And then acquiring the business information such as own company name, company registration number, unified social credit code and the like provided by legal representatives or responsible persons. The system uses the provided API to obtain the company information owned by the legal representative or responsible person, then compares the company information with the company information provided by the legal representative or responsible person, and if successful, the system binds the company information with the legal representative or responsible person address. After the account is successfully opened, each transaction of the invested third party and the financial product issuer is confirmed by the digital signature of legal representatives or responsible persons of the two parties, and the digital signature is time-stamped and hashed.
Based on the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for obtaining the audit information of the monitoring mechanism, digitally signing the audit information by using the private key in the key pair of the monitoring mechanism, and sending the financial product information in the audit information to the blockchain for selling the financial product includes the following steps:
obtaining the examination information of the monitoring mechanism, digitally signing the examination information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the monitoring mechanism, and uploading financial product information in the examination information to an IPFS system;
and acquiring the CID parameter sent by the IPFS, digitally signing the CID parameter by adopting a private key in a key pair of a monitoring mechanism, and uploading the signed CID parameter to a blockchain for recording.
The monitoring organization legal representative or responsible person has the right to examine and approve the product information submitted by the financial product issuer, gives pass or fail, the final result needs to be digital signature to record a time stamp, uploads the product information to the IPFS system, and the system returns CID parameters which are recorded on the block in parallel with the previous hash value.
Based on the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for acquiring the product viewing request of the financial product purchaser and acquiring and transmitting the financial product information in the blockchain to the financial product purchaser according to the product viewing request includes the following steps:
Acquiring a product viewing request of the financial product purchaser, and acquiring and transmitting CID parameters to the financial product purchaser according to the product viewing request;
inquiring and transmitting corresponding financial product information in the block chain to a financial product purchaser according to the CID parameter.
The financial product purchasing party can check the checked product/product document, the third party transaction record (without displaying transaction amount) and the third party introduction information of the last month issuer investment, the financial product is purchased by a user digital signature, when the financial product purchasing party has a purchasing requirement, a product checking request is sent, CID parameters are acquired and sent to the financial product purchasing party according to the product checking request, the on-chain file in the IPFS system can be checked through CID, and the checked financial product information can be checked directly.
Based on the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for obtaining the audit information of the monitoring mechanism, digitally signing the audit information by using the private key in the key pair of the monitoring mechanism, and sending the financial product information in the audit information to the blockchain for selling the financial product includes the following steps:
acquiring and transmitting inspection information of an inspection mechanism;
Judging whether the financial product is qualified or not according to the checking qualification confirmation information in the checking information, if so, adopting a private key in a key pair of a monitoring mechanism to digitally sign the checking information, and sending the financial product information in the checking information to a block chain to sell the financial product; if not, generating and sending unqualified prompt information to the financial product issuer.
After the examination information is obtained, whether the examination is passed or not is judged, if the examination is not passed, the examination is rejected, the issuer carries out processing such as modification, and the issuer does not have the right to sell the financial product.

