防火材料是有防止或阻滞火焰蔓延性能的材料,用于防火,有不燃材料和难燃材料两类,不燃材料不会燃烧,难燃材料虽可燃烧,但具阻燃性,即难起火、难炭化,在火源移开后燃烧即可停止,故又称阻燃材料,在难燃材料中,除少数本身具有阻燃功能外,在多数场合,都是采用阻燃剂、防火浸渍剂或防火涂料等对易燃材料进行阻燃处理而制得的。
目前,现有技术中的防火墙体板材包括上表面层和下表面层,以及设置在上表面层和下表面层之间的板材基层,在板材基层内填充泡沫。这种防火板防火性能不好,板材不易安装固定,且通常为一次性安装,后期拆卸麻烦,可能会对板材造成损坏。
如何发明一种防火墙体板材来改善这些问题,成为了本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。

为了弥补以上不足,本发明提供了一种防火墙体板材,旨在改善防火墙体板材防火性能不好且安装拆卸麻烦的问题。

9.根据权利要求8所述的防火墙体板材,其特征在于,所述弹簧(361)另一端固定连接有固定块(362),所述固定块(362)滑动连接于所述限位槽(360)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的防火墙体板材的制备方法,其特征在于,操作人员通过转轮340转动丝杆320,移动移动块330,移动块330滑动于滑槽310,移动块330卡接固定于另一板材本体100一侧,通过弹簧361将固定块362弹出限位槽360,便于将移动块330锁紧固定,方便拆卸安装,同时板材表面设有防潮层120,可有效阻止水分侵入墙体内部,防止墙体损坏,防潮层120内部设有阻燃层130,可有效阻止火势蔓延,减少有害气体的产生,防火层140可减小温度的传递,防止墙体内部温度过高而自燃,隔音层150可减小室外噪音的干扰,防潮层120外侧设有装饰板170,装饰板170方便人员选择不同图案装饰板材表面,便于更换不同图案,通过凸块163和凹槽161可将两侧隔音层150卡接固定,使得墙体更加稳固。
