Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mining machinery, in particular to a cleaning device and a cleaning process for a belt conveyor.
Background
The belt conveyor is an important material conveying device in the mine industry, the cement industry or other fields, and the maintenance of the cleanness of a return working surface of a belt is important for prolonging the service life of the belt conveyor and maintaining the cleanness of the environment.
Materials conveyed by the belt conveyor often contain sticky substances, such as coal dust, slurry, powdery materials and the like, and a part of the sticky substances can be stuck on the working surface of the conveying belt, enter a lower carrier roller of an idle section, adhere to the carrier roller and even fall onto a belt gallery. The material gets into in the bearing roller casing, increases the radial and axial load on the bearing frame, and the bearing wearing and tearing are accelerated, can cause the bearing roller to stall even scrap seriously. Meanwhile, materials adhered to the carrier roller shell can tear and roughen the surface rubber of the conveying belt. In addition, the stickers enter the tail direction-changing roller and are stuck on the surface of the roller, the more the stickers are, the larger the adhesive force is, the deviation of the conveying belt is caused, and the abrasion of the conveying belt is increased. The residual materials on the conveyor belt can increase the friction force on the roller, and sometimes can cause the tearing of the surface glue of the conveyor belt and the rubber coating layer of the roller. Therefore, the adhesive on the belt is not cleaned, and the harm is not easy to be caused.
At present, most belt conveyors adopt a belt cleaner arranged at the head part to clean excess materials on the working surface of the belt. And most scraper blade bodies are made of polyurethane wear-resistant materials. From the field use condition, when the surface condition of the new belt in the early stage is better, the cleaning effect is more ideal. However, after the belt runs for a period of time, the surface of the belt is abraded and even dimpled, the effect of the polyurethane sweeper is greatly reduced, and even the contact surface material of the polyurethane scraper is locally peeled off and dimpled, so that the cleaning effect of the working surface of the belt is more influenced. Even if a plurality of belt cleaners are added, the problem of adhesion of materials cannot be thoroughly solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides the cleaning device and the cleaning process for the belt conveyor, which have the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use, safety and reliability.
The purpose of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme: the cleaning device and the cleaning process of the belt conveyor comprise a first cleaner, a roller, a high-pressure spray head, a second cleaner and a belt, wherein the belt is driven by the roller to operate, the bottom of one end, close to the roller, of the belt is provided with at least one first cleaner, and the head of the first cleaner is in contact with the surface of the belt so as to adsorb and scrape stickers on the surface of the belt; the bottom of one end of the belt, which is far away from the roller, is provided with at least one second sweeper, and the head of the second sweeper is also in contact with the surface of the belt to further adsorb and scrape adhesive on the surface of the belt; the high-pressure spray head is arranged below the belt and sprays high-pressure medium to the belt.
As a further technical scheme, the first sweeper and the second sweeper adopt polyurethane as a wear-resistant material.
As a further technical scheme, the high-pressure medium sprayed outwards by the high-pressure spray head is high-pressure water or high-pressure fog or high-pressure gas.
As a further technical scheme, the high-pressure spray head consists of a plurality of high-pressure spray nozzles which are uniformly distributed along the running direction and/or the transverse direction of the belt.
A cleaning process of a belt conveyor is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
1) a belt driven by the roller to run carries out first cleaning through a first cleaner;
2) the belt after the first cleaning is continuously operated to a high-pressure spray head, and high-pressure spraying is carried out through the high-pressure spray head;
3) and the belt after pressure injection continues to run to a second sweeper, and secondary sweeping is carried out through the second sweeper.
As a further technical scheme, the high-pressure spray head automatically adjusts the spray flow and pressure according to the quantity and speed of belt incoming materials.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the bottom surface adhesive of the conveying belt is effectively cleaned, the conveying belt is prevented from deviating, the service lives of the conveying belt and accessories are prolonged, the operating efficiency and the reliability of the belt conveyor are improved, the equipment failure rate is reduced, the maintenance cost is reduced, accidents are prevented, and the problems in the background art can be effectively solved.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the present invention.
Description of reference numerals: the cleaning device comprises a first cleaner 1, a roller 2, a high-pressure nozzle 3, a second cleaner 4 and a belt 5.
Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the following drawings:
example (b): as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning device and the cleaning process for the belt conveyor comprise a first cleaner 1, a roller 2, a high-pressure spray head 3, a second cleaner 4 and a belt 5, wherein the belt 5 is driven by the roller 2 to run, at least one first cleaner 1 is arranged at the bottom of one end of the belt 5 close to the roller 2, and the head of the first cleaner 1 is in contact with the surface of the belt 5 to adsorb and scrape adhesive on the surface of the belt 5; the bottom of one end of the belt 5, which is far away from the roller 2, is provided with at least one second sweeper 4, and the head of the second sweeper 4 is also in contact with the surface of the belt 5, so that adhesive on the surface of the belt 5 is further adsorbed and scraped; the high-pressure spray head 3 is arranged below the belt 5 and sprays high-pressure medium (high-pressure water or high-pressure fog or high-pressure gas) to the belt 5. Preferably, the first sweeper 1 and the second sweeper 4 use polyurethane as the wear-resistant material. The high-pressure spray head 3 consists of a plurality of high-pressure spray nozzles which are uniformly distributed along the running direction and/or the transverse direction of the belt 5.
A cleaning process of a belt conveyor is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
1) the belt 5 driven by the roller 2 to run carries out first cleaning through the first cleaner 1, and the number of the first cleaners 1 is increased according to the feeding condition of the belt 5;
2) the belt 5 after the first cleaning is continuously operated to the high-pressure spray head 3, high-pressure spraying is carried out through the high-pressure spray head 3, and the high-pressure spray head 3 automatically adjusts the spraying flow and pressure according to the quantity and speed of the materials coming from the belt 5;
3) the belt 5 after the pressure injection continues to run to the second sweeper 4, the second sweeper 4 carries out second sweeping, and the number of the second sweeper 4 is increased according to the incoming material condition of the belt 5.
The working process of the invention is as follows: the belt 5 runs by the driving of the roller 2, and after passing through the first sweeper 1, attachments on the belt 5 can pass through the high-pressure water flow or air flow of the high-pressure spray nozzle 3 for washing, and the water flow or air flow of the high-pressure spray nozzle 3 can automatically adjust the flow and the pressure according to the quantity and the speed of supplied materials, so that the best washing effect is achieved. If a small amount of attachments and water are left on the belt 5 and cleaned by the second cleaner 4, the attachments of the lower belt 5 can be basically prevented from entering the carrier roller and the reverse roller and falling into the belt gallery, the operation efficiency and the reliability of the belt conveyor are improved, the maintenance cost is reduced, and accidents are prevented.
