Description

                         技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括多个端子的电气设备,其中每个端子配有一个导电支撑部件,导电支撑部件的一端附近支承着一个用来接插至少一个连接导体的弹性壳架。
                         背景技术
通常用于这类端子的弹性壳架包括支撑翼,其可粘在或固定于支撑部件上,还包括一翼能夹住待连接导体如电缆的一端。夹持翼可通过弹簧型环连接到支撑翼上,其上有窗口,导体插入该窗口中,所述导体在环的力作用下被夹持在窗口的边缘与支撑部件之间。
根据电气设备的类型,最好能够选择端子连接的型式。更确切地说,在不改变设备的连接板的情况下,应当既可以使用螺纹端子,也可以用上述型式的弹性端子。在螺纹端子中,通过螺钉旋转驱动,导体可由连接叉等元件的滑动夹住。
                         发明内容
本发明的目的就是满足这些需要。
按照本发明,一种电气设备,其包括弹性壳架连接端子,每个端子包括:导电支撑部件,其可支撑弹性壳架一端处,所述壳架包括支撑翼,其固定于支撑部件上,夹持翼通过构成弹簧的环而连接于支撑翼上,其上包括窗口,该窗口有一个边缘,一个能够插入该窗口中,并被该边缘挤压夹持,其特征在于:导电支撑部件是带有芯体和开口的中间部件,并且可装配到构成设备一部分的主导电部件上,主导电部件包括具有与芯体的开口同轴螺孔的连接板,螺钉通过开口并与螺孔联一起,将支撑部件固定到主部件上,该螺孔的尺寸是,使得弹性壳架能够用螺纹端子代替。
最好是,除通常采用的螺纹形式以外,可将防松机构与螺钉一起用于将其相对于支撑部件或主部件而固定,并且该机构可安装用以锁定支撑部件相对于设备的壳体或盖帽的转动。支撑部件大体为U形,其在芯体的两侧具有第一翼和第二翼,第一翼包括用于连接电缆的连接臂,并支撑弹性壳架,第二臂包括用于装配工具或连接插头的导引臂。
为了提高端子的刚性,支撑部件可包括至少一个增强臂,其从一个臂的一端弯曲而横向延伸到另一翼,并通过弯曲而锁定或借助于适当形状的部件而锁定在适当位置上。
支撑部件的尺寸能接收平行于两翼方向上并排设置的两个弹性壳架,并且其包括至少一个增强臂用以连接两翼,弹性壳架的环与第二翼之间的距离足以接收连接插头。因此端子可容纳并排的插头,以便将电力提供给设备,并使电缆连接于另一设备。

                         具体实施方式
电气设备的一部分示于图1的示意图中,其包括由绝缘材料制成的壳体10,带有弹性壳架的若干端子A,其由壳体的一部分、盖帽或其它类似覆盖部件11所保护。
端子A具有导电支撑部件12,其中的一个翼12a可支承在弹性壳架13上。弹性壳架13包括固定于支撑部件的翼12a上的支撑翼13a,夹持翼13b和环13c;夹持翼13b通过环13c而连接到支撑翼13a上,其中环13c构成了一弹翼。夹持翼包括夹持窗口13d,翼13a的端部可插入其中,并且保持配合。夹持窗口13d具有边缘13e,其紧贴在翼12a与支撑着翼13a的侧面相对的侧面上;窗口13d可用于夹持至少一个导体C,使其夹在边缘13e与翼12a之间。部件12的翼12a最好能提供自由弯曲的或凸形的端部12e,可插入到弹性壳架的窗口13d,使电缆很容易地插入。
导电支撑部件12近似U形,包括上述的翼12a,以及芯体12b和另一翼12c。部件12可通过其芯体12b连接到构成电气设备一部分的主导电部件14的连接板14a上。可借助于带有头部15a和螺杆15b的螺钉15实现这种固定。头部15a为埋头的(图1和2)或平头(图3)。螺钉的头部15a紧贴在芯体12b上所提供的开口12d周边上,螺钉的螺杆15b插入到主部件连接带条14a上所提供的螺孔14b中;螺孔和螺钉的尺寸使得弹性端子可由带有螺钉固定导体的通常端子来代替。头部15a占据芯体12b长度的大部分,这使得螺钉只占据极小的高度空间,即弹性壳架13所需的自由空间。
除了其螺杆15b的正常螺纹,螺钉15由防松机构相对于部件12锁定;该机构可以是在头部15a下侧表面上所带的凹口、条纹或槽15c(见图2)。另外,可在头部15a的周围并刚好在其下面提供特殊的止动螺纹(见图3)。
也可用其他方法将螺钉锁定或固定在支撑部件12上或主导电部件14的螺纹开口14b中,如涂覆、粘接或焊接。翼12c大体平行于翼12a伸展或相对于翼12a略有倾斜。翼12c形成用于工具B的导引臂,该工具可用于弯曲环13c(见图1),以便于通畅窗口13d的开口,由此形成用于导体或连接插头D的通路;翼12a最好是具有自由凸起端12j(见图5)。
为了便于端子的装配和减小其体积,U形支撑部件12最好是处于图2所示的初始状态。翼12a可打开,如45°角,以便使螺钉15可插入到部件12的开口12d中,并且将其拧入部件14的开口14b中。弹性壳架13可安装在部件12的臂12a上,在将螺钉插入开口12d之前其保持打开;也可以在螺钉引入开口12d后,将弹性夹安装在臂12a上。将螺钉拧入设备的主部件14的螺孔14b中,然后将翼弯成与芯体12b大体成正交的位置上。所述设置可用于将非大型端子容纳在设备中,因为支撑部件的翼12a与12c之间的距离a减小了。
支撑部件12可包括(见图3和4)在翼12c上开始弯曲的或分别由翼12a开始并与这些翼垂直伸展的臂12f。每个臂可带有凸缘12g,其可弯折或弯回以便锁定在翼12a的后面(分别在翼12c的后面),用以避免当将工具B或插头D应用于其上时使翼12c变形。部件12可保持宽的开口,并与芯体12b相对,其为导体C、插头D和工具B通过盖11的特殊开口11c和11b而提供足够的开口。
还可以采取抗转动措施以避免部件12相对于部件14的转动,包括在设备壳体或盖上的部件12的简单制动件或安置在部件14上并与部件12上所带有的槽12h相联的销钉14c,或相反的布置(见图4),或由部件12伸出的卡头12i,其弯曲以便施加在部件14边缘的两侧上。部件12可以由如图4所示由金属片切成。
图5表示按照本发明构成的双端子。弹性壳架13可并排地装在部件12中。桥形刚性臂16具有在翼12c上的根部以及在翼12a上的肩部16a,其可提高支撑部件与作为整体的整个端子的刚性。可以看到,弹性壳架13的环与第二翼12c之间的距离b足以将连接插头D容纳在其间,并且该设置可以接收电源插头D,在相同位置上并以最小的空间引出电缆。
图6表示支撑部件12实施例的有益改形。该改形试图象图5所示的那样并排接收两个弹性壳架,而很明显,其能接收单个弹性壳架。由翼12c向外弯出的两个臂12f与弹性壳架垂直地向翼12a伸展,用以当支撑部件12关闭时(见箭头F1)自动地锁定在后者上。
例如,每个臂在其自由端上可具有槽(或销)12k,其与翼12a侧面上所带有的销(或槽)121相联,在槽或销上可带有适当构形的斜坡或表面,以便于进行装配(见箭头F2),一旦进行了装配以后,可保证相互锁定以防止部件12任何可能的打开。当翼12a打开在接收弹性壳架的位置上时,臂12f保持与翼一定的距离,当翼12a被弯回而处在其设备中最终工作位置上时,臂被锁定并保持在销上的适当位置上。在改形方案中,臂12f可采用其他锁定、装配或安装到翼12a上的方式。

