertion coupling, screw coupling, or undercut coupling. The closing member 50 is formed with a support cam 52 extending upward, and the support cam 52 is inserted into the eyeliner body 10 to support the lower end of the dipping member 14 built in the eyeliner body 10.
As shown in fig. 4, the angle adjustment member 20 is fixedly coupled to the inlet 12 of the eyeliner body 10. Alternatively, the eyeliner body 10 and the angle adjusting member 20 may be formed integrally.
As shown in fig. 3, a spherical angle adjusting ball 22 is formed at an upper portion of the angle adjusting member 20, and a first coupling space 222 is formed inside the angle adjusting ball 22. Therefore, when the angle adjusting member 20 and the application part holder 30 are coupled, the above-mentioned angle adjusting ball 22 is easily inserted into the angle adjusting groove 32 of the application part holder 30 while being elastically retracted inward by the first coupling space 222. In another embodiment of the present invention, the angle adjusting ball 22 may be more easily inserted into the angle adjusting groove 32 of the coating section holder 30 by forming a slit (not shown) for dividing the angle adjusting ball 22 into a plurality of portions in the longitudinal direction.
A connection passage 24 is formed at the center of the angle adjusting member 20 so that the core 44 of the application member 40 passes through. The connection passage 24 connects the inside of the eyeliner body 10 with the inside of the applicator holder 30. Since the connection path 24 is opened when the application section holder 30 is bent in any direction, the cosmetic material contained in the eyeliner body 10 is continuously absorbed by the core 44 penetrating the connection path 24 and can be supplied to the application section 42.
As shown in the partially enlarged view of fig. 4, a lower extension cam 26 extending downward is formed at a lower portion of the angle adjusting member 20, an inner peripheral edge of the lower extension cam 26 is gradually inclined downward, and a second coupling space 262 is formed inside the lower extension cam 26. Therefore, when the eyeliner body 10 and the angle adjusting member 20 are combined, the lower portion of the angle adjusting member 20 is combined with the inside of the entrance portion 12 of the eyeliner body 10 while being elastically retracted inward by the second combining space 262.
A slip-off preventing protrusion 23 is formed on the outer periphery of the angle adjusting member 20 to be seated on the slip-off preventing engagement portion 13 formed on the eyeliner body 10, and a slip-off preventing protrusion 25 is formed on the lower portion of the slip-off preventing protrusion 23 to be engaged with the slip-off preventing engagement portion 15 formed on the eyeliner body 10. Therefore, the angle adjusting member 20 can be prevented from being pushed into the inside of the eyeliner body 10 or from being separated from the upper side.
The coating part holder 30 is rotatably coupled to an upper portion of the angle adjusting member 20, and the coating member 40 is fitted into the coating part holder 30.
As shown in fig. 4, an angle adjusting groove 32 having a circular groove shape is formed at the lower inner side of the coating portion holder 30 to fit the angle adjusting ball 22 of the angle adjusting member 20 therein. That is, the angle adjusting ball 22 of the angle adjusting member 20 and the angle adjusting groove 32 of the applicator holder 30 are coupled in the form of a ball and a circular groove, so that the angle adjusting groove 32 can be rotated in multiple directions outside the angle adjusting ball 22, and thus the rotational direction and rotational angle of the applicator holder 30 can be more freely varied.
An application part through hole 34 penetrating the application part 42 of the application member 40 is formed at the center upper portion of the application part holder 30.
Preferably, the applicator holder 30 is formed in a shape that becomes more pointed toward the upper side so as not to interfere with makeup of the user.
The coating member 40 is fitted into and fixed to the inside of the coating section holder 30, penetrates the connection passage 24 of the angle adjusting member 20, and is freely bent at various angles by the coating section holder 30.
The application member 40 may include an application part 42 for applying the cosmetic to the skin, a core 44 for absorbing the cosmetic contained in the eyeliner body 10, and an application part bristle plate 46 in which the application part 42 is implanted, and the application part 42 is connected to the core 44 to transfer the cosmetic absorbed by the core 44 to the application part 42.
The coating portion 42 is exposed to the outside through the coating portion through hole 34 of the coating portion holder 30. The applying part 42 may be formed in various makeup tools, and particularly, preferably has a brush shape.
As shown in the enlarged view of fig. 4, one end of the core 44 is inserted into the immersion member 14 housed in the eyeliner body 10, and the other end thereof penetrates through a core hole 462 formed in the center of the coating portion flocked plate 46 and is connected to the lower portion of the coating portion 42. The core 44 is preferably made of a fiber material to easily absorb the cosmetic contained in the eyeliner body 10, and is particularly preferably made of one or more of nylon (nylon) fiber, polyurethane (urethane) fiber, and polyester (polyester) fiber.
Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which an application member of the eyeliner of the present invention is formed in a core-integrated type.
The coating member 40 may be formed integrally with the core 44. That is, as shown in fig. 7, the application part 42 and the application part bristle plate 46 are not formed on the application member 40, but are formed only by the core 44 such that one side of the core 44 is inserted into the inside of the eyeliner body 10 to absorb the cosmetic, and the other side is exposed on the upper side of the application part holder 30 to apply the cosmetic absorbed from the eyeliner body 10 to the cosmetic site.
As shown in fig. 5, the application member 40 is easily bent by forming a bent portion 48 in the application member 40, and the cosmetic is prevented from leaking to the outside.
That is, when the application unit holder 30 is rotated, the application member 40 is bent together with the application unit holder 30, and at this time, the bent portion of the application member 40 is pressed (squeeze) to discharge the cosmetic absorbed in the bent portion of the application member 40, and at the same time, the discharged cosmetic leaks to the outside through the gap between the angle adjustment ball 22 of the angle adjustment member 20 and the angle adjustment groove 32 of the application unit holder 30, resulting in the soiling of the eyeliner.
Accordingly, the eyeliner of the present invention forms a bending part 48 in a certain portion of the application member 40 between the angle adjustment member 20 and the application part holder 30 such that the bending part 48 is formed to have a relatively smaller diameter than the other portion of the application member 40, thereby bending the application member 40 in various directions by the bending part 48, and as shown in a partially enlarged view of fig. 5, if the bending part 48 is bent by the rotation of the application part holder 30, the bending part 48 is pressed and the cosmetic is discharged from the bending part 48, and at this time, the discharged cosmetic is connected to both sides of the bending part 48 and absorbed by the application member 40 having a larger diameter, thereby preventing the cosmetic from leaking to the outside and becoming dirty.
One side of the eyeliner body 10 is coupled to an eyeliner cap 60 protecting the coating portion 42. A second coupling cam 67 is formed at the lower inner circumference of the eyeliner cap 60 to be coupled with the first coupling protrusion 17 of the eyeliner body 10 in an undercut manner.
As shown in fig. 4, an inner cap 62 is further coupled to the inside of the eyeliner cap 60. The lower end of the inner lid 62 is fixed by being locked to a locking protrusion 64 formed on the inner periphery of the eyeliner cap 60, and a fastening cam 622 is formed on the upper inner periphery of the inner lid 62.
A gasket 70 is formed inside the inner lid 62 to prevent the coating portion 42 from contacting the outside during storage or carrying. The sealing gasket 70 is formed at an upper portion thereof with a fastening ring groove 72 to be fixedly coupled with the fastening cam 622 of the inner lid 62.
A sealing cam 74 is formed on the inner circumference of the sealing pad 70, an elastic space 76 is formed on the rear surface of the sealing cam 74, and when the sealing cam 74 is coupled to the eyeliner cap 60, the elastic space 76 elastically pushes back and tightly contacts the outer circumference of the coating part holder 30 to increase the sealing force.
The gasket 70 is preferably formed of an elastic material capable of elastically adhering to the outer periphery of the coating portion holder 30, and more preferably formed of one or more materials selected from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), elastomer (elastomer), natural rubber (natural rubber), synthetic rubber (synthetic rubber), silicone (silicone), and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU).
Fig. 8 is a perspective view showing a state in which a leakage preventing film is formed on the outer side of an angle adjusting member of the eyeliner of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, an elastic leakage prevention film 80 made of a thin film is further formed outside the angle adjusting member 20 and the application section supporter 30 to prevent the cosmetic from leaking to the outside.
That is, the leakage preventing film 80 made of a thin elastic film surrounds the outside of the angle adjusting member 20 so that the liquid cosmetic material contained in the eyeliner body 10 does not leak from between the angle adjusting ball 22 of the angle adjusting member 20 and the angle adjusting groove 32 of the application section holder 30, thereby allowing clean use.
Preferably, the anti-leakage film 80 is formed of a transparent material to improve aesthetic sense.
Hereinafter, a method of assembling the eyeliner in which the coating portion configured as described above can be bent in a plurality of directions will be described.
In order to assemble the eyeliner of the present invention, first, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the dipping member 14 dipped with the liquid cosmetic is inserted into the lower portion of the eyeliner body 10 opened, or the liquid cosmetic is filled into the content container (not shown) and the content container is inserted into the lower portion of the eyeliner body 10 opened.
Then, a closing member 50 is coupled to a lower portion of the eyeliner body 10 so that the dipping member 14 or the content container does not fall off from a lower side of the eyeliner body 10.
