A grinding tool for a thin-wall circular ring part comprises an outer circle machining assembly and an inner circle machining assembly, wherein the outer circle machining assembly comprises a grinding wheel for grinding the outer circle of the thin-wall circular ring part and a taper core rod for fixing the thin-wall circular ring part, and the end faces of two ends of the taper core rod are provided with center holes for being fixedly connected with the tip of an external grinding machine; the inner circle machining assembly comprises an inner circle grinding wheel and a hollow base, the inner circle grinding wheel is used for grinding the inner circle of the thin-wall circular ring part, the hollow base is fixed on a sucker of the inner circle grinding machine, a fixing groove used for installing the thin-wall circular ring part is formed in the upper end of the inner side of the hollow base, and a locking nut is arranged at the upper end of the thin-wall circular ring part and fixedly connected with the hollow base through a thread pair. The invention effectively solves the problem of clamping deformation of the thin-wall circular ring part when the inner circle and the outer circle of the thin-wall circular ring part are ground.

The depth of the fixing groove is smaller than the thickness of the thin-wall circular ring part, and the thin-wall circular ring part is pressed and fixed in the fixing groove through the locking nut.

A grinding tool for a thin-wall circular ring part comprises an outer circle machining component 2 and an inner circle machining component 3, as shown in figures 1-4, the outer circle machining component 2 comprises a grinding wheel 4 for grinding the outer circle of the thin-wall circular ring part 1 and a taper core rod 21 for fixing the thin-wall circular ring part 1, and the end faces of two ends of the taper core rod 21 are respectively provided with a central hole 22 for being fixedly connected with a tip 23 of an external grinding machine; the internal machining component 3 comprises an internal grinding wheel 5 for grinding the inner circle of the thin-wall circular ring part 1 and a hollow base 31 fixed on the internal grinding machine sucker 6, a fixing groove 32 for installing the thin-wall circular ring part 1 is formed in the upper end of the inner side of the hollow base 31, a locking nut 33 is arranged at the upper end of the thin-wall circular ring part 1, and the locking nut 33 is fixedly connected with the hollow base 31 through a thread pair 34.
The depth of the fixing groove 32 is smaller than the thickness of the thin-wall ring part 1, and the thin-wall ring part 1 is pressed and fixed in the fixing groove 32 through a locking nut 33.
In the invention, the taper core rod 21 selects proper taper, the thin-wall circular ring part 1 is placed on the taper core rod 21, the outer circular surface of the thin-wall circular ring part 1 is ground, the upper end surface is ground, and then the lower end surface of the thin-wall circular ring part 1 is ground by flat grinding; then the thin-wall ring part 1 is placed in a fixing groove 32 in the hollow base 31, the locking nut 33 is screwed on the hollow base 3, and the upper end face of the thin-wall ring part 1 is tightly pressed through the inner end face of the locking nut 4; and then the inner circle surface of the thin-wall circular ring part 1 is processed by an inner circle grinding wheel 5.
In the specific implementation of the invention, firstly, the taper core rod 21 selects a proper taper, the thin-wall ring part 1 is placed on the taper core rod 21, on an excircle grinder, as shown in fig. 3, an excircle grinder tip 23 is used for fixing through central holes 22 at two ends of the taper core rod 21, an excircle surface of the thin-wall ring part 1 is ground by a grinding wheel 4, and the end surface of the upper end is ground.
