As shown in fig. 1, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a financial product sale system based on a block chain, which includes an account creation module 100, an identity verification module 200, a sale idea module 300, a review module 400, a transaction module 500, a product viewing module 600, and a product purchase module 700, wherein:
an account creation module 100, configured to obtain initial login information of a user, create a user account, and create a key pair and a user address for the user, where the user includes a financial product issuer, a monitoring organization, an invested third party, and a financial product purchaser;
the identity verification module 200 is configured to obtain user information, verify the user identity seniority, bind the user information and the user address after the verification is successful, digitally sign the user information by using a private key in a key pair of the user, and upload the digitally signed user information to the block chain;
the selling idea module 300 is used for acquiring the financing product idea information of the financing product issuer, digitally signing the financing product idea information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the financing product issuer, and sending an authentication request to a monitoring organization;
the review module 400 is used for acquiring review information of the monitoring organization, digitally signing the review information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the monitoring organization, sending the financing product information in the review information to the block chain, and selling the financing product;

When each user logs in the system for the first time, the system prompts the user to create an account, acquires initial login information of the user through the account creation module 100, creates a user account, and creates a key pair and a user address for the user, wherein the user comprises a financing product issuer, a monitoring mechanism, an invested third party and a financing product purchaser; the key pair comprises a public key and a private key, a string of random characters input by a user is input into the key pair before being stored as the private key, the private key is encrypted by combining a symmetric encryption algorithm AES, the encrypted private key is stored in a local browser of the user, 12 mnemonic word words which are randomly extracted and arranged in 2048 mnemonic word dictionaries are used for verifying the uniqueness of an account when the user registers, and the private key and the public key are encrypted by the mnemonic words by asymmetric cryptography; and simultaneously, the mobile phone number of the user is bound with the user address through the mobile phone number and the mobile phone verification code provided by the user, and a unique account is created for each user according to different users, so that the information of the corresponding user can be stored and recorded in the corresponding user account in the following process. After the user account, the key pair and the user address are created, user information is obtained through the identity verification module 200, the user identity seniority is verified, the user information and the user address are bound after the verification is successful, the user information is digitally signed by a private key in the key pair of the user, and the digitally signed user information is uploaded to a block chain, wherein the user information comprises the user identity information and the worker information, and the user information is uploaded to the block chain, so that the irreplaceability and the public transparency of the information are ensured, and the subsequent viewing is facilitated; after verification is completed, a financial product issuer proposes a financial product idea, establishes a new block record product on a chain, binds and sets a new bank account, product audit data and the like, including but not limited to digital signature of a financial product archive (product manager/product characteristics/product life cycle/investment direction/service contract are equal) organization qualification certificate and other files, submits the digital signature to a monitoring organization for audit and authentication, acquires financial product idea information of the financial product issuer through a selling idea module 300, digitally signs the financial product idea information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the financial product issuer, and sends an authentication request to the monitoring organization; the legal representative or the responsible person of the monitoring organization has the right to examine and approve the product information submitted by the financial product issuer, and the product information passes or does not pass, the final result is a digital signature recording time stamp, and the product information is uploaded to the IPFS system, the IPFS system returns a CID parameter, and the CID parameter is recorded on the block and is recorded in parallel with the previous hash value; acquiring audit information of a monitoring organization through the audit module 400, digitally signing the audit information by using a private key in a key pair of the monitoring organization, sending financial product information in the audit information to a block chain, and selling financial products, wherein the audit information comprises the financial product information and passing or failing information; only when the product which passes the digital signature is checked by a monitoring organization, the financial product issuer has the authority to sell the product in the system; after the approval is passed, the monitoring organization has the right to monitor and check the product operation data of the product issuer, including investing the amount and effect of the third-party organization, and has the right to monitor and speak but no operation right on the product. After the products are sold, the user purchases funds and concentrates the funds in the recorded bank account, the product manager performs investment