A control panel for a passenger conveyor is provided with: a frame; a control panel main body having a control unit which is housed in the frame in a drawable manner; and a cable body attached to the control unit, the cable body having a connection cable for electrically connecting the control unit and the connection target device, wherein an attachment state of the cable body to the control unit is selectable between a 1 st attachment state in which the control unit is electrically connected to the connection target device via the connection cable and a 2 nd attachment state in which the cable body is separated from the connection target device, and positions of the cable body to the control unit are different from each other in the 1 st attachment state and the 2 nd attachment state. The cable body in the 2 nd attached state serves as a grip portion for pulling out the control unit from the frame.

The present invention relates to a control panel of a passenger conveyor and a maintenance and inspection method of the control panel of the passenger conveyor.
Background
A control panel and a motor are provided in a machine room of a passenger conveyor. When the maintenance worker performs maintenance work on the control panel, the control panel needs to be taken out from the machine room. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the overall structure of a passenger conveyor provided with a control panel according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a plan view of a machine room provided with a control panel of the passenger conveyor shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, the passenger conveyor 1 includes a truss 1a and a plurality of steps 1b supported by the truss 1 a. The longitudinal ends of the truss 1a are supported by the upper-layer structure. The lower end in the longitudinal direction of the truss 1a is supported by the structure on the lower layer. An upper-layer entrance of the passenger conveyor 1 is provided above the longitudinal upper end of the truss 1 a. A lower landing entrance of the passenger conveyor 1 is provided above the lower end in the longitudinal direction of the truss 1 a.
The plurality of steps 1b are connected in a ring shape. The plurality of steps 1b can be cyclically moved between the upper landing entrance and the lower landing entrance.
A machine room 2 is provided at the longitudinal end of the truss 1 a. As shown in fig. 2, a drive motor 3 and a control panel 4 for controlling the drive motor 3 are provided inside the machine room 2. A lower side connector 13b as a 2 nd mounting portion is provided on a lower side of a side surface of the control unit 9 b. An upper side connector 12c as a 1 st mounting portion is provided on an upper side of a side surface of the control unit 9 c. A lower side connector 13c as a 2 nd mounting portion is provided on a lower side of a side surface of the control unit 9 c. Different components are stored in the control units 9a, 9b and 9c, respectively.
As shown in fig. 3, an existing power supply cable 6 is attached to the upper end of the frame 8. Further, a motor cable 7 electrically connected to the drive motor 3 is attached to a lower end of the frame 8. The frame 8 is provided with an upper frame connector 16 connected to an end of the existing cable 6 and a lower frame connector 17 connected to an end of the motor cable 7.
The upper frame connector 16, the upper connector 12a, the lower connector 13a, the upper connector 12b, the lower connector 13b, the upper connector 12c, the lower connector 13c, and the lower frame connector 17 are arranged at equal intervals in this order from above. The upper frame connector 16, the lower frame connector 17, the upper side connectors 12a, 12b, and 12c, and the lower side connectors 13a, 13b, and 13c are push-pull connectors.
The control panel 4 further includes cable bodies 5a to 5 d. The cable body 5a is disposed between the upper portion of the frame 8 and the uppermost control unit 9 a. Further, the cable body 5a has a 1 st end 51a and a 2 nd end 52 a. The 1 st end 51a is attached to the upper frame connector 16 of the frame 8. The 2 nd end 52a is attached to the upper side connector 12a of the control unit 9 a.
A cable body 5b is provided between two control units 9a, 9b adjacent to each other. The cable body 5b has a 1 st end 51b and a 2 nd end 52 b. The 1 st end 51b is attached to the lower side connector 13a of the control unit 9 a. The 2 nd end portion 52b is attached to the upper side connector 12b of the control unit 9 b.
A cable body 5c is provided between two control units 9b, 9c adjacent to each other. The cable body 5c has a 1 st end 51c and a 2 nd end 52 c. The 1 st end 51c is attached to the lower side connector 13b of the control unit 9 b. The 2 nd end portion 52c is attached to the upper side connector 12c of the control unit 9 c.
A cable body 5d is provided between the lowermost control unit 9c and the lower portion of the frame 8. The cable body 5d has a 1 st end 51d and a 2 nd end 52 d. The 1 st end 51d is attached to the lower side connector 13c of the control unit 9 c. The 2 nd end 52d is attached to the lower frame connector 17 of the frame 8.
The cable bodies 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d all have the same shape. As will be described later, the cable bodies 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d function as gripping portions when the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c are detached.
Fig. 9 is a front view of the cable body 5a of the control panel 4 shown in fig. 3. Fig. 10 is a right side view of the cable body 5a of the control panel 4 shown in fig. 3. The cable body 5a includes a metal pipe 10 as a cover member bent in a U shape and a connection cable 11 housed inside the metal pipe 10.
Each cable connector 14 is configured to be attachable to and detachable from the upper frame connector 16, the lower frame connector 17, the three upper side connectors 12a, 12b, and 12c, and the three lower side connectors 13a, 13b, and 13c of the frame 8 by one operation.
