Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so as to be easily implemented by those having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. In order to more clearly explain the present invention, portions that are not relevant to the explanation are omitted in the drawings, and the same reference numerals are given to the same or similar constituent elements throughout the specification.
A tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention is used to apply a cosmetic material to the keratinous surface of a user, such as the lips or skin, and includes a support portion 110 and an application portion 120, as shown in fig. 1-8.
As described above, tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 may be embodied as a cosmetic, particularly a lip cosmetic applicator such as a lip gloss, but is not limited thereto, and may be applied to any cosmetic product in any form that is applied to the skin of a user with a cosmetic such as a lip gloss, eye shadow, or foundation.
The support part 110 has a predetermined length for supporting the coating part 120 connected to the end side.
As described above, the support portion 110 may be directly connected to the cap 20 covering the inlet of the storage container 10 in which the cosmetic is stored at one end portion thereof, or may be coupled to the brush bar side connected to the cap 20 to have a predetermined length.
For example, the support part 110 may include: a first portion 111 connected to the coating portion 120; and a second portion 112 extending from the first portion 111 by a predetermined length, and the first portion 111 and a portion of the coating portion 120 may be connected to overlap each other in a length direction. The first portion 111 may be entirely overlapped and connected to the coating portion 120 in the longitudinal direction, or a part of the first portion 111 may be overlapped and connected to the coating portion 120 in the longitudinal direction. In this case, the support part 110 may be partially or entirely rigid, and may preferably be rigid at the first part 111 overlapping and connected to the coating part 120.
For example, the support part 110 may be made of a metal material such as aluminum, gold, or silver, or a silicon material, but the material of the support part 110 is not limited thereto, and it is clear that any material having rigidity that can prevent the coating part 120 from being deformed or bent when the cosmetic material is applied through the coating part 120 may be used.
Thus, in the process of applying the cosmetic material applied to the application part 120 to the skin of the user, the portion of the application part 120 overlapping the first portion 111 is supported by the first portion 111 to prevent or minimize the occurrence of deformation or bending.
Accordingly, when the user touches the portion of the application part 120 overlapped and connected by the first part 111 and applies the cosmetic material, a part of the application part 120 can be stably supported by the first part 111, and thus the user can feel a slightly hard and stable application feeling.
As described above, in the tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 according to the present invention, a portion belonging to a part of the entire length of the application part 120 is stably supported by the first portion 111 having rigidity. Thereby, it is possible to embody a different coating feeling generated in a part of the coating section 120 supported by the first portion 111 and the remaining part of the coating section 120 other than the part supported by the first portion 111. In one aspect, the first portion 111 of the support portion 110 overlapping and connected to the coating portion 120 may extend from an end of the second portion 112 so as to be aligned with the second portion 112, or may be connected to be inclined at a certain angle with respect to a longitudinal direction of the first portion 111.
Thus, when the user applies the cosmetic material to the skin of the user through the application unit 120 overlapped and connected with the first portion 111, even if the user applies the cosmetic material through the end portion of the first portion 111, the end portion of the first portion 111 can be positioned at the front or rear side of the skin of the user to be applied, which is the same surface as the skin of the user, by the inclined structure between the second portion 112 and the first portion 111.
Thus, the user can move the tip applicator more naturally, and thus can smoothly apply the cosmetic material to the target position through the application section 120 overlapped and connected by the first section 111.
Further, even if the portion to be applied with the cosmetic is an inclined surface such as a lip, the cosmetic can be smoothly applied by the natural contact of the applying part 120 overlapped and connected with the first part 111 inclined at a certain angle with respect to the second part 112.
The applying part 120 is in contact with the skin of the user for applying the target cosmetic, and one end side may be connected to the supporting part 110.
The applying part 120 may have flexibility to enable the cosmetic to be smoothly applied to the skin of the user when contacting the skin of the user as described above.
For example, the coating portion 120 may be formed of a molded product obtained by injection molding a thermoplastic material, or may be formed in a state in which flocked fibers are bonded to the outer surface of the molded product obtained by injection molding a thermoplastic material by flocking (flocking). However, the application unit 120 is not limited thereto, and it is clear that the application unit can be used without limitation as long as it has flexibility such as plastic or sponge and can apply a certain amount of cosmetic on the skin of the user.
At this time, the coating portion 120 according to the present invention may be connected such that at least a portion of the entire length overlaps the first portion 111 of the support portion 110, as described above.
For example, the coating portion 120 may include: a first coating portion 121 connected to the support portion 110; and a second coating portion 122 extending from an end of the first coating portion 121, and the first coating portion 121 may be connected to overlap the first portion 111 of the support portion 110.
Accordingly, the first coating portion 121 of the coating portions 120 is supported by the first portion 111 when contacting the skin of the user, thereby preventing the first coating portion from being bent or deformed, and the second coating portion 122 is freely deformed or bent when contacting the skin of the user.
Accordingly, when the user applies the cosmetic material by bringing the first application part 121 into contact with the skin, the first application part 121 is prevented from being bent or deformed by the first portion 111, and thus, a stable application feeling and a stable use feeling can be exhibited. On the contrary, when the user applies the cosmetic material by contacting the second application part 122 with the skin, the second application part 122 can be freely bent or deformed, and thus a gentle application feeling and a feeling of use can be presented.