distribution processing, and each time the third party to be invested and the financial product issuer perform digital signature confirmation and time stamp, so that the funds can be conveniently subjected to tracing record; acquiring financial product transaction information between the invested third party and a financial product issuer through a transaction module 500, and digitally signing the financial product transaction information by respectively adopting a private key in a key pair of the invested third party and a private key in a key pair of the financial product issuer and uploading the information to a block chain; after the financing product is sold, a user can check related financing product information in the blockchain, a product checking request of a financing product purchaser is obtained through the product checking module 600, the financing product information in the blockchain is obtained and sent to the financing product purchaser according to the product checking request, the client can check the checked product/product document, the transaction record (without displaying the transaction amount) of a third party invested in the previous month and a financing product issuer and third party introduction information, a digital signature is needed for the user to purchase the financing product, the financing product purchaser can check the files in the chain, and the checked financing product information is directly checked; after purchasing the corresponding product, the financial product purchaser obtains the product purchase information of the financial product purchaser through the product purchase module 700, digitally signs the product purchase information by using a private key in a key pair of the financial product purchaser and uploads the product purchase information to the block chain, and after purchasing the product, the financial product purchaser can check a hash value record of the purchased product on the block chain to follow up whether the flow of funds reaches a specified product account of a financial product purchaser company.

the first verification sub-module 210 is configured to obtain identity information of a legal representative of the financial product issuer, verify the identity of the legal representative of the financial product issuer, and bind the identity information of the legal representative of the property issuer with an address of the legal representative of the property issuer after verification is successful;
the second verification sub-module 220 is used for acquiring the industrial and commercial information of the financial product issuer, verifying the industrial and commercial property of the financial product issuer, and binding the industrial and commercial information of the financial product issuer with the address of the legal representative of the financial institution after the verification is successful;
the third verification submodule 230 is configured to obtain identity information of the legal representative of the monitoring organization, verify the identity of the legal representative of the monitoring organization, and bind the identity information of the legal representative of the monitoring organization and the address of the legal representative of the monitoring organization after successful verification;

In order to ensure the authenticity of the identities of all the persons participating in the sales of the financial products, a trust mechanism is established, legal representatives of all the mechanisms of a financial product issuer, a monitoring mechanism and an invested third party need to be authenticated, the quality of workers of all the mechanisms needs to be authenticated, after the authentication is successful, identity information and the information of the workers and the addresses of the legal representatives are bound, and the identity authentication uniqueness of the information is ensured.
Based on the first aspect, as shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the examination module 400 includes an examination signature sub-module 410 and a CID parameter sub-module 420, wherein:
the audit signature submodule 410 is configured to obtain audit information of the monitoring organization, digitally sign the audit information by using a private key in a key pair of the monitoring organization, and upload financial product information in the audit information to the IPFS system;
the CID parameter sub-module 420 is configured to obtain a CID parameter sent by the IPFS system, digitally sign the CID parameter by using a private key in a key pair of the monitoring organization, and upload the signed CID parameter to the block chain for recording.
The legal representative or the responsible person of the supervision organization has the right to examine and approve the product information submitted by the financial product issuer, and the product information passes or does not pass, the final result is digitally signed to record a timestamp, the examination information of the supervision organization is obtained through the examination signature submodule 410, the examination information is digitally signed by a private key in a key pair of the supervision organization, the product information is uploaded to the IPFS system, the CID parameter is returned by the system, the CID parameter sent by the IPFS system is obtained through the CID parameter submodule 420, and the CID parameter is recorded on the block and is recorded in parallel with the previous hash value.
Based on the first aspect, as shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the product viewing module 600 includes a request obtaining sub-module 610 and an information sending sub-module 620, where:
a request obtaining sub-module 610, configured to obtain a product viewing request of the financial product buyer, and obtain and send a CID parameter to the financial product buyer according to the product viewing request;
and the information sending sub-module 620 is configured to query and send the corresponding financial product information in the block chain to the financial product purchaser according to the CID parameter.
