Abstract
A tip applicator is provided. A tip applicator for applying a cosmetic material to a user's skin according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body having a given shape; and a plurality of functional surfaces formed on the side periphery of the main body, wherein at least a part of two functional surfaces adjacent to each other among the plurality of functional surfaces have different widths in a direction parallel to a circumferential direction of the main body.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a tip applicator and a cosmetic application device including the same, and more particularly, to a tip applicator and a cosmetic application device including the same, which can sense various application feelings according to a portion of the tip applicator contacting a user's skin.
Background
In general, makeup (makeup) cosmetics (cosmetics) are applied to a part such as a face or a nail after a basic cosmetic has been applied to provide a color sensation to a user, thereby making the user's skin look beautiful and hiding skin defects that are not covered by the basic cosmetic.
Makeup cosmetics can be classified into makeup cosmetics and spot makeup cosmetics.
Makeup cosmetics are used to make the skin color of the user's face look uniform or to cover skin problems (such as spots, acne, etc.) to obtain beautiful skin. For example, makeup cosmetics include base creams (bases), foundation foundations (foundations), powder compacts (powder), and the like.
The spot-dressing cosmetics are used to heavily spot-add a local color to lips, eyes, cheeks, or nails, or to paint an eye shadow to obtain a stereoscopic feeling, thereby naturally expressing the personality of a user. For example, the spot makeup cosmetic includes lipstick, lip stick, lip pencil, eyeliner, mascara, and the like.
In particular, a lip makeup as a kind of spot-on is a makeup for applying a cosmetic substance to the lips so as to make the lips wet and bright, and various expressions can be obtained according to the color of the cosmetic substance. Lip makeup may also be performed in various ways, depending on the characteristics of the makeup tool used to apply the cosmetic substance to the lips.
The lip makeup cosmetic tool has a function of picking up cosmetic materials from a cosmetic container and a function of uniformly applying the picked-up cosmetic materials to lips.
In order to improve the acquisition function or to contain additional coloring colors, a lip makeup cosmetic applicator has been proposed which has a color accommodating space formed in the interior of its application member, but the shape and structure of the application member is relatively bulky, so that it is very difficult to use when cosmetic substances are applied to a partial portion or to correct a lip makeup line.
Further, the front, side and rear surfaces of the applying member have the same shape as each other and are of the same material as each other, so that the amount of the cosmetic substance extracted, the amount of the cosmetic substance applied therefrom, and the tactile sensation applied therefrom are the same as each other.
Therefore, the tactile sensation or the application feeling at various contact positions of the application member and the user's skin are almost the same as each other, and it is difficult to perform different works such as spreading the cosmetic substance extending on the user's skin to scribe lines on the skin, or finely correcting the applied part, and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a tip applicator and a cosmetic application device having the same for selecting an appropriate application member according to the purpose of use, and providing various application feelings to a user according to a portion of the tip applicator that is in contact with the skin of the user.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the attached drawings so that the present invention can be embodied in various forms by those having ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims. For accurate illustration in the drawings, parts not relevant to the illustration are omitted and the same reference numerals are used throughout the lists to describe the same or similar components.
The tip applicator 100, 200 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is adapted to apply a cosmetic substance to an angular surface of a user, such as lips or skin, and as shown in fig. 1-4, comprises a body 110 and a functional surface 121, 122, 222.
The tip applicator 100, 200 may be embodied as a cosmetic substance, in particular, lip gloss (lip tint), lip gloss (lip gloss), and the like, but is not limited thereto. It is applicable to a cosmetic product of the type to be applied to the skin of a user, such as a lip gloss, eye shadow, foundation, etc.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the body 110 has a given shape to allow one end portion to be attachable to a support member 130 having a given length.
The supporting member 130 may be integrally formed with the body 110 or detachably coupled thereto, and may be of the same material or a different material. Moreover, the support member 130 is configured to have one end directly connected to the cap 20, the cap 20 covering the inlet of the container 10 storing the cosmetic substance therein, or to the lever 30 connected to the cap 20 (as shown in fig. 7).