Next, the angle adjusting member 20 is fixedly coupled to the inlet 12 of the eyeliner body 10, the lower extension cam 26 of the angle adjusting member 20 is fitted into the inlet 12, and the separation preventing protrusion 23 of the angle adjusting member 20 is seated on the separation preventing locking portion 13 of the eyeliner body 10, and the separation preventing protrusion 25 of the angle adjusting member 20 is locked to the separation preventing locking portion 15 of the eyeliner body 10.
Next, after the coating member 40 is assembled by fitting the core 44 through the core hole 462 of the coating portion plate 46 into which the coating portion 42 is implanted, the coating member 40 is fitted and fixed to the lower side of the coating portion holder 30 so that the coating portion plate 46 of the coating member 40 is coupled to the inner peripheral edge of the coating portion holder 30, and the upper portion of the coating portion 42 is exposed to the outside by penetrating the coating portion 42 of the coating member 40.
Next, as described above, the coating section holder 30 coupled to the coating member 40 is rotatably coupled to the upper portion of the angle adjusting member 20 such that the core 44 of the coating member 40 penetrates the connection passage 24 of the angle adjusting member 20 and the angle adjusting ball 22 of the angle adjusting member 20 is fitted into the angle adjusting groove 32 of the coating section holder 30. At this time, the lower portion of the core 44 of the coating member 40 is inserted into the dipping member 14 housed in the interior of the eyeliner body 10, and the upper portion is connected to the coating portion 42 by the through coating portion bristle plate 46.
When the coating member 40 is integrally formed with the core 44, the coating portion holder 30 is rotatably coupled to the upper portion of the angle adjusting member 20, and then one side of the coating member 40 is sequentially inserted through the centers of the coating portion holder 30 and the angle adjusting member 20. At this time, one side of the coating member 40 is inserted into the dipping member 14 housed inside the eyeliner body 10, and the other side is in a state where the upper portion of the coating section holder 30 is exposed.
Next, the inner lid 62 is coupled to the inside of the eyeliner cap 60, the gasket 70 is coupled to the inside of the inner lid 62, the lower end of the inner lid 62 is fixed by being engaged with the engaging protrusion 64 of the eyeliner cap 60, and the fastening cam 622 of the inner lid 62 is coupled to the fastening ring groove 72 of the gasket 70.
Finally, an eyeliner cap 60 is coupled to the upper portion of the eyeliner body 10 to complete the assembly of the eyeliner in which the application part of the present invention can be bent in a plurality of directions.
Hereinafter, a method of using an eyeliner in which the coating portion assembled by the above-described method can be bent in a plurality of directions will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 5 is a sectional view showing a state in which an application part holder of the eyeliner of the present invention is bent in one direction, and fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a state in which eye makeup is performed by the application part of the eyeliner of the present invention.
To use the eyeliner of the present invention, the eyeliner cap 60 is first separated from the eyeliner body 10.
Thereafter, as shown in fig. 5, the eyeliner body 10 is held by one hand, and the applicator holder 30 is folded in a desired direction by the other hand. At this time, since the spherical angle adjusting ball 22 formed in the angle adjusting member 20 is rotatably fitted into the circular groove-shaped angle adjusting groove 32 formed in the coating section holder 30 and the coating member 40 is fixedly coupled to the coating section holder 30, the coating section 42 of the coating member 40 can freely rotate in various directions and angles together with the coating section holder 30.
As shown in the enlarged partial view of fig. 5, when the curved portion 48 is curved by the rotation of the application portion holder 30, the discharged cosmetic is connected to both sides of the curved portion 48 and absorbed by the large-diameter application member 40 at the moment when the curved portion 48 is pressed (squeeze) and the cosmetic is discharged from the curved portion 48. Therefore, the cosmetic can be prevented from leaking to the outside of the eyeliner and becoming dirty.
In this case, when the leakage preventing film 80 is further formed outside the angle adjusting member 20, the leakage preventing film 80 is formed of a thin film material having elasticity and is flexibly bent together with the coating portion holder 30.
Thereafter, as shown in fig. 6, the application portion 42 bent as described above is placed on the eyelid to draw an eye line.
After finishing makeup, the application holder 30 is folded again and erected, and as shown in fig. 4, the application holder 30 and the application member 40 are covered with an eyeliner cap 60 and coupled to the eyeliner body 10. At this time, the sealing cam 74 of the packing 70 formed inside the eyeliner cap 60 is closely adhered to the upper outer circumference of the applicator holder 30 to maintain a sealing force during storage or carrying.
As described above, the present invention is only one embodiment for implementing an eyeliner in which an application part can be bent in a plurality of directions, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. Those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains will appreciate that numerous alternative embodiments are possible within the scope of the invention, as described in the appended claims.
