Abstract
The present specification provides a method of operating a substrate-free double-sided tape, comprising the steps of: tearing off the second release film layer of the substrate-free double-sided adhesive tape, and adhering the exposed side of the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the second surface material 5; tearing off the first release film layer of the substrate-free double-sided adhesive tape, and adhering the exposed side of the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the first surface material 4; wherein, the water-soluble pressure sensitive adhesive layer of no substrate double-sided tape can be dissolved in water, water-insoluble pressure sensitive adhesive layer can not be dissolved in water, and first panel 4 is for waiting to retrieve the plane materiel. Technical Field

Background
In the electronic industry, especially screens of electronic devices such as mobile phones and tablets need to be shipped for protection. In order to avoid the glue-killing process, a double-sided tape is usually used to attach the surface material to protect the screen. Therefore, a double-sided adhesive tape-laminated surface material (such as a PET film or paper) is widely used for shipment protection of a screen.
For example, fig. 1 shows a double-sided adhesive tape in the prior art. The double-sided tape in fig. 1 includes a first release film layer 11, a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12, a substrate 13, a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14, and a second release film layer 15, which are stacked in sequence.
However, after the common double-sided adhesive tape is attached to a surface material, the surface material and the base material cannot be recycled due to the pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that a great deal of resource waste and environmental pollution are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide an operation method of a substrate-free double-sided adhesive tape, which can realize complete recycling of a surface material attached with the tape, and avoids resource waste and environmental pollution.
The operation method of the double-sided adhesive tape without the base material provided by the specification comprises the following steps:
tearing off the first release film layer of the substrate-free double-sided adhesive tape, and adhering the exposed side of the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the first surface material;
after the first surface material is bonded on the double-sided adhesive tape without the base material, the second release film layer of the double-sided adhesive tape without the base material is torn off, and the exposed side of the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is bonded on the second surface material;
the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the substrate-free double-sided adhesive tape can be dissolved in water, the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer cannot be dissolved in water, and the first surface material is a surface material to be recycled.

Preferably, the thickness of the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is between 1 and 50 micrometers.
Preferably, the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is an acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Preferably, the first release film layer is a silicone-based release film with a thickness of 25-100 microns.
Preferably, the second release film layer is an organic silicon release film or a non-silicon non-fluorine release film, and the thickness of the second release film layer is 25-100 micrometers.
Preferably, the double-sided tape has no substrate.