the identity verification module is used for acquiring user information, verifying user identity qualification, binding the user information with a user address after the user identity qualification is verified, digitally signing the user information by adopting a private key in a key pair of a user, and uploading the digitally signed user information to the block chain; the identity verification module comprises a first verification sub-module, a second verification sub-module, a third verification sub-module, a fourth verification sub-module, a fifth verification sub-module and a sixth verification sub-module, wherein: the first verification sub-module is used for acquiring identity information of legal representatives of the financial product issuer and verifying the identity of the legal representatives of the financial product issuer, and binding the identity information of the legal representatives of the property product issuer with addresses of the legal representatives of the property product issuer after the verification is successful; the second verification sub-module is used for acquiring the business information of the financial product issuer and verifying the business qualification of the financial product issuer, and binding the business information of the financial product issuer with the address of legal representatives of the financial institutions after the verification is successful; the third verification sub-module is used for acquiring the identity information of the legal representative of the monitoring mechanism and verifying the identity of the legal representative of the monitoring mechanism, and binding the identity information of the legal representative of the monitoring mechanism with the address of the legal representative of the monitoring mechanism after the verification is successful; the fourth verification sub-module is used for acquiring the business information of the monitoring mechanism and verifying the business qualification of the monitoring mechanism, and binding the business information of the monitoring mechanism with the address of legal representatives of the financial institutions after the verification is successful; a fifth verification sub-module, configured to obtain identity information of a legal representative of the invested third party, and verify the identity of the legal representative of the invested third party, and bind the identity information of the legal representative of the invested third party with an address of the legal representative of the invested third party after the verification is successful; a sixth verification sub-module, configured to obtain the information of the invested third party and verify the qualification of the invested third party, and bind the information of the invested third party with the address of the legal representative of the financial institution after the verification is successful;
The sales conception module is used for acquiring financial product conception information of the financial product issuer, digitally signing the financial product conception information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the financial product issuer, and sending an authentication request to the monitoring mechanism;
the system comprises an inspection module, a block chain and a management module, wherein the inspection module is used for acquiring inspection information of an inspection mechanism, carrying out digital signature on the inspection information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the inspection mechanism, and sending financial product information in the inspection information to the block chain for selling the financial product;
the transaction module is used for acquiring financial product transaction information between the invested third party and the financial product issuer, digitally signing the financial product transaction information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the invested third party and a private key in a key pair of the financial product issuer, and uploading the digital signature to the blockchain;
the product checking module is used for acquiring a product checking request of the financial product purchaser, acquiring and transmitting financial product information in the block chain to the financial product purchaser according to the product checking request;
and the product purchase module is used for acquiring the product purchase information of the financial product purchaser, digitally signing the product purchase information by adopting a private key in the key pair of the financial product purchaser and uploading the product purchase information to the blockchain.
2. The blockchain-based financial product sales system of claim 1, wherein the auditing module includes an auditing signature sub-module and a CID parameter sub-module, wherein:
the checking signature sub-module is used for acquiring checking information of the monitoring mechanism, digitally signing the checking information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the monitoring mechanism, and uploading financial product information in the checking information to the IPFS system;
and the CID parameter sub-module is used for acquiring the CID parameter sent by the IPFS system, digitally signing the CID parameter by adopting a private key in a key pair of a monitoring mechanism, and uploading the signed CID parameter to a blockchain for recording.
3. The blockchain-based financial product sales system of claim 2, wherein the product viewing module includes a request acquisition sub-module and an information transmission sub-module, wherein:
the request acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring a product viewing request of the financial product purchaser, and acquiring and transmitting CID parameters to the financial product purchaser according to the product viewing request;
and the information sending sub-module is used for inquiring and sending the corresponding financial product information in the block chain to the financial product purchaser according to the CID parameter.
4. The blockchain-based financial product sales system of claim 1, wherein the auditing module includes an information acquisition sub-module and a qualification sub-module, wherein:
the information acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring and transmitting the examination information of the monitoring mechanism;
the qualification judging sub-module is used for judging whether the financial product is qualified according to the auditing qualification confirmation information in the auditing information, if so, the auditing information is digitally signed by adopting a private key in a key pair of an auditing mechanism, and the financial product information in the auditing information is sent to a block chain for selling the financial product; if not, generating and sending unqualified prompt information to the financial product issuer.
5. The financial product selling method based on the block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
acquiring initial login information of a user, creating a user account, and creating a key pair and a user address for the user, wherein the user comprises a financial product issuer, a monitoring mechanism, an invested third party and a financial product purchaser;
acquiring user information, verifying user identity seniority, binding the user information with a user address after verification is successful, digitally signing the user information by adopting a private key in a key pair of a user, and uploading the digitally signed user information to a block chain; comprising the following steps: acquiring identity information of legal representatives of the financial product issuer, verifying the identity of the legal representatives of the financial product issuer, and binding the identity information of the legal representatives of the property product issuer with addresses of the legal representatives of the property product issuer after the verification is successful; acquiring the business information of the financial product issuer, verifying the business qualification of the financial product issuer, and binding the business information of the financial product issuer with the address of legal representatives of the financial institutions after the verification is successful; acquiring identity information of legal representatives of the monitoring mechanism, verifying the identity of the legal representatives of the monitoring mechanism, and binding the identity information of the legal representatives of the monitoring mechanism with addresses of the legal representatives of the monitoring mechanism after the verification is successful; acquiring the business information of the monitoring mechanism, verifying the business qualification of the monitoring mechanism, and binding the business information of the monitoring mechanism with the address of legal representatives of the financial mechanism after the verification is successful; acquiring identity information of a legal representative of the invested third party, verifying the identity of the legal representative of the invested third party, and binding the identity information of the legal representative of the invested third party with the address of the legal representative of the invested third party after the verification is successful; acquiring the business information of the invested third party, verifying the business qualification of the invested third party, and binding the business information of the invested third party with the legal representative address of the financial institution after the verification is successful;
Acquiring financial product conception information of a financial product issuer, digitally signing the financial product conception information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the financial product issuer, and sending an authentication request to a supervision mechanism;
acquiring examination information of the monitoring mechanism, digitally signing the examination information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the monitoring mechanism, and transmitting financial product information in the examination information to a blockchain for selling the financial products;
acquiring financial product transaction information between an invested third party and a financial product issuer, digitally signing the financial product transaction information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the invested third party and a private key in a key pair of the financial product issuer, and uploading the information to a blockchain;
acquiring a product viewing request of a financial product purchaser, and acquiring and transmitting financial product information in a block chain to the financial product purchaser according to the product viewing request;
and acquiring the product purchase information of the financial product purchaser, digitally signing the product purchase information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the financial product purchaser, and uploading the product purchase information to the blockchain.

The method for selling financial products based on blockchain as in claim 5, wherein the method for obtaining the audit information of the audit mechanism, digitally signing the audit information by using the private key of the key pair of the audit mechanism, and transmitting the financial product information in the audit information to the blockchain for selling the financial products comprises the following steps:
Obtaining the examination information of the monitoring mechanism, digitally signing the examination information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the monitoring mechanism, and uploading financial product information in the examination information to an IPFS system;
and acquiring the CID parameter sent by the IPFS, digitally signing the CID parameter by adopting a private key in a key pair of a monitoring mechanism, and uploading the signed CID parameter to a blockchain for recording.

The method for selling financial products based on blockchain as in claim 6, wherein the method for acquiring the product viewing request of the financial product purchaser and acquiring and transmitting the information of the financial product in the blockchain to the financial product purchaser according to the product viewing request comprises the steps of:
acquiring a product viewing request of the financial product purchaser, and acquiring and transmitting CID parameters to the financial product purchaser according to the product viewing request;
inquiring and transmitting corresponding financial product information in the block chain to a financial product purchaser according to the CID parameter.

The method for selling financial products based on blockchain as in claim 5, wherein the method for obtaining the audit information of the audit mechanism, digitally signing the audit information by using the private key of the key pair of the audit mechanism, and transmitting the financial product information in the audit information to the blockchain for selling the financial products comprises the following steps:
Acquiring and transmitting inspection information of an inspection mechanism;
judging whether the financial product is qualified or not according to the checking qualification confirmation information in the checking information, if so, adopting a private key in a key pair of a monitoring mechanism to digitally sign the checking information, and sending the financial product information in the checking information to a block chain to sell the financial product; if not, generating and sending unqualified prompt information to the financial product issuer.