The financial product purchasing party can check the checked product/product document, the third party transaction record (transaction amount is not displayed) and the third party introduction information invested by the issuer in the previous month, a user digital signature is needed for purchasing the financial product, when the financial product purchasing party has a purchase demand, a product checking request is sent, the product checking request of the financial product purchasing party is obtained through the request obtaining sub-module 610, a CID parameter is obtained and sent to the financial product purchasing party according to the product checking request, a link file in the IPFS system can be checked through the CID, the corresponding information of the financial product in the block chain is inquired and sent to the financial product purchasing party through the information sending sub-module 620 according to the CID parameter, and the checked financial product information is directly checked by the financial product purchasing party.
Based on the first aspect, as shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the above-mentioned examining module 400 includes an information obtaining sub-module 430 and a qualification sub-module 440, wherein:
the information acquisition submodule 430 is used for acquiring and sending the audit information of the monitoring organization;
the qualification judgment sub-module 440 is used for judging whether the financing product is qualified according to the audit qualification confirmation information in the audit information, if so, the audit information is digitally signed by a private key in a key pair of a supervision institution, and the financing product information in the audit information is sent to a block chain for the financing product to be sold; if not, generating and sending unqualified prompt information to the financial product issuer.
After the information acquisition sub-module 430 acquires the audit information, the qualification judgment sub-module 440 judges whether the audit passes, if the audit fails, the approval is rejected, the issuer performs processing such as modification, and the issuer does not have the right to sell the financing product.
As shown in fig. 2, in a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a block chain-based financial product selling method, including the following steps:
s1, acquiring initial login information of a user, creating a user account, and creating a key pair and a user address for the user, wherein the user comprises a financing product issuer, a monitoring mechanism, an invested third party and a financing product buyer; when each user logs in for the first time, the user is prompted to create an account.
S2, obtaining user information, verifying the user identity seniority, binding the user information and the user address after the verification is successful, digitally signing the user information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the user, and uploading the digitally signed user information to a block chain; the user information comprises user identity information and industrial and commercial information, and is uploaded to the block chain, so that the unchangeable modification and the public transparency of the information are guaranteed, and the follow-up viewing is facilitated.
S3, acquiring the financial product idea information of the financial product issuer, digitally signing the financial product idea information by using a private key in a key pair of the financial product issuer, and sending an authentication request to a monitoring organization; after verification is completed, a financial product issuer proposes a financial product concept, establishes a new block record product on a chain, binds and opens a new bank account, product audit data and the like, including but not limited to financial product files (product managers/product characteristics/product life cycle/investment direction/service contract and the like), organization qualification certificates and other files are digitally signed, and the files are submitted to a monitoring organization for audit and authentication.
S4, acquiring audit information of the monitoring organization, digitally signing the audit information by using a private key in a key pair of the monitoring organization, sending financing product information in the audit information to a block chain, and selling financing products; the legal representative or the responsible person of the monitoring organization has the right to examine and approve the product information submitted by the financial product issuer, and the legal representative or the responsible person passes or does not pass, and the final result needs a digital signature recording time stamp, wherein the examination information comprises financial product information and passing or not information; only when the product which is subjected to digital signature is checked by a monitoring organization, the financial product issuer has the authority to sell the product in the system. After the approval is passed, the monitoring organization has the right to monitor and check the product operation data of the product issuer, including investing the amount and effect of the third-party organization, and has the right to monitor and speak but no operation right on the product.
S5, acquiring financial product transaction information between the invested third party and a financial product issuer, and digitally signing the financial product transaction information by respectively adopting a private key in a key pair of the invested third party and a private key in a key pair of the financial product issuer and uploading the information to a block chain; after the products are sold, the user purchases funds and concentrates the funds in the recorded bank account, the product manager performs investment distribution processing, and each time the third party to be invested and the financial product issuer perform digital signature confirmation and time stamp, so that the funds can be conveniently tracked and recorded.