Thus, the user can feel different touch feeling, use feeling and application feeling according to the position of the application part 120 in contact with the skin, and can easily perform a desired operation by appropriately changing the position of the application part 120 in contact with the skin when spreading the cosmetic or drawing a line or finely modifying the applied part is necessary.
As described above, the tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 according to the present invention includes the first application part 121 that is hard to deform or bend when in contact with the skin and the second application part 122 that is freely deformable or bendable, so that it is possible to embody various touch feelings or use feelings and application feelings by one product.
In the present invention, the coating portion 120 may be formed by integrally connecting the first coating portion 121 to the first portion 111 of the support portion 110, or the first coating portion 121 may be detachably coupled to the first portion 111.
In this case, the tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 according to the present invention may be configured such that the first application part 121 extends from the end of the second application part 122 in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction as shown in fig. 7 and 8, but may be formed such that the first application part 121 and the second application part 122 form a predetermined angle as shown in fig. 1 to 6.
For example, the second coating portion 122 may be formed such that at least a portion of the entire length thereof is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the first coating portion 121.
As a specific example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the second coating portion 122 may extend from an end of the first coating portion 121 to be inclined at a certain angle with respect to a longitudinal direction of the first coating portion 121. However, the second coating portion 122 is not limited thereto, and as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a portion of the entire length of the second coating portion 122 may be bent, and the remaining portion of the bent portion may be inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the first coating portion 121.
In this case, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the first coating portion 121 may be connected to the first portion 111 so as to be positioned on the right side of the first portion 111, or may be connected to the first portion 111 so as to be positioned on the left side of the first portion 111 as shown in fig. 3.
Accordingly, the second application part 122 is formed to be inclined with respect to the first application part 121, and thus can be more freely bent than the forms shown in fig. 7 and 8, and can exhibit a more gentle application feeling.
Further, the application part 120 is formed in a substantially herringbone shape, so that when a user holds a bent portion with the lips, the user can easily apply the central portion of the lips without spreading the application cosmetic material separately because the user has a shape similar to the lips.
In one aspect, the tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 according to the present invention may be formed with a hollow portion 130 having a predetermined area penetrating an inner region of the applying portion 120.
As described above, when the tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 is pulled out after being inserted into the storage container 10 containing the cosmetic, the hollow portion 130 further captures a certain amount of the cosmetic, so that the amount of the cosmetic that can be applied to the skin of the user can be increased.
Further, the hollow portion 130 is formed in the central region of the application portion 120, so that the cosmetic caught by the hollow portion 130 can be prevented from being scraped or removed by the scraping portion 12 formed at the storage container 10 during the process of taking the tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 out of the storage container 10.
Thus, when the cosmetic is applied by the application unit 120, the cosmetic caught by the hollow portion 130 slides down toward the application unit 120 and is supplied, so that the cosmetic can be further applied by one catching operation.
As described above, the hollow portion 130 may be formed only in the inner region of the coating portion 120, but may be formed to extend to the first portion 111 of the support portion 110 in order to capture a larger amount of the cosmetic.
However, it should be understood that the forms of the coating portion 120 and the supporting portion 110 are not limited thereto, and may be forms in which the hollow portion 130 is not formed.
The tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 described above may be used in a cosmetic applicator device.
That is, as shown in fig. 9, the cosmetic material application device may include a storage container 10 and a tip applicator, and all of the tip applicators 100, 200, 300, and 400 of the above-described various forms may be applied to the tip applicator 100, 200, 300, and 400.
For example, the tip applicator 100, 200 may include a rod portion 30 having a predetermined length and having one end fixed to the cap 20, and may be configured such that the end side of the support portion 110 is connected to the rod portion 30. However, the application form of the tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 is not limited to this, and the support portion 110 may be extended by a predetermined length to be directly connected to the cap 20.
The storage container 10 stores a certain amount of the cosmetic 40, the cosmetic 40 is applied to the skin of the user, and the storage container 10 may have a box shape with one side opened, and the opened side may serve as an inlet for the tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 to be inserted and removed.
Further, the open side of the storage container 10, which serves as an entrance, may be sealed by the cap 20 detachably coupled to the storage container 10.
In addition, a scraping part 12 may be provided inside the storage container 10 to remove the cosmetic stuck to the portion other than the applying part 120 when the tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 is moved in and out.
Therefore, when not in use, the tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 can prevent the cosmetic material from being released by coupling the fixed cap 20 to the storage container 10, and when in use, the tip applicator 100, 200, 300, 400 can be introduced into the storage container 10 and applied to the skin of the user after the cosmetic material is taken up by the application section 120.
On the other hand, since the storage container 10 is known, a detailed description thereof will be omitted, and it should be clear that all known general forms applicable to the cosmetic application device can be applied.
Further, as described above, the cosmetic material application device may be a cosmetic material, particularly a lip cosmetic material application device such as a lip gloss, but is not limited thereto, and may be an application device for a lip gloss, an eye shadow, or a liquid foundation.
While one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the idea of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment disclosed in the present specification, and those skilled in the art who understand the idea of the present invention can easily propose other embodiments via addition, modification, deletion, addition, etc. of the constituent elements within the scope of the same idea, but these also fall within the scope of the idea of the present invention.
