A cleaning agent for rubber molds is composed of 15 parts of 1, 3-dioxolane, 10 parts of imidazole, 10 parts of surfactant, 5 parts of dispersant, 10 parts of antirust agent, 5 parts of inorganic salt, 10 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 6 parts of nano oxide particles, 1 part of defoaming agent, 0.01 part of nano platinum particles and 60 parts of organic solvent according to mass parts, wherein the surfactant is a mixture of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate in a mass ratio of 1:3, and the antirust agent is long-chain carboxylic ester polyoxyethylene sodium sulfonate;
the preparation steps of the cleaning agent are as follows:
A. mixing cyclohexane, imidazole, a surfactant, a dispersing agent, inorganic salt, hydrogen peroxide, a defoaming agent and an organic solvent according to the mass ratio, and stirring at the temperature of 80 ℃ at the speed of 800 revolutions per minute until the solution is uniform;
B. and D, adding the antirust agent, the nano oxide particles and the nano platinum particles into the mixed solution obtained in the step A, and continuously stirring for 5 hours to obtain the cleaning agent.

A cleaning agent for rubber molds comprises, by mass, 10 parts of 1, 3-dioxolane, 5 parts of imidazole, 5 parts of a surfactant, 3 parts of a dispersant, 8 parts of an antirust agent, 3 parts of an inorganic salt, 5 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 5 parts of nano-oxide particles, 0.5 part of an antifoaming agent, 0.005 part of nano-platinum particles and 50 parts of an organic solvent, wherein the surfactant is a mixture of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate in a mass ratio of 1:3, and the antirust agent is long-chain carboxylic ester polyoxyethylene sodium sulfonate;
the preparation steps of the cleaning agent are as follows:
A. mixing cyclohexane, imidazole, a surfactant, a dispersing agent, inorganic salt, hydrogen peroxide, a defoaming agent and an organic solvent according to the mass part ratio, and stirring at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute at the temperature of 60 ℃ until the solution is uniform;
B. and D, adding the antirust agent, the nano oxide particles and the nano platinum particles into the mixed solution obtained in the step A, and continuously stirring for 2-5 hours to obtain the cleaning agent.

A cleaning agent for rubber molds comprises, by mass, 8 parts of 1, 3-dioxolane, 6 parts of imidazole, 8 parts of a surfactant, 3 parts of a dispersant, 8 parts of an antirust agent, 3 parts of an inorganic salt, 3 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 5 parts of nano-oxide particles, 0.3 part of an antifoaming agent, 0.006 part of nano-platinum particles and 50 parts of an organic solvent, wherein the surfactant is a mixture of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate in a mass ratio of 1:3, and the antirust agent is long-chain carboxylic ester polyoxyethylene sodium sulfonate;
the preparation steps of the cleaning agent are as follows:
A. mixing cyclohexane, imidazole, a surfactant, a dispersing agent, inorganic salt, hydrogen peroxide, a defoaming agent and an organic solvent according to the mass ratio, and stirring at the speed of 800 revolutions per minute at the temperature of 50 ℃ until the solution is uniform;
B. and D, adding the antirust agent, the nano oxide particles and the nano platinum particles into the mixed solution obtained in the step A, and continuously stirring for 2-5 hours to obtain the cleaning agent.

C. and D, soaking the rubber mold subjected to ultrasonic cleaning treatment in the step B in an organic solvent, ultrasonically cleaning for 50 minutes to remove the residual cleaning agent on the surface, and drying to obtain the cleaned rubber mold.

Example 5
A cleaning agent for rubber molds comprises, by mass, 7 parts of 1, 3-dioxolane, 6 parts of imidazole, 3 parts of a surfactant, 2 parts of a dispersant, 8 parts of an antirust agent, 3 parts of an inorganic salt, 1 part of hydrogen peroxide, 5 parts of nano-oxide particles, 0.6 part of an antifoaming agent, 0.01 part of nano-platinum particles and 50 parts of an organic solvent, wherein the surfactant is a mixture of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate in a mass ratio of 1:3, and the antirust agent is long-chain carboxylic ester polyoxyethylene sodium sulfonate;
the preparation steps of the cleaning agent are as follows:
A. mixing cyclohexane, imidazole, a surfactant, a dispersing agent, inorganic salt, hydrogen peroxide, a defoaming agent and an organic solvent according to the mass part ratio, and stirring at the temperature of 70 ℃ at the speed of 600 revolutions per minute until the solution is uniform;
B. and D, adding the antirust agent, the nano oxide particles and the nano platinum particles into the mixed solution obtained in the step A, and continuously stirring for 5 hours to obtain the cleaning agent.
Specifically, the dispersant is sodium gluconate.

