Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily practice the invention. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. In order to more clearly explain the present invention, portions that are not relevant to the explanation are omitted in the drawings, and the same reference numerals are given to the same or similar constituent elements throughout the specification.
Fig. 1a to 1c are schematic views showing a tip applicator according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 1a and 1b are views viewed from different angles from each other, fig. 1c is a view from above, and fig. 2 is a view from side of fig. 1 a.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, tip applicator 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention is used to apply a cosmetic product to the skin of a user, and tip applicator 100 may be applied to the skin having a keratinous surface, such as the lips, as an example.
Specifically, tip applicator 100 may include a support portion 110, an application portion 120, a connection portion 130, and a capture portion 132.
In the present embodiment, the case where the tip applicator 100 is a cosmetic, particularly, a cosmetic application device such as a lip gloss, is described, but the concept of the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, tip applicator 100 may be a cosmetic product in the form of a lip gloss, eye shadow, foundation, or the like, applied to the skin of the user.
The support portion 110 has a predetermined length for supporting the connection portion 130 connected to the end portion side and the coating portion 120.
As described above, the support portion 110 may be directly connected at one end thereof to the cap 20 covering the inlet of the storage container 10 in which the cosmetic is stored, and may function as a known brush bar, or may have a predetermined length and be coupled to the brush bar side connected to the cap 20.
The applying part 120 is used to contact the skin of the user and apply the cosmetics stained on the surface. The applying part 120 may have flexibility (pliability) to enable smooth application of the cosmetic on the skin of the user when in contact with the skin of the user as described above.
For example, the coating portion 120 may be formed of a molded product obtained by injection molding a thermoplastic material, or may be formed in a state in which flocked fibers are bonded to the outer surface of the molded product obtained by injection molding a thermoplastic material by flocking (flocking). However, the application unit 120 is not limited thereto, and it is clear that the application unit can be used without limitation as long as it has flexibility such as plastic or sponge and can apply a certain amount of cosmetic to the skin of the user.
In this case, the tip applicator 100 according to the present invention may be configured such that the support part 110 and the application part 120 are connected to each other via a connection part 130 having a predetermined length, and a capturing part 132 may be formed to penetrate through an inner region of the connection part 130.
When the tip applicator 100 is inserted into the storage container 10 containing the cosmetic product and then pulled out, the capturing portion 132 further captures a certain amount of the cosmetic product, and the total amount of the cosmetic product captured by the tip applicator 100 can be increased.
Further, the catching portion 132 is formed at an inner region of the connecting portion 130, so that the cosmetic caught by the catching portion 132 can be prevented from being scraped off or removed by a scraping portion (fig. 5, 12) formed at the storage container 10 during the process of taking the tip applicator 100 out of the storage container 10.
Thus, when the cosmetic is applied by the application unit 120, the cosmetic captured by the capturing unit 132 slides down toward the application unit 120, and the cosmetic is supplied further toward the application unit 120, so that the cosmetic can be applied further by one capturing operation.
As described above, the capturing portion 132 may be formed only in the inner region of the connecting portion 130, but the capturing portion 123 may be formed through the inner region of the applying portion 120 so that more cosmetic products can be captured, and the capturing portion 123 formed in the applying portion 120 and the capturing portion 132 formed in the connecting portion 130 may be connected to each other.
In this case, the tip applicator 100 according to the present invention is formed by twisting at least a part of the application portion 120 and the connection portion 130 in the height direction while maintaining the capturing portion 132.
For example, the connection part 130 and the application part 120 may have a linear band shape connected to each other to form the catching part 132 and the catching part 123 inside, respectively, and the height intermediate part may be formed in a twist shape twisted at a predetermined angle. For example, the coating portion 120 and the connecting portion 130 may have a continuous twist shape and may have a shape twisted at least once.
Thus, compared to the case where the application part 120 and the connection part 130 are formed in a flat linear tape shape, the tip applicator 100 according to the present invention can increase the entire cross-sectional area of the capturing part 132 and the additional capturing part 123 formed inside the connection part 130 and the application part 120, and can further increase the capturing amount of the cosmetic.
Further, the coating portion 120 and the connecting portion 130 may be arranged such that the edge side of the predetermined capture portion and/or the additional capture portion 123 has a certain angle with respect to a virtual straight line parallel to the height direction by the twisted portion. Thus, the supply time of the cosmetic product supplied to the application unit 120 side after the capturing by the capturing unit and/or the additional capturing unit 123 can be extended, and the cosmetic product can be prevented from excessively slipping down to the application unit 120 side.
Further, compared to a tip applicator in which the application portion 120 and the connection portion are formed in a flat linear tape shape, the tip applicator 100 according to the present invention is formed such that the application portion 120 and the connection portion 130 have twisted portions, and thus can be variously formed such that the application surface has a wide surface, a narrow surface, a curved surface, and the like. Therefore, the user can bring the application surface of various shapes into contact with the skin, and can feel various application feelings.
As a specific example, the coating section 120 may include: a first portion 121 formed in a band shape with one side opened; and a pair of second portions 122 extending from both end portions of the first portion 121.
