Abstract
一种石油套管用的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料及制造方法,可应用于含有硫化氢的高温石油油管套管腐蚀防护。各组分为:环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、漆酚钛树脂、β‑(3,5‑二叔丁基‑4‑羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯、炭黑、氧化铬绿、二硫化钼、钛白粉、滑石粉、云母氧化铁、沉淀硫酸钡。使用时先将套管或油管进行表面处理,达到要求后,采用旋转喷涂等方法将涂料涂敷到油套管表面,涂层应满足厚度,该涂料需要加热固化。效果是:具有良好的耐硫化氢腐蚀、耐高温腐蚀和耐磨性能,可耐温达260℃,施工便捷,生产工艺简单,能对油套管提供长效的腐蚀防护。

随着石油钻探向深井和含硫化氢等地层的开发,对油套管耐高温性能、耐腐蚀性能和耐磨性能的要求越来越高,对于钻探和采油而言,其油套管投资占整个钻井和采油总投资额的51%-60%,每年由于硫化氢、采出液介质、高温等因素油套管腐蚀失效造成的套损等直接经济损失以亿为计,而由此引起的泄露、污染、停产等间接经济损失则更为巨大,油套管的腐蚀已成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。

实施例2:一种耐高温耐硫化氢腐蚀并耐磨的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料的制备方法。在不锈钢料桶中,加入1份的耐高温环氧树脂、1份的耐高温酚醛树脂、1份的改性漆酚钛树脂,0.02份的β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯搅拌均匀后加入0.2份的氧化铬绿、0.02份的炭黑、0.2份的二硫化钼、0.03份的钛白粉、0.1份的滑石粉、0.2份的云母氧化铁、0.2份的沉淀硫酸钡,在室温条件下高速搅拌1h,然后用研磨机研磨1h。
实施例3:耐高温耐硫化氢腐蚀并耐磨的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料的制备方法。在不锈钢料桶中,加入1份的耐高温环氧树脂、1份的耐高温酚醛树脂、1份的改性漆酚钛树脂,0.03份的β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯搅拌均匀后加入0.2份的氧化铬绿、0.03份的炭黑、0.3份的二硫化钼、0.04份的钛白粉、0.2份的滑石粉、0.3份的云母氧化铁、0.1份的沉淀硫酸钡,在室温条件下高速搅拌1h,然后用研磨机研磨1h。
按照以上3个实施例制备的一种耐高温耐硫化氢腐蚀并耐磨的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料性能均能达到表1测试结果。

Claims (8)
1.一种石油套管用的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,包括改性环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、漆酚钛树脂、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯、炭黑、氧化铬绿、二硫化钼、钛白粉、滑石粉、云母氧化铁和沉淀硫酸钡;上述各组分重量份为:
环氧树脂:1份
酚醛树脂:1份
漆酚钛树脂:1份
β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯:0.01~0.03份
炭黑:0.01~0.03份
氧化铬绿:0.1~0.2份
二硫化钼:0.1~0.2份
钛白粉:0.02~0.05份
滑石粉:0.1~0.3份
云母氧化铁:0.1~0.3份
沉淀硫酸钡:0.1~0.3份。
2.一种石油套管用的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料的制造方法,其特征在于,基于权利要求1所述的一种石油套管用的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,在不锈钢料桶中加入1份环氧树脂、1份酚醛树脂、1份改性漆酚钛树脂、0.01-0.03份β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯,进行搅拌;
步骤2,步骤1搅拌过程中,依次加入0.1~0.2份氧化铬绿、0.01~0.03份的炭黑、0.1~0.2份二硫化钼、0.02~0.05份的钛白粉;
步骤3,步骤1搅拌过程中,依次加入0.1~0.3份的滑石粉、0.1~0.3份的云母氧化铁、0.1~0.3份的沉淀硫酸钡,进行搅拌后研磨。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种石油套管用的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤2中搅拌时长为在室温条件下搅拌0.5-1.5h。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种石油套管用的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤2中加入的时间间隔为1-3min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种石油套管用的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料的制造方法,其特征在于,室温条件为20℃至26℃。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种石油套管用的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤3中,用研磨机研磨0.5-1.5h,得到防腐涂料。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种石油套管用的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤1中搅拌时长为0.5-1h。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种石油套管用的漆酚钛防腐蚀涂料的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤3中搅拌时长为0.5h。
