Abstract
本发明提供一种热塑性复合板材,涉及热塑性复合材料技术领域。该热塑性复合板材,包括:第一基板,所述第一基板的一侧外表面固定设置有第二基板,所述第一基板的一侧外表面固定设置有第三基板。该热塑性复合板材,基本保证了材料整体性能不受太大影响的情况下,拓展了材料的应用能力,提高了材料的成型能力,使得各种复杂的结构也能采用热塑性复合材料的方案,并且中间层可采用回收再利用材料,达到了资源再利用,低碳环保的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及热塑性复合材料技术领域,特别的为一种热塑性复合板材。
背景技术
目前,在传统的热塑性纤维增强复合板材中,一般是连续纤维增强复合板材或者是非连续纤维增强复合板材。连续纤维增强复合板材性能高,但是对于后期模压成型的应用会收到多方面的限制,只能用于结构相对简单的零部件。非连续纤维增强复合板材应用范围广,可以用在复杂的结构上,但是材料的性能低,不能满足高性能的应用。
综上所述,研发一种热塑性复合板材,仍是热塑性复合材料技术领域中急需解决的关键问题。
发明内容
本发明提供的发明目的在于提供一种热塑性复合板材,解决上述背景技术中的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种热塑性复合板材,包括:第一基板,所述第一基板的一侧外表面固定设置有第二基板,所述第一基板的一侧外表面固定设置有第三基板。
进一步的,所述第一基板、第二基板和第一基板的总层数至少有三层。
进一步的,所述第一基板采用的是纯热塑性树脂板或者可回收再利用热塑性板材。
进一步的,所述第二基板和第三基板根据需要可以设计为连续纤维层或者非连续纤维层,或者交替铺层。
进一步的,所述连续纤维增强层采用单向预浸料进行铺层,铺层结构根据材料需要进行0度、90度和45度角度的铺设。
进一步的,所述热塑性树脂一般是PP、PE、PA和PET。
进一步的,所述纤维包括碳纤维、玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维。
进一步的,所述第一基板、第二基板和第一基板的总厚度在1mm-6mm。
本发明提供了一种热塑性复合板材。具备以下有益效果:
本发明在基本保证了材料整体性能不受太大影响的情况下,拓展了材料的应用能力,提高了材料的成型能力,使得各种复杂的结构也能采用热塑性复合材料的方案。并且本发明中间层可采用回收再利用材料,达到了资源再利用,低碳环保的效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
一种热塑性复合板材,包括:第一基板,第一基板的一侧外表面固定设置有第二基板,第一基板的一侧外表面固定设置有第三基板,第一基板、第二基板和第一基板的总层数至少有三层,第一基板采用的是纯热塑性树脂板或者可回收再利用热塑性板材,第二基板和第三基板根据需要可以设计为连续纤维层或者非连续纤维层,或者交替铺层以达到要求,连续纤维增强层采用单向预浸料进行铺层,铺层结构根据材料需要进行0度、90度和45度角度的铺设,热塑性树脂一般是PP、PE、PA和PET,纤维包括碳纤维、玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维,第一基板、第二基板和第一基板的总厚度在1mm-6mm,各种材料按照设计要求铺层好后,一起放入高温高压压机进行复合,然后冷却定型成为热塑性复合板材。
实施例1
第一层采用连续玻璃纤维增强PP,由四层单向连续玻璃纤维增强PP预浸料按照0°/90°/90°/0°的方向铺层组成,单层预浸料的厚度为0.25mm,总厚度为1mm,第二层采用非连续玻璃纤维增强PP材料,厚度0.5mm,第三层采用纯PP树脂板,厚度1mm,第四层采用非连续玻璃纤维增强PP材料,厚度0.5mm,第五层采用连续玻璃纤维增强PP,由四层单向连续玻璃纤维增强PP预浸料按照0°/90°/90°/0°的方向铺层组成,单层预浸料的厚度为 0.25mm,总厚度为1mm,这种结构设计的复材总厚度为4mm,连续玻璃纤维增强层在最外层,保证了材料的力学性能不会受损太多,弯曲强度300MPa,弯曲模量16GPa,内层非连续纤层和纯PP树脂层保证了材料在模压时的流动性,对于结构复杂,表面效果要求不是很高的零部件可以使用。
实施例2
