step (2), chicken coop disinfection:
firstly, cleaning the whole henhouse, then washing the henhouse with tap water, after the water is dried, spraying 15% bleaching powder, after 4-5 days, spraying disinfectant for one time, and after 2 weeks, opening the henhouse;
and (3) hatching and vaccination:
selecting qualified hatching eggs, placing the hatching eggs in an incubator, maintaining a certain temperature and humidity, incubating, and injecting Marek's vaccine into the incubated chicks;
step (4), chick management:
placing the chicks injected with the vaccine in a greenhouse, laying and placing disinfected straws with the thickness of 3-5 cm, keeping 40 chicks per square meter, keeping the temperature at 35 ℃ and the air humidity at 60%, feeding water every 3h, ventilating, feeding the chicks with feed every 5h, changing straws every 1d, cleaning excrement, adjusting the temperature to 32 ℃ after 3d, keeping the humidity unchanged, adjusting the temperature to 27 ℃ after 1 week, and adjusting the humidity to 50%;
wherein step (2) may be performed during step (4);