Thus, the upper frame connector 16 serves as both an attachment portion for mechanically attaching the respective cable bodies 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d to the frame 8 and a connection portion for electrically connecting the connection cable 11 to the existing cable 6. The lower frame connector 17 serves as a mounting portion for mechanically mounting the cable bodies 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d to the frame 8 and a connecting portion for electrically connecting the connection cable 11 to the motor cable 7. Further, the upper- side connectors 12a, 12b, and 12c and the lower- side connectors 13a, 13b, and 13c serve as attachment portions for mechanically attaching the cable bodies 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d to the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c and connection portions for electrically connecting the connection cables 11 to the control units 9a, 9b, and 9 c.
Next, a maintenance and inspection method of the control panel 4 will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 11. When performing maintenance work on the control panel 4, a control unit requiring maintenance among the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c is detached from the frame 8.
Fig. 11 is a diagram showing a state where the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c are detached from the control panel 4 shown in fig. 3. In the following description, the mounting state of each of the cable bodies 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d shown in fig. 3 is referred to as the 1 st mounting state. The respective mounting states of the cable bodies 5a, 5b, and 5c shown in fig. 11 are set as the 2 nd mounting state. That is, the mounting state of the cable bodies 5a, 5b, and 5c with respect to the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c can be selected between the 1 st mounting state shown in fig. 3 and the 2 nd mounting state shown in fig. 11.
First, a state before the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c are detached from the control panel 4 will be described with reference to fig. 3.
In the 1 st mounted state shown in fig. 3, the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c are electrically connected to the connection target devices via the connection cables 11 of the cable bodies 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d, respectively. The connection target devices corresponding to the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c are the existing cables 6, the motor cables 7, or other adjacent control units. That is, the connection target devices corresponding to the control unit 9a are the existing cable 6 and the adjacent other control unit 9 b. The connection target device corresponding to the control unit 9b is the other two adjacent control units 9a and 9 c. Further, the connection target devices corresponding to the control unit 9c are the other control unit 9b and the motor cable 7 adjacent thereto.
Next, in the separation step, the cable bodies 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d are separated from the existing cable 6, the motor cable 7, and the three control units 9a, 9b, and 9 c. That is, the 1 st end 51a and the 2 nd end 52a of the cable body 5a are separated from the upper frame connector 16 of the frame 8 and the upper side connector 12a of the control unit 9 a. Further, the 1 st end 51b and the 2 nd end 52b of the cable body 5b are separated from the lower side connector 13a of the control unit 9a and the upper side connector 12b of the control unit 9 b. Further, the 1 st end 51c and the 2 nd end 52c of the cable body 5c are separated from the lower side connector 13b of the control unit 9b and the upper side connector 12c of the control unit 9 c. Further, the 1 st end 51d and the 2 nd end 52d of the cable body 5d are separated from the lower side connector 13c of the control unit 9c and the lower side frame connector 17 of the frame 8.
Next, in the mounting step, as shown in the 2 nd mounting state of fig. 11, the respective cable bodies 5a, 5b, and 5c are mounted on the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c while being shifted in position from the 1 st mounting state. That is, the 1 st end 51a of the cable body 5a is attached to the upper side connector 12a of the control unit 9a, and the 2 nd end 52a is attached to the lower side connector 13 a. The 1 st end 51b of the cable body 5b is attached to the upper connector 12b of the control unit 9b, and the 2 nd end 52b is attached to the lower connector 13 b. The 1 st end 51c of the cable body 5c is attached to the upper side connector 12c of the control unit 9c, and the 2 nd end 52c is attached to the lower side connector 13 c. Thus, the cable bodies 5a, 5b, and 5c can be used as gripping portions for individually pulling out the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c from the frame 8. At this time, the respective cable bodies 5a, 5b, and 5c are separated from the connection target devices.
In addition, during the maintenance and inspection work of the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c, the cable body 5d is temporarily placed in an appropriate storage place in a state of being separated from the control panel main body 9 and the frame 8.
As shown in fig. 11, in the drawing step of the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c, the cable bodies 5a, 5b, and 5c attached to the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c, respectively, function as gripping portions. The operator pulls out the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c, which are part of the control panel main body 9, from the recesses 8a, 8b, and 8c of the frame 8 in which the control panel main body 9 is housed, by using the respective cable bodies 5a, 5b, and 5c, which are the gripping portions. After that, maintenance work is performed on the pulled out control units 9a, 9b, and 9 c. All of the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c may be pulled out from the frame 8, or one or both of the control units may be pulled out from the frame 8. After that, when the maintenance work for the control unit requiring maintenance is completed, the control units 9a, 9b, and 9c are stored in the frame 8 in the reverse order to the above. a frame;
a control panel main body having a control unit which is housed in the frame in a drawable manner; and
a cable body mounted to the control unit,
the cable body has a connection cable for electrically connecting the control unit and a connection target device,
the state of attachment of the cable body to the control unit is selectable between a 1 st state of attachment in which the control unit is electrically connected to the connection target device via the connection cable and a 2 nd state of attachment in which the cable body is separated from the connection target device,
the positions of the cable bodies with respect to the control unit are different from each other in the 1 st installation state and the 2 nd installation state,
the cable body in the 2 nd attached state serves as a grip portion for pulling out the control unit from the frame.