S6, acquiring a product viewing request of the financial product buyer, and acquiring and sending the financial product information in the block chain to the financial product buyer according to the product viewing request; after the financial product is sold, the user can check the related information of the financial product in a block chain, the client (a financial product purchasing party) can check the checked product/product document, the transaction record (without displaying the transaction amount) of the third party invested in the previous month and the financial product issuing party and the third party introduction information, the user digital signature is required for purchasing the financial product, and the financial product purchasing party can check the chain file and directly check the checked information of the financial product.

After the financial product purchaser purchases the product, the hash value record of the purchased product can be checked on the blockchain to follow up whether the flow of funds reaches the specified product account of the financial product purchaser company.

acquiring the industrial and commercial information of the monitoring organization, verifying the industrial and commercial qualification of the monitoring organization, and binding the industrial and commercial information of the monitoring organization with the address of a legal representative of the financial organization after the verification is successful;
acquiring identity information of a legal representative of the invested third party, verifying the identity of the legal representative of the invested third party, and binding the identity information of the legal representative of the invested third party with the address of the legal representative of the invested third party after the verification is successful;
and acquiring the industrial and commercial information of the third party to be invested, verifying the industrial and commercial qualification of the third party to be invested, and binding the industrial and commercial information of the third party to be invested with the address of a legal representative of the financial institution after the verification is successful.
Verifying a financial product issuer, providing a name and an identity card number of the legal representative of the financial product issuer, verifying the identity information of the legal representative of the financial product issuer by using an official authentication API (application program interface) for real name verification, verifying the name and the identity card number by using the provided API for real name verification, and binding the name and the identity card number with the address of the legal representative if the verification is successful; the system obtains the company/organization name, the company registration number, the unified social credit code and other industrial and commercial information provided by the legal representative, obtains the company or organization information owned by the legal representative by using the provided API, then compares the company or organization information with the company information provided by the legal representative or organization legal responsible person, if the company or organization information is successful, the system binds the industrial and commercial information with the address of the legal representative or organization legal responsible person, sets up the authority of a product initiator, and the product can be officially issued after the product is issued and needs to be certified or certified by a legal authorized supervising authority.
The legal representative or the responsible person of the monitoring organization sets up an account, and carries out real-name verification to provide own name and identity card number, the real name uses an official authentication API, the system uses the provided API to verify the name and the identity card number, and if the system succeeds, the system binds the name and the identity card number with the address of the legal representative or the responsible person; then, the information such as own company name, company registration number, and unified social credit code provided by the legal representative is obtained. The system uses the provided API to obtain the company information owned by the legal representative or the responsible person, then compares the company information with the company information provided by the legal representative or the responsible person, and if the system succeeds, the system binds the company information with the address of the legal representative or the responsible person.
If the assets such as bond securities, stock and the like need to be bought and sold by a system binding account, and each transaction record or invoice packed into a block needs to be linked up by a digital signature/timestamp and a hash value of a product manager; if the invested third party is an organization or a company, the invested third party or the company needs to set a system account and carry out digital signature confirmation. The account opening process of the invested third-party company mechanism is as follows: the legal representative or the responsible person of the invested third-party company organization sets up an account, and carries out real-name verification to provide own name and identity card number, the real name uses an official authentication API, the system uses the provided API to verify the name and the identity card number, and if the system succeeds, the system binds the name and the identity card number with the address of the legal representative or the responsible person. And then acquiring the own company name, the company registration number, the unified social credit code and other industrial and commercial information provided by the legal representative or the responsible person. The system uses the provided API to obtain the company information owned by the legal representative or the responsible person, then compares the company information with the company information provided by the legal representative or the responsible person, and if the comparison is successful, the system binds the company information with the address of the legal representative or the responsible person. After the account is successfully established, each transaction of the invested third party and the financial product issuer needs to be confirmed/time stamped/hashed value uplink by the digital signatures of legal representatives or persons in charge of the two parties.