C. and D, soaking the rubber mold subjected to ultrasonic cleaning treatment in the step B in an organic solvent, ultrasonically cleaning for 50 minutes to remove the residual cleaning agent on the surface, and drying to obtain the cleaned rubber mold.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning agent for a rubber mold is characterized in that: the antirust paint consists of 5-15 parts by mass of 1, 3-dioxolane, 2-10 parts by mass of imidazole, 1-10 parts by mass of surfactant, 1-5 parts by mass of dispersant, 5-10 parts by mass of antirust agent, 2-5 parts by mass of inorganic salt, 1-10 parts by mass of hydrogen peroxide, 2-6 parts by mass of nano-oxide particles, 0.1-1 part by mass of defoaming agent, 0.001-0.01 part by mass of nano-platinum particles and 40-60 parts by mass of organic solvent, wherein the surfactant is a mixture of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate in a mass ratio of 1:3, and the antirust agent is long-chain carboxylic ester polyoxyethylene sodium sulfonate;
the preparation steps of the cleaning agent are as follows:
A. mixing cyclohexane, imidazole, a surfactant, a dispersant, inorganic salt, hydrogen peroxide, a defoaming agent and an organic solvent according to the mass portion ratio, and stirring at the temperature of 50-80 ℃ at the speed of 800 revolutions per minute until the solution is uniform;
B. and D, adding the antirust agent, the nano oxide particles and the nano platinum particles into the mixed solution obtained in the step A, and continuously stirring for 2-5 hours to obtain the cleaning agent.
2. The cleaning agent for a rubber mold as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the dispersing agent is one or a mixture of more of polyacrylic acid, sodium polyacrylate, sodium gluconate, tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, polyisobutene amine, alkyl polyurethane or diethylamino ethanol.
3. The cleaning agent for a rubber mold as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inorganic salt is one or more of carbonate, phosphate, sulfate or nitrate.
4. The cleaning agent for a rubber mold as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inorganic salt at least comprises one of sodium salt or potassium salt.
5. The cleaning agent for a rubber mold as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the inorganic salt is composed of 30-50 parts of sodium carbonate, 30-50 parts of sodium phosphate and 30-50 parts of sodium chloride by mass.
6. The cleaning agent for a rubber mold as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the nano oxide particles are one or a mixture of several of nano alumina particles, nano silica particles, nano titanium oxide particles, nano iron oxide particles, nano zinc oxide particles and nano zirconium oxide particles.
7. The cleaning agent for a rubber mold as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the defoaming agent is one of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene amine ether, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether or polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene glycerol ether.

The cleaning agent for a rubber mold as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the organic solvent is one or a mixture of methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, benzene, toluene, xylene, styrene, perchloroethylene, trichloroethylene, hexane, cyclohexane, chlorobenzene, diethyl ether, propylene oxide, acetone, methyl butanone, acetonitrile and phenol.
9. The use method of the cleaning agent for rubber molds as defined in claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
A. coating the cleaning agent for the rubber mold on the surface of the rubber mold to be cleaned, and standing for 10-30 minutes;
B. b, placing the rubber mold coated with the cleaning agent obtained in the step A into an ultrasonic cleaner, and ultrasonically cleaning for 0.5-3 hours at the temperature of 50-80 ℃, wherein the same cleaning agent is added into the ultrasonic cleaner in an amount such that the liquid level is 5-20 cm higher than that of the rubber mold;
C. and D, soaking the rubber mold subjected to ultrasonic cleaning treatment in the step B in an organic solvent, ultrasonically cleaning for 30-60 minutes to remove the residual cleaning agent on the surface, and drying to obtain the cleaned rubber mold.
10. The use method of the cleaning agent for rubber molds according to claim 9, characterized in that: and C, the organic solvent is one or a mixture of acetone, xylene or absolute ethyl alcohol.