第一层采用非连续玻璃纤维增强PA材料,厚度0.5mm,第二层采用连续玻璃纤维增强PA由8层单向连续玻璃纤维增强PA预浸料按照0°/90°/0° /90°/90°/0°/90°/0°的方向铺层组成,单层预浸料厚度为0.25mm,总厚度为厚度2mm,第三层采用非连续玻璃纤维增强PA材料,厚度0.5mm总厚度为3mm,最外层的非连续玻璃纤维增强PA厚度占比小,但是保证了材料极好的成型工艺,而且中心材料为连续玻璃纤维增强PA,保证了材料的力学性能。弯曲强度为350MPa,弯曲模量为20GPa,对于结构复杂,表面效果要求高的零部件可以使用;
实施例3
第一层采用连续玻璃纤维增强PP,由8层单向连续玻璃纤维增强PP预浸料按照0°/90°/0°/90°/90°/0°/90°/0°的方向铺层组成,单层预浸料的厚度为0.15mm,总厚度1.2mm,第二层采用回收再利用PP树脂板,厚度1mm,第三层采用连续玻璃纤维增强PP,由8层单向连续玻璃纤维增强 PP预浸料按照0°/90°/0°/90°的方向铺层组成,单层预浸料的厚度为0.15mm总厚度1.2mm,这种材料结构总厚度为3.4mm,表面采用连续玻璃纤维增强PP,保证了材料力学性能不会损失太多,材料弯曲强度为320MPa,弯曲模量为18GPa,芯层回收PP树脂板层保证了材料的流动性,也降低了材料的整体成本,起到了低碳环保的作用,对于结构复杂,表面效果要求不高,成本控制严格的零部件可以使用。
对比例1
连续玻璃纤维增强PP由16层单向连续玻璃纤维增强PP预浸料按照0° /90°/0°/90°0°/90°/0°/90°/90°/0°/90°0°/90°/0°/90°/0°的方向铺层组成,单层预浸料的厚度为0.25mm,总厚度为4mm。材料弯曲强度为400MPa,弯曲模量为24GPa。纯连续纤维增强组成的复合材料性能优良,但是这种结构的材料只能用于平板类结构件,对于复杂的零部件无法加工成型;
对比例2
复合材料由纯非连续纤维增强PP组成,板材厚度为4mm。弯曲强度 200MPa,弯曲模量10GPa。材料流动性极好,加工成型难度低,对于任何复杂的零部件都可以使用。但是材料力学性能低,只能用于低力学性能要求的零部件。
以上的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明在基本保证了材料整体性能不受太大影响的情况下,拓展了材料的应用能力,提高了材料的成型能力,使得各种复杂的结构也能采用热塑性复合材料的方案,并且本发明中间层可采用回收再利用材料,达到了资源再利用,低碳环保的效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种热塑性复合板材,其特征在于,包括:第一基板,所述第一基板的一侧外表面固定设置有第二基板,所述第一基板的一侧外表面固定设置有第三基板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热塑性复合板材,其特征在于:所述第一基板、第二基板和第一基板的总层数至少有三层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热塑性复合板材,其特征在于:所述第一基板采用的是纯热塑性树脂板或者可回收再利用热塑性板材。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热塑性复合板材,其特征在于:所述第二基板和第三基板根据需要可以设计为连续纤维层或者非连续纤维层,或者交替铺层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种热塑性复合板材,其特征在于:所述连续纤维增强层采用单向预浸料进行铺层,铺层结构根据材料需要进行0度、90度和45度角度的铺设。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种热塑性复合板材,其特征在于:所述热塑性树脂一般是PP、PE、PA和PET。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种热塑性复合板材,其特征在于:所述纤维包括碳纤维、玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种热塑性复合板材,其特征在于:所述第一基板、第二基板和第一基板的总厚度在1mm-6mm。