The body 110 is a molded product made of a metal material such as aluminum, gold, and silver, a silicone material, or a thermoplastic material by injection molding, but the material and the manufacturing method are not limited, and can be applied without any problem in the case of the entire shape thereof. Also, the body 110 may be made of one material or a mixture of different materials
At this time, the body 110 is shaped as a polyhedron having a plurality of surfaces, and the plurality of surfaces extend on the side circumference of the body 110 toward the longitudinal direction of the body 110 or are disposed toward the circumferential direction thereof. In the present invention, the circumferential direction of the body 110 is a clockwise or counterclockwise direction rotating around a central axis extending in the up-down direction of the support member 130 when viewed in fig. 1 and 3, and the longitudinal direction of the body 110 is a direction parallel to the central axis extending in the up-down direction of the support member 130 when viewed in fig. 1.
Also, the plurality of surfaces formed on the side periphery of the body 110 are used as the functional surfaces 121, 122, 222, each of which performs at least one or more functions. In this case, the functions performed by the functional surface, including cutin removal, cosmetic material application, and cosmetic material extraction, may be performed by the tip applicator.
Wherein the various functions performed by the tip applicator include primary functions such as keratinous removal or application of cosmetic substances, and include different purposes of use or feelings of use even if the primary functions are the same or similar to one another. The formation of the different use purposes or use sensations results from the difference in the way the suitable functional surface is applied, i.e. when the cosmetic substance is extended or drawn out of a line. Otherwise, the formation of the different use purposes or use feelings is achieved by the difference in the amount of cosmetic substances captured onto the same area as each other, the difference in the capturing manner, or the different tactile sensation or the smearing feeling felt by the user when contacting the user's skin.
The functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 perform different functions from each other, or the same function as each other. The number of functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 may be suitably varied only if the tip applicator 100, 200 is configured to allow at least two different functions to be performed by the multiple surfaces formed on the side perimeter of the body 110.
That is, the tip applicator 100, 200 according to the present invention is configured to allow at least two functional surfaces 121, 122122, 222 of the plurality of functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 formed on the side periphery of the body 110 to perform different functions from each other, or configured to allow at least two functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 of the plurality of surfaces 121, 122, 222 adjacent to each other to perform different functions from each other.
In the present invention, the different functions include differences in main functions such as horny substance removal or cosmetic material application, and include different purposes of use or feelings of use even if the main functions are the same as or similar to each other. The formation of the different use purposes or use sensations is achieved by using suitable differences in the way of applying the functional surface, i.e. when the cosmetic substance is increasingly spread or a line is drawn with the cosmetic substance. Otherwise, the different use purpose or feeling is formed by the difference of the amount of the cosmetic substances captured onto the same area as each other, the difference of the capturing manner, or the different tactile sensation or the smearing feeling felt by the user when contacting the user's skin.
At this time, the at least two functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 performing the functions different from each other are formed through various ways.
For example, the two functional surfaces performing the functions different from each other are different from each other in length, density (amount of fibers attached per unit area), shape, material, surface roughness, etc. of the fibers attached to the functional surfaces by flocking according to whether flocking process is performed or not, thereby realizing the functions different from each other (as shown in fig. 5).
For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the body 110 has a polyhedron having four functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 on the side circumference thereof, and the first and second functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction of the body 110.
At this time, the first and second functional surfaces 121 and 122, 222 have the same shape as each other or similar shapes to each other. Also, the first and second functional surfaces 121 and 122, 222 have the same width as each other toward the longitudinal direction of the body 110, but at least a portion thereof toward the longitudinal direction of the body 110, and one end portion becomes smaller in width toward the other end portion.