Claims (9)

1.一种电气设备,其包括弹性壳架连接端子,每个端子包括:
导电支撑部件,其可支撑弹性壳架一端处,
所述壳架包括支撑翼,其固定于支撑部件上,夹持翼通过构成弹簧的环而连接于支撑翼上,其上包括窗口,该窗口有一个边缘,一个能够插入该窗口中,并被该边缘挤压夹持,
其特征在于:
导电支撑部件(12)是带有芯体(12b)和开口(12d)的中间部件,并且可装配到构成设备一部分的主导电部件(14)上,
主导电部件(14)包括具有与芯体(12b)的开口(12d)同轴螺孔的连接板(14a),螺钉(15)通过开口(12d)并与螺孔(14b)联一起,将支撑部件(12)固定到主部件(14)上,
该螺孔的尺寸是,使得弹性壳架能够用螺纹端子代替。
2.按照权利要求1的设备,其特征在于螺钉(15)装配有防松机构,其可相对于支撑部件(12)加以锁定。
3.按照权利要求1的设备,其特征在于螺钉(15)装配有防松机构,其可相对于主部件(14)加以锁定。
4.按照权利要求1的设备,其特征在于防止支撑部件(12)转动的部件(12h,14c)与支撑部件(12)和主部件(14)相联。
5.按照权利要求1的设备,其特征在于支撑部件(12)大体为U形,在芯体(12b)的两侧上带有第一翼(12a),其形成用以连接电缆(C)的连接臂并可支撑弹性壳架(13),和第二翼(12c),其包括用于装配工具(B)或连接插头(D)的导引臂。
6.按照权利要求5的设备,其特征在于支撑部件(12)的第一翼(12a)在将螺钉(15)放入之前进行弯曲,以便清出用于螺钉或其装配工具的通路,在将弹性壳架(13)装配以后将其弯回,螺钉(15)可与芯体(12b)大体垂直地定位。
7.按照权利要求5的设备,其特征在于支撑部件(12)包括至少一个由翼(12a,12c)中之一向外沿横向弯向另一翼(12c,12a),并通过在翼上适当构形的部件(12g,12k,16a)加以锁定的增强臂(12f)。

9.按照权利要求1的设备,其特征在于支撑部件(12)大体为U形,在芯体(12b)的两侧上带有第一翼(12a)和第二翼(12c),并且其设计成在与翼平行的方向上并排接收两个弹性壳架(13),其包括至少一个增强臂(12f,16),其连接于两个翼(12a,12c),弹性壳架(13)的环(13c)和第二翼(12c)之间的距离(b)足以将连接插头(D)容纳在其间。