Based on the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for acquiring audit information of an audit organization, digitally signing the audit information by using a private key in a key pair of the audit organization, and sending the financial product information in the audit information to a block chain to sell the financial product includes the following steps:
acquiring audit information of a monitoring organization, digitally signing the audit information by using a private key in a key pair of the monitoring organization, and uploading financial product information in the audit information to an IPFS (Internet protocol platform System);
and acquiring the CID parameter sent by the IPFS system, digitally signing the CID parameter by adopting a private key in a key pair of a monitoring mechanism, and uploading the signed CID parameter to a block chain for recording.
The legal representative or the responsible person of the monitoring organization has the right to examine and approve the product information submitted by the financial product issuer, and the product information passes or does not pass, the final result is digitally signed and the timestamp is recorded, and the product information is uploaded to the IPFS system, the CID parameter is returned by the IPFS system, and the CID parameter is recorded on the block and is recorded in parallel with the previous hash value.
Based on the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for obtaining a product viewing request of a financial product buyer and obtaining and sending the financial product information in the block chain to the financial product buyer according to the product viewing request includes the following steps:
acquiring a product viewing request of a financial product purchaser, and acquiring and sending a CID parameter to the financial product purchaser according to the product viewing request;
and inquiring and sending the corresponding financing product information in the block chain to the financing product buyer according to the CID parameter.
The financial product purchasing party can check the verified product/product document, the third party transaction record (transaction amount is not displayed) and the third party introduction information invested by the issuer in the previous month, a digital signature of a user is needed for purchasing the financial product, when the financial product purchasing party has a purchase demand, a product checking request is sent, a CID parameter is obtained and sent to the financial product purchasing party according to the product checking request, a link file in the IPFS system can be checked through the CID, and the verified financial product information can be directly checked.
Based on the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for acquiring audit information of an audit organization, digitally signing the audit information by using a private key in a key pair of the audit organization, and sending the financial product information in the audit information to a block chain to sell the financial product includes the following steps:
acquiring and sending audit information of a monitoring organization;
judging whether the financing product is qualified or not according to the verification qualification confirmation information in the verification information, if so, digitally signing the verification information by adopting a private key in a key pair of a monitoring mechanism, sending the financing product information in the verification information to a block chain, and selling the financing product; if not, generating and sending unqualified prompt information to the financial product issuer.
And after the examination information is acquired, judging whether the examination passes or not, if the examination fails, refusing the examination, and then performing processing such as modification and the like by the issuer, wherein the issuer does not have the right to sell the financing product.

1. A financial product sale system based on a block chain is characterized by comprising an account creation module, an identity verification module, a sale idea module, a review module, a transaction module, a product viewing module and a product purchase module, wherein:
the account creating module is used for acquiring initial login information of a user, creating a user account and creating a key pair and a user address for the user, wherein the user comprises a financing product issuer, a supervising mechanism, an invested third party and a financing product buyer;
the identity verification module is used for acquiring user information, verifying the user identity seniority, binding the user information and the user address after the verification is successful, digitally signing the user information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the user, and uploading the digitally signed user information to the block chain;
the system comprises a selling idea module, a monitoring mechanism and a selling idea module, wherein the selling idea module is used for acquiring the financial product idea information of a financial product issuer, digitally signing the financial product idea information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the financial product issuer, and sending an authentication request to the monitoring mechanism;
the audit module is used for acquiring audit information of the monitoring organization, digitally signing the audit information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the monitoring organization, sending the financing product information in the audit information to the block chain, and selling the financing product;
the transaction module is used for acquiring financial product transaction information between the invested third party and the financial product issuer, digitally signing the financial product transaction information by respectively adopting a private key in a key pair of the invested third party and a private key in a key pair of the financial product issuer, and uploading the information to the block chain;
the product viewing module is used for acquiring a product viewing request of the financial product buyer and acquiring and sending the financial product information in the block chain to the financial product buyer according to the product viewing request;
and the product purchasing module is used for acquiring the product purchasing information of the financial product purchaser, performing digital signature on the product purchasing information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the financial product purchaser and uploading the product purchasing information to the block chain.