Wherein the first and second functional surfaces 121 and 122, 222 are formed on the side peripheries of the body 110 to allow relatively large portions thereof in width to be disposed on opposite sides from each other. In detail, as referenced in fig. 1 to 4, the first functional surface 121 becomes larger in width from a lower portion thereof toward an upper portion thereof, and the second functional surfaces 122, 222 become larger in width from an upper portion thereof toward a lower portion thereof opposite to the first functional surface 121.
Accordingly, the first and second functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 adjacent to each other among the plurality of functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 have at least a portion having different widths along a circumferential direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the body 110.
If the user picks up the cosmetic substances onto the first and second functional surfaces 121 and 122, 222, as a result, the cosmetic substances picked up on a large area formed on the upper side of the first functional surface 121 can be applied to the user's skin with an increased size, while the cosmetic substances picked up on a small area formed on the upper side of the second functional surface 122, 222 can easily draw a line such as a lip line.
Also, even if the cosmetic material is applied to the body portion such as the lips having different areas according to users, there is a functional surface corresponding to the width of the body portion suitable for the users to be selected, thereby enhancing the convenience in use thereof.
On the other hand, according to the tip applicator 100, 200 of the present invention, even when the user uses the same functional surface, various application manners can be realized because the upper side and the lower side thereof have different widths from each other. For example, the user can apply the cosmetic substance to the user's skin in an increased manner using a large area formed on the upper side in the case of using the first functional surface 121 described above. By means of a small area formed on the lower side, the cosmetic substance is applied to the user's skin,
as such, the tip applicator 100, 200 according to the present invention is configured to allow a functional surface to have different widths, even though different work is provided by a functional surface.
Further, the plurality of functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 are planes having a given area, and are constituted to have at least a part thereof formed of an inclined surface inclined toward a straight line parallel to the longitudinal direction of the body 110.
Wherein, with reference to fig. 1 and 3, the inclined surface is formed to allow the sectional area of the body 110 to become smaller from the supporting part 130 to the top of the body 110, or to allow the sectional area of the body 110 to become larger and then smaller from the supporting part 130 to the top of the body 110.
If the user wishes to apply the cosmetic substance through the top of the functional surface 121, 122, 222, the body portion such as the lips can be naturally contacted by the inclined surface, so that the application work can be easily performed.
Also, at least a portion of each of the inclined surfaces of the functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 is an inclined surface inclined to a straight line parallel to the longitudinal direction of the body 110.
Alternatively, the functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 may be a mixture of flocked surfaces with a plurality of small fibers flocked thereon and non-flocked surfaces without flocking.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the plurality of functional surfaces are configured to have functional surfaces formed of flocked surfaces and functional surfaces formed of non-flocked surfaces, which are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the body 110.
In detail, the first functional surface 121 may be formed by a flocked surface, and the second functional surface 122 may be formed by a non-flocked surface.
Also, if the second functional surface 122 is formed of a non-flocked surface, the surface may be used as a functional surface to pick up cosmetic substances thereon, or to pick up little or no cosmetic substances. And the second functional surface 122 serves as a functional surface for capturing little or no cosmetic material thereon, by way of non-limiting example, the second functional surface 122 has a function of removing skin keratin after the formation of a plurality of protrusions 124 protruding therefrom. Thereby obtaining a different function from the first functional surface 121. (as shown in fig. 5 (b)).
Therefore, the first functional surface 121 formed by a flocked surface can extract a relatively large amount of cosmetic substances than the second functional surface 122 formed by a non-flocked surface. If a user needs to apply a large amount of cosmetic substance, the cosmetic substance may be applied via the first functional surface 121, and conversely, if a small amount of cosmetic substance needs to be applied, the cosmetic substance may be applied via the second functional surface 122. If the second functional surface 122 is used as a functional surface that captures little or no cosmetic substance thereon, the cosmetic substance may be applied to the user's skin via the first functional surface 121, and the cosmetic substance applied to the user's skin via the first functional surface 121 may spread on the user's skin via the second functional surface 122. In addition, other functions, such as exfoliating, can be performed by the second functional surface 122.