In addition, the connection portions 130 may extend from the ends of the support portion 110 by a certain length to form a pair, and the pair of connection portions 130 may be disposed to be shifted so as to cross the middle of the length.
At this time, the pair of second portions 122 may be configured to face in different directions from each other from the end of the first portion 121. Thus, even if the pair of connecting portions 130 are arranged offset from each other, the coating portion 120 can be smoothly connected by the pair of second portions 122.
Accordingly, the capturing portion 132 defined by the pair of connection portions 130 may be formed in the inner region of each of the pair of connection portions 130, and the capturing portion 123 defined by the first portion 121 and the second portion 122 may be formed in the inner region of the coating portion 120.
Here, the catch 123 may be formed only in the inner region corresponding to the pair of second portions 122. That is, the coating portion 120 may be filled in the first portion 121.
In this case, the coating portion 120 may be formed such that at least a part of the coating surfaces formed along the width direction constitute the same plane.
For example, the coating portion 120 may be formed such that coating surfaces formed on both surfaces of the first portion 121 form the same plane. Thus, the user can use the first portion 121 to perform a desired coating operation while drawing a line or coating a relatively narrow area.
On the one hand, the case where the pair of connecting portions 130 are arranged to be shifted so as to cross each other is shown and described in the drawings and the description, however, the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is clear that the pair of connecting portions 130 may be arranged in parallel with each other and the twisted portion may be formed only on the coating portion 120 side.
Further, in the tip applicator 200 according to the present invention, the connection part 130 may be formed of a molded product obtained by injection molding a thermoplastic material, as in the application part 120, or may be formed in a state in which flocking formed by attaching a plurality of small fibers to the outer surface of the molded product obtained by injection molding a thermoplastic material is performed by flocking (flocking).
As a specific example, as shown in fig. 3a to 4, in the tip applicator 200 according to the present invention, the portion 230 belonging to the connecting portion 130 in fig. 1a to 2 may be formed in the same form as the applying portion 120, and the flocks formed on the outer surface may be formed over the entire length of the portion 230 belonging to the connecting portion 130 in fig. 1a to 2, or may be partially formed over only a part of the entire length.
The tip applicator 200 shown in fig. 3a to 4 is the same as the above except for the portion 230 belonging to the connection portion 130 in the tip applicator 100 shown in fig. 2, and the rest of the contents including the support portion 110, the application portion 120, and the capture portion 132 are the same, and therefore, detailed description thereof is omitted.
Alternatively, although not shown, it should be understood that the tip applicator 200 shown in fig. 3a to 4 may be in another form in which the connection portion 130 shown in fig. 1a to 2 is not flocked, but is flexible such as plastic or sponge, and a certain amount of cosmetic is applied to the skin of the user. It should be understood that the first portion 121 of the coating portion 120 may be deformed into various forms such as a bar shape or an oval shape, as well as a flat coating surface.
In one aspect, the connection part 130 applied to the present invention may be integrally formed or detachably coupled to the end of the support part 110, and the coating part 120 may be integrally formed or detachably coupled to the connection part 130.
The tip applicators 100, 200 described above may be used in a cosmetic applicator device.
That is, as shown in fig. 5, the cosmetic applicator may include the storage container 10 and the tip applicator, and all of the tip applicators 100 and 200 of the above-described embodiments may be applied to the tip applicators 100 and 200.
For example, the tip applicator 100, 200 may include a rod portion 30 having a predetermined length and having one end fixed to the cap 20, and may be configured such that the end side of the support portion 110 is connected to the rod portion 30. However, the application form of tip applicators 100 and 200 is not limited to this, and support portion 110 may extend a predetermined length and be directly connected to cap 20.
The storage container 10 is used to store a certain amount of the cosmetic 40, the cosmetic 40 is used to be applied to the skin of a user, and the storage container 10 may have a box shape with one side opened, and the opened side may function as an inlet for the tip applicator 100, 200 to be inserted and removed.
Further, the open side of the storage container 10, which serves as an entrance, may be sealed by the cap 20 detachably coupled to the storage container 10.
In addition, a scraping portion 12 may be provided inside the storage container 10 to remove the cosmetics stained on the portion other than the applying portion 120 when the tip applicator 100, 200 is advanced.
Therefore, when not in use, tip applicator 100, 200 can prevent cosmetic stored in storage container 10 from being released to the outside by coupling fixed cap 20 to storage container 10, and when in use, tip applicator 100, 200 can be introduced into storage container 10 and applied to the skin of the user after application of cosmetic in application section 120.
On the other hand, since the storage container 10 is known, a detailed description thereof will be omitted, and it should be clear that all known general forms applicable to cosmetic application devices can be applied.
Further, as described above, the cosmetic application device may be a cosmetic, particularly a lip cosmetic application device such as a lip gloss, but is not limited thereto, and may be an application device for a lip gloss, an eye shadow, or a liquid foundation.
While one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the idea of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment disclosed in the present specification, and those skilled in the art who understand the idea of the present invention can easily propose other embodiments via addition, modification, deletion, addition, etc. of the constituent elements within the scope of the same idea, but these also fall within the scope of the idea of the present invention.