tearing off the first release film layer 11 of the substrate-free double-sided adhesive tape, and adhering the exposed side of the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 to the first surface material 4;
after the first surface material 4 is bonded on the double-sided adhesive tape without the base material, the second release film layer 15 of the double-sided adhesive tape without the base material is torn off, and the exposed side of the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is bonded on the second surface material 5;
wherein, no substrate double-sided tape's water-soluble pressure sensitive adhesive layer 2 can be dissolved in water, water-insoluble pressure sensitive adhesive layer 3 can not be dissolved in water, and first panel 4 is for waiting to retrieve the plane materiel.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: and (3) putting the protective film formed by connecting the first surface material 4, the double-sided adhesive tape without the base material and the second surface material 5 into water, and stirring until the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 in the double-sided adhesive tape without the base material is dissolved. Then, the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is attached to the screen to form a protective film. Once the customer purchases a cell phone or other electronic device, the protective film is peeled off the screen through the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 (low-tack removable pressure-sensitive adhesive).
And the protection film that is torn off contains double-sided tape (both sides are all got rid of from the type membrane) + the first panel 4 of waiting to retrieve, sends this protection film to the recovery producer and can place in water and let the glue film break away from, realizes the recovery to first panel 4.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a substrate-free double-sided tape capable of recycling a surface material, which is characterized in that: the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive film is composed of a first release film layer 11, a water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, a water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 and a second release film layer 15 which are sequentially stacked, and can be dissolved in water.
The invention has the outstanding effects that: according to the invention, the recycling problem of the surface material adhered with the pressure-sensitive adhesive is successfully solved by canceling the base material of the double-sided adhesive tape and introducing the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer adhered to the surface material can be easily removed after being stirred in water, and the obstruction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the recycling of the base material layer is eliminated. In addition, the invention also solves the problem of recycling the base material through the design of the double-sided adhesive tape without the base material, saves resources and reduces the pollution to the environment. In addition, the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 and the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 are matched for use, so that the problems of sensitivity to water vapor, limited aging performance and the like caused by completely using the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 can be effectively solved, and the recycling performance and the application aging performance are well balanced.
Specifically, the thickness of the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is between 1 and 50 micrometers. The water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is an acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive. The water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 can be completely dissolved in water.
The thickness of the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is between 1 and 50 micrometers. The water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 can be acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive, polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive, silica gel pressure-sensitive adhesive, rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive and the like. The water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is insoluble in water.
Preferably, the first release film layer 11 is a silicone release film with a thickness of 25-100 μm.
The second release film layer 15 can be an organic silicon release film or a non-silicon non-fluorine release film according to the type of the non-water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the thickness of the second release film layer is 25-100 micrometers.
The material of the first face material 4 may be a film, paper or nonwoven fabric, such as PP film, PE film, PET film, PI film, various paper nonwoven fabrics, etc., as long as it can be peeled off from the top after being soaked in water.
The material of the second surface material 5 can be selected from the materials in the prior art according to actual needs.
Example 1
The double-sided tape in the embodiment of the application comprises a first release film layer 11, a water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, a water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 and a second release film layer 15 which are sequentially stacked. Wherein, the first release film layer 11 is a PET silicone release film with a thickness of 50 micrometers.
The water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is AS3721, and the thickness of the adhesive layer is 15 microns.
The thickness of the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 was 15 μm.
The second release film layer 15 is a PET silicone release film with a thickness of 50 micrometers.
Referring to fig. 3, after removing the first release film layer 111 in fig. 2, the paper surface material 100 of 150 g/square meter is attached, and the other release film layer is removed, and the tape is cut into 20mm by 20mm squares, and put into a beaker with tap water and stirred. Wherein, the first release film layer 11 is a 50 micron PET organosilicon release film.
The water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 was AS3721, and the adhesive layer thickness was 10 μm.
The thickness of the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 was 10 μm.
The second release film layer 15 is a PET silicone release film with a thickness of 50 micrometers.
Referring to fig. 4, after the first release film layer 11 was removed, the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 was attached to a 50 μm PET film surface material 200, and the second release film layer 15 was removed from the other side, the tape was cut into 20mm by 20mm squares and put into a beaker of tap water and stirred for 15 minutes, and then the tape was completely peeled off from the surface of the PET film surface material 200.
In conclusion, the double-sided adhesive tape in the embodiment of the application can be completely removed from the surface of the surface material through the bubble stirring treatment, so that the surface material can be recycled, and the resource waste and the environmental pollution are avoided.

tearing off the first release film layer of the substrate-free double-sided adhesive tape, and adhering the exposed side of the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the first surface material;
after the first surface material is bonded on the double-sided adhesive tape without the base material, the second release film layer of the double-sided adhesive tape without the base material is torn off, and the exposed side of the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is bonded on the second surface material;
the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the substrate-free double-sided adhesive tape can be dissolved in water, the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer cannot be dissolved in water, and the first surface material is a surface material to be recycled.
2. The method of claim 1, comprising the steps of: and removing the second surface material, putting the protective film formed by connecting the first surface material and the substrate-free double-sided adhesive tape into water, and stirring until the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in the substrate-free double-sided adhesive tape is dissolved.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first face material is recovered after the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is dissolved.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the second facestock is a screen and the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer is a low adhesion removable pressure sensitive adhesive.
5. The method of claim 1 wherein the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a thickness of between 1 and 50 microns.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is between 1 and 50 micrometers.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein: the water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is an acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the first release film layer is a silicone-based release film having a thickness of 25-100 μm.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the second release film layer is an organic silicon release film or a non-silicon non-fluorine release film with a thickness of 25-100 μm.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the double-sided tape has no substrate.