Moreover, if the functional surface according to the present invention is formed of a non-flocked surface, the functional surface may be covered with a material that inhibits or prevents the adhesion of the cosmetic substance, or covered or plated with a glossy material.
For another example, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, at least one functional surface 222 of the plurality of functional surfaces 121, 222 is formed of a flocked surface 122a formed on a part of the entire area and a non-flocked surface 122b formed on the remaining area. In detail, the first functional surface 121 is formed by a flocked surface, and a part of the entire area of the second functional surface 222 is formed by the flocked surface 122 a. At this time, the flocked surface 122a formed on the second functional surface 222 includes the top or near the top of the body 110.
Thus, the first functional surface 121 formed by a flocked surface captures a relatively larger amount of cosmetic substance than the second functional surface 222 formed by a non-flocked surface on only a portion thereof. If a user desires to apply a large amount of cosmetic material, the cosmetic material may be applied through the first functional surface 121, and if a small amount of cosmetic material is desired, the cosmetic material may be applied through the second functional surface 222. The second functional surface 222 on which a relatively large amount of cosmetic material is captured is selected and used if it is necessary to expand the cosmetic material, and the second functional surface 222 on which a relatively small amount of cosmetic material is captured is selected and used if it is necessary to additionally coat a small amount of cosmetic material or to correct the coated portion.
Wherein at least one boundary line L dividing the flocked surface 122a and the non-flocked surface 122b is formed in various shapes. For example, as shown in fig. 6, the boundary line L is any one of shapes selected from a straight line, a curve, an ellipse, a circle, a closed loop, and a combination thereof. Further, the boundary line L is formed toward the width direction of the functional surface 222 or the longitudinal direction of the functional surface 222. Accordingly, the flocked surface 122a and the non-flocked surface 122b are divided into appropriate shapes within one functional surface 222, and the positions and areas of the flocked surface 122a and the non-flocked surface 122b are appropriately adjusted according to the boundary line L. On the other hand, although not specifically shown in the drawings, the boundary line L of various shapes shown in fig. 6 may be applied to a boundary line (L') defining the functional surfaces 111, 112, 222 and the support member 130 or dividing the functional surfaces 111, 112, 222 and the bar 30.
For another example, at least two of the plurality of functional surfaces are formed by a flocked surface on which a plurality of fibrils are formed by flocking. Wherein one of the two flocked surfaces has fibers of a first length and the remainder has fibers of a second length that is longer than the first length.
Thus, a flocked surface formed with fibers having a relatively longer second length may capture relatively more cosmetic substances than a flocked surface formed with fibers having a relatively shorter first length. If the user needs to apply a large amount of cosmetic material, the cosmetic material may be applied through the flocked surface having the second length of fibers, and if the user needs to apply a small amount of cosmetic material, the cosmetic material may be applied through the flocked surface having the second length of fibers.
Wherein the functional surface formed by the fibers having the first length and the functional surface formed by the fibers having the second length are adjacent to each other along a side perimeter of the body 110 or are not adjacent to each other along a side perimeter of the body 110.
As another example, at least two functional surfaces 121 and 122 of the plurality of functional surfaces are made of different materials. In detail, the plurality of functional surfaces have two or more surfaces including a flocked surface, a non-flocked surface, a surface made of a sponge material, and a surface made of a metal material. Therefore, the amount of the cosmetic substance captured on each functional surface differs depending on the manner of the different materials, and the touch or the use feeling and the application feeling upon contact with the skin of the user differ depending on the different materials.
Therefore, the functional surface is suitably selected by the user according to the purpose of use thereof and is brought into contact with the user's skin, so that the user feels different tactile sensations or use sensations and application sensations according to the functional surface selected by the user, and, if it is desired to expand the cosmetic material, or to draw a line, or to finely correct the applied portion, the position where the functional surface is brought into contact with the user's skin is suitably changed, so that the desired work is easily performed.
Also, the respective functional surfaces provide different tactile sensations or a use sensation and a painting sensation from each other, and therefore, the functional surfaces can be appropriately selected according to the preference of the user, thereby enhancing the satisfaction of the user.