The financial product marketing system according to claim 1, wherein the identity verification module comprises a first verification sub-module, a second verification sub-module, a third verification sub-module, a fourth verification sub-module, a fifth verification sub-module and a sixth verification sub-module, wherein:
the first verification submodule is used for acquiring the identity information of the legal representative of the financial product issuer, verifying the identity of the legal representative of the financial product issuer, and binding the identity information of the legal representative of the property issuer with the address of the legal representative of the property issuer after verification is successful;
the second verification submodule is used for acquiring the industrial and commercial information of the financial product issuer, verifying the industrial and commercial property of the financial product issuer, and binding the industrial and commercial information of the financial product issuer with the address of a legal representative of the financial institution after the verification is successful;
the third verification submodule is used for acquiring the identity information of the legal representative of the monitoring mechanism, verifying the identity of the legal representative of the monitoring mechanism, and binding the identity information of the legal representative of the monitoring mechanism with the address of the legal representative of the monitoring mechanism after the verification is successful;
the fourth verification submodule is used for acquiring the industrial and commercial information of the monitoring organization, verifying the industrial and commercial qualification of the monitoring organization, and binding the industrial and commercial information of the monitoring organization with the address of the legal representative of the financial organization after the verification is successful;
the fifth verification submodule is used for acquiring the identity information of the legal representative of the invested third party, verifying the identity of the legal representative of the invested third party and binding the identity information of the legal representative of the invested third party with the address of the legal representative of the invested third party after the verification is successful;
and the sixth verification submodule is used for acquiring the industrial and commercial information of the third party to be invested, verifying the industrial and commercial qualification of the third party to be invested, and binding the industrial and commercial information of the third party to be invested with the address of the legal representative of the financial institution after the verification is successful.
3. The block chain-based financial product marketing system of claim 1, wherein said review module comprises a review signature sub-module and a CID parameter sub-module, wherein:
the examination signature submodule is used for acquiring examination information of the supervision institution, digitally signing the examination information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the supervision institution, and uploading financial product information in the examination information to the IPFS system;
and the CID parameter submodule is used for acquiring the CID parameter sent by the IPFS system, digitally signing the CID parameter by adopting a private key in a key pair of a monitoring mechanism, and uploading the signed CID parameter to the block chain for recording.
4. The financial product marketing system based on block chain of claim 3, wherein the product viewing module comprises a request acquisition sub-module and an information sending sub-module, wherein:
the request acquisition submodule is used for acquiring a product viewing request of the financial product buyer and acquiring and sending the CID parameter to the financial product buyer according to the product viewing request;
and the information sending submodule is used for inquiring and sending the corresponding financing product information in the block chain to the financing product buyer according to the CID parameter.
5. The financial product marketing system based on block chain of claim 1, wherein the review module comprises an information acquisition sub-module and a qualification judgment sub-module, wherein:
the information acquisition submodule is used for acquiring and sending the audit information of the monitoring organization;
the qualification judgment sub-module is used for judging whether the financing product is qualified or not according to the verification qualification confirmation information in the verification information, if so, the verification information is digitally signed by a private key in a key pair of a supervision mechanism, and the financing product information in the verification information is sent to the block chain for the distribution of the financing product; if not, generating and sending unqualified prompt information to the financial product issuer.
