Granularity is colloquially how often progress tracking is performed. If the year, the season, the month, the week, the day, the hour and the minute are time particles, the time particles are sequentially rightwards and are horizontal coordinates, the factory, the line, the department, the team, the post and the node are interval particles, the time particles are sequentially upwards, vertical coordinates and points where the two phases meet are formed, and the formed values represent functions of lean management. It is noted that the finer the points of time and interval, the more precise and detailed the management level, the higher the level.
The description of the present invention may enable one of ordinary skill in the art to practice the various embodiments described herein. The present invention is described with reference to the various figures and embodiments, which are intended to be illustrative only and not limiting in scope.
Fig. 1 illustrates a project personnel performance supervision system 100 in one of the embodiments of the present invention. The project personnel performance supervision system 100 comprises a project maintenance module 101, a personnel allocation module 102, a time/expense reporting module 103 and a data storage module 104; the personnel allocation module 102 is configured to edit project team member information to enable a project in the project maintenance module 101 to match with suitable personnel; the time charge filling module 103 calls information in the project maintenance module 101 and the personnel allocation module 102, and fills, counts and analyzes charges generated in a project period and the time of the generated charges; the data storage module 104 is responsible for storing, backing up and recovering information in the project maintenance module 101, the personnel allocation module 102 and the time/expense filling module 103. The various parts of the system may communicate via a network, including the internet, a cellular network, a public switched telephone network, a local area network, or a combination of the above.
The project maintenance module 101 is configured to manage basic information of each project, where the basic information at least includes a project name, a project number, a project amount, a project start-stop time, and a project preset profit margin; if the cost of the project in the project period in the time/cost filling module is updated, the project basic information also comprises the residual prepayable cost of the project. The basic information of the project can be completed by editing the project maintenance module 101.
Further, the project performance monitoring system 100 further includes a monitoring module 105, which is used for monitoring the current condition of the project and reminding a manager in time by calling data information generated by each module; monitoring the current condition of the project comprises monitoring the progress degree of the project and the implementation process of personnel; monitoring the progress degree of the project comprises monitoring the remaining time of the project, the cost of the project, and the remaining and pre-chargeable cost of the project; the monitoring of the progress of the person includes monitoring the time utilization of the person. When the supervision monitoring module 105 monitors the progress of the project and the implementation process of the personnel reaches the warning value set by the system, the supervision monitoring module 105 sends out a reminding notice to the manager.
Further, the performance monitoring system 100 of the project personnel further includes a logging module 106 for recording data collection behaviors and data management behaviors of the user.
