Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning and sterilizing article, in particular to a personal surface care liquid soap of liquid soap. .
Background
Perfumed soaps are indispensable consumer products in daily life, generally solid block products but also paste and liquid products. The soap is prepared by taking sodium aliphatate and other surfactants as main raw materials, adding a quality modifier and an appearance modifier, and processing and forming. In recent years, with the improvement of living standard of people, not only the soap has a function of cleaning skin, but also some new functions such as skin care, beauty, sterilization, deodorization, and the like are required.
The liquid soap is a new type of soap, and has two types of appearance forms, one is a liquid soap with good fluidity, and the other is a gel-like liquid soap. The liquid toilet soap has many advantages, such as good solubility, strong detergency, easy rinsing, easy quantitative control and little skin irritation, so it is popular in the market.
Different consumer groups have different characteristics, so that manufacturers need to develop different perfumed soap products in a targeted manner for different consumer groups. In order to ensure that a sufficient washing time is maintained for a child user when using a soap, it is known to add an indicator indicating a time change to the soap, so as to change the color of the soap after a certain time of use and attract the child to perform a sufficient cleaning time, as indicated in CN1643127A and CN102209517A by kimberly and deluxe.
However, in the prior art, the indicator of the liquid soap is only used for indicating the washing time, and cannot indicate the friction degree in the washing process, and children receiving color attraction may only smear the soap on a cleaning position, but do not carry out friction washing, and the soap foam is washed after the color change time is reached, so that the sufficient washing effect cannot be achieved.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention, the present invention will be briefly described below by using embodiments, and it is obvious that the following description is only one embodiment of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, other technical solutions can be obtained according to the embodiments without inventive labor, and also fall within the disclosure of the present invention.
A personal surface care liquid soap of an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first container having a first liquid therein, the first liquid including a first component; a second container having a second liquid therein, the second liquid including a second component. A dispenser capable of releasing the first liquid of the first container and the second liquid within the second container. The first liquid comprises surfactant and other functional additives such as plant extract, collagen, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, etc. The dispenser may be a push valve, and may be provided on each of the first container and the second container.
The first liquid and the second liquid change from a first color to a second color different from the first color after a first period of time has elapsed after mixing. The first liquid also has a third component therein, which is arranged in microcapsules, which rupture when subjected to a stress greater than a certain stress corresponding to the applied stress at the time of rubbing of the cleaning site, for example, the stress may be set to greater than 0.5Mpa or greater than 1 Mpa. The microcapsule diameter may be set to less than 1mm, or less than 0.5 mm. The microcapsules can be made using microfluidics techniques of the prior art, for example methods in CN106999361A or CN 1993458A. The third component in the first liquid changes from colorless to a third color after flowing out of the microcapsules and mixing with the second component of the second liquid over a second period of time greater than the first period of time. The third color and the second color become a fourth color after mixing.
When the personal surface care liquid soap is used, whether sufficient time and sufficient friction cleaning are performed can be determined according to the color area of the cleaning part. When the personal surface care liquid soap is used, the color of the cleansing area portion as a first color indicates that sufficient time has not been left for cleansing, the color of the cleansing area portion as a second color indicates that sufficient time has been left for cleansing but not sufficient friction washing, the color of the cleansing area portion as a second color portion as a fourth color indicates that sufficient friction washing has not been left for a partial area, and the color of the cleansing area portion as a whole as a fourth color indicates that sufficient time has been left for cleaning and sufficient friction washing has been left.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first component in the first liquid may include bromothymol blue, the PH of the first liquid is set to be acidic, and the PH of the first liquid may be adjusted to be less than 6.2 by citric acid, so that the first liquid is yellow. The second component in the second liquid comprises sodium hydroxide, and the content of the sodium hydroxide is set so that after the first component of the first liquid and the second component of the second liquid are mixed for a first period of time, for example, 25 to 30 seconds, the pH value rises to 7.6, and the color can be changed from yellow to blue. The third component of the second liquid comprises phenolphthalein, which is encapsulated in microcapsules and is colorless. The microcapsules are ruptured when subjected to an action stress when rubbed at the cleaning site, and when the PH rises to 9 or above 10 for a second period of time, e.g. 35-40 seconds, which is longer than the first period of time after the first liquid and the second liquid are mixed, the phenolphthalein changes color to magenta or red, thereby mixing with the blue color of bromothymol blue to purple. In washing, the color of the cleaning portion is yellow indicating that sufficient time has not been left for cleaning, the color of the cleaning portion is blue indicating that sufficient time has been left for cleaning but sufficient rubbing washing has not been left, the color of the cleaning portion is blue and the color of the cleaning portion is purple indicating that sufficient rubbing washing has not been left in a partial region, and the color of the entire cleaning portion is purple indicating that sufficient time has been left for cleaning and sufficient rubbing washing has been left.
The cleaning method of the personal surface care liquid soap provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: (1) wetting the part needing to be cleaned; (2) applying a portion of the first liquid in the first container to a cleaning site with a first color of the first liquid via a dispenser; (3) applying a portion of the second liquid in the second container to the cleaning site via the dispenser; (4) friction cleaning is carried out on the cleaning part; (5) after a first time period, the cleaning part changes from the first color to the second color; (6) after the second time period, the area of which the cleaning part is not the fourth color is an insufficiently cleaned area, and the area is cleaned by rubbing again; (7) the clean part is rinsed by clean water.