6. A financial product selling method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring initial login information of a user, creating a user account, and creating a key pair and a user address for the user, wherein the user comprises a financing product issuer, a monitoring mechanism, an invested third party and a financing product purchaser;
acquiring user information, verifying the user identity seniority, binding the user information and a user address after the user information is successfully verified, digitally signing the user information by adopting a private key in a key pair of a user, and uploading the digitally signed user information to a block chain;
acquiring the conception information of the financial product of the issuer of the financial product, digitally signing the conception information of the financial product by adopting a private key in a key pair of the issuer of the financial product, and sending an authentication request to a monitoring mechanism;
acquiring audit information of a monitoring organization, digitally signing the audit information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the monitoring organization, sending financial product information in the audit information to a block chain, and selling financial products;
acquiring financial product transaction information between an invested third party and a financial product issuer, and digitally signing the financial product transaction information by respectively adopting a private key in a key pair of the invested third party and a private key in a key pair of the financial product issuer and uploading the information to a block chain;
acquiring a product viewing request of a financial product purchaser, and acquiring and sending financial product information in the block chain to the financial product purchaser according to the product viewing request;
and acquiring product purchase information of the financial product purchaser, performing digital signature on the product purchase information by adopting a private key in a key pair of the financial product purchaser, and uploading the product purchase information to the block chain.

The financial product selling method based on the blockchain as claimed in claim 6, wherein the method for acquiring the user information, verifying the user identity and the seniority, binding the user information with the user address after the user identity and the seniority are successfully verified, digitally signing the user information by using a private key of a key pair of the user, and uploading the digitally signed user information to the blockchain comprises the following steps:
acquiring identity information of a legal representative of the financial product issuer, verifying the identity of the legal representative of the financial product issuer, and binding the identity information of the legal representative of the property issuer with an address of the legal representative of the property issuer after the verification is successful;
acquiring the industrial and commercial information of the financial product issuer, verifying the industrial and commercial qualification of the financial product issuer, and binding the industrial and commercial information of the financial product issuer with the address of a legal representative of a financial institution after the verification is successful;
acquiring identity information of legal representatives of the monitoring organization, verifying the identity of the legal representatives of the monitoring organization, and binding the identity information of the legal representatives of the monitoring organization with the address of the legal representatives of the monitoring organization after successful verification;
acquiring the industrial and commercial information of the monitoring organization, verifying the industrial and commercial qualification of the monitoring organization, and binding the industrial and commercial information of the monitoring organization with the address of a legal representative of the financial organization after the verification is successful;
acquiring identity information of a legal representative of the invested third party, verifying the identity of the legal representative of the invested third party, and binding the identity information of the legal representative of the invested third party with the address of the legal representative of the invested third party after the verification is successful;
and acquiring the industrial and commercial information of the third party to be invested, verifying the industrial and commercial qualification of the third party to be invested, and binding the industrial and commercial information of the third party to be invested with the address of a legal representative of the financial institution after the verification is successful.

The block chain-based financial product selling method according to claim 6, wherein the method for acquiring audit information of a supervising agency, digitally signing the audit information by using a private key in a key pair of the supervising agency, sending financial product information in the audit information to the block chain, and selling financial products comprises the following steps:
acquiring audit information of a monitoring organization, digitally signing the audit information by using a private key in a key pair of the monitoring organization, and uploading financial product information in the audit information to an IPFS (Internet protocol platform System);
and acquiring the CID parameter sent by the IPFS system, digitally signing the CID parameter by adopting a private key in a key pair of a monitoring mechanism, and uploading the signed CID parameter to a block chain for recording.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the step of obtaining a product viewing request from a financial product buyer and obtaining and sending financial product information from the blockchain to the financial product buyer comprises the steps of:
acquiring a product viewing request of a financial product purchaser, and acquiring and sending a CID parameter to the financial product purchaser according to the product viewing request;
and inquiring and sending the corresponding financing product information in the block chain to the financing product buyer according to the CID parameter.

The block chain-based financial product selling method according to claim 6, wherein the method for acquiring audit information of a supervising agency, digitally signing the audit information by using a private key in a key pair of the supervising agency, sending financial product information in the audit information to the block chain, and selling financial products comprises the following steps:
acquiring and sending audit information of a monitoring organization;
judging whether the financing product is qualified or not according to the verification qualification confirmation information in the verification information, if so, digitally signing the verification information by adopting a private key in a key pair of a monitoring mechanism, sending the financing product information in the verification information to a block chain, and selling the financing product; if not, generating and sending unqualified prompt information to the financial product issuer.