Thus, the tip applicator 100, 200 according to the present invention is configured to allow the functional surface 121, 122, 222 of the plurality of functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 that is in contact with the user's skin to be appropriately selected to implement various functions to perform various works by one product, and is configured to provide different tactile sensations or use sensations and application sensations according to the selected functional surface 121, 122, 222.
However, the plurality of functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 of the tip applicator 100, 200 according to the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, but the respective functional surfaces described in the above-described embodiments may be combined with each other.
However, if at least two functional surfaces among the plurality of functional surfaces along the side circumference of the body 110 perform functions different from each other, the functions applied to the respective functional surfaces may be suitably changed, and two functional surfaces formed at different positions from each other may perform the same function as each other or different functions from each other.
Also, although the first and second functional surfaces 121 and 122 and 222 on the side periphery of the body 110 are shown in the drawings to be alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the body 110, these arrangements are not limited thereto, and a plurality of functional surfaces formed on the side periphery of the body 110 have functional surfaces as shown in fig. 1 to 4 and functional surfaces as shown in fig. 5 and 6 are suitably combined with each other.
For example, the body 110 further includes a third functional surface formed on an opposite side of the first functional surface 121 and a fourth functional surface formed on an opposite side of the second functional surfaces 122 and 222, and the first to fourth functional surfaces are sequentially arranged along a circumferential direction of the body 110. Wherein the third and fourth functional surfaces may have the shape of the first and second functional surfaces 121, 122, 222 as described above. Also, the first to fourth functional surfaces may be asymmetrically disposed or symmetrically disposed along the circumferential direction of the body 110, and the sectional shapes of the functional surfaces may be the same as or similar to each other or different sectional shapes may be combined with each other.
The tip applicators 100, 200 described above may be applied to a cosmetic application device.
That is, the cosmetic application device as shown in fig. 7 includes the container 10 and the tip applicator, and the multi-shaped tip applicator 100, 200 described above may be used as the tip applicator.
For example, the tip applicator 100, 200 has a stem 30 of a given length to allow one end to be fixed to the cap 20, and thus, the end side of the support part 110 is connected to the stem 30. However, the tip applicator 100, 200 is not limited thereto, and a portion of the body 110 may be extended by a given length and directly connected to the cap 20.
Further, the stick member 30 is covered with a material that suppresses or prevents the cosmetic substance from being adhered, or is covered or plated with a glossy material.
The container 10 serves to store a given amount of cosmetic substance 40 to be applied to the skin of a user and is shaped as a one-sided open container whose open side is the entrance to receive the tip applicator 100, 200.
Also, the open side of the container 10 is used as the access for the tip applicator and is closed by a lid 20 detachably coupled to the container 10.
Furthermore, the container 10 is provided with a wiper 12 for removing the cosmetic substance covered over the entire portion other than the application member 120 when the tip applicator 100, 200 is withdrawn.
Thus, the cap 20 fixed to the tip applicator 100, 200 locks the container 10 to prevent the cosmetic substance from being released to the outside when the cosmetic application device is not used, and the tip applicator 100, 200 is inserted into the container 10 to allow the cosmetic substance to be applied to the skin of the user after the functional surface is covered with the cosmetic substance when the cosmetic application device is used.
On the other hand, detailed explanation of the container 10 known in the art will be omitted, and generally known components suitable for the cosmetic applying apparatus may be applicable.
Also, as described above, the cosmetic application device is used as a lip cosmetic application device for applying a cosmetic, particularly a lip gloss, etc., but the use is not limited thereto. The cosmetic application device can also be used as an application device for applying such purposes as lip gloss, eye shadow, foundation, etc.
The above description has been made of an embodiment of the present invention, but the idea of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment exemplified in the description. Moreover, those skilled in the art who understand the idea of the present invention can add, modify, delete, or add components within the scope of the idea to facilitate other embodiments. This is also the scope of the inventive idea.
