In this embodiment, the first beam 14 is further provided with two first handles 12 arranged at intervals, and each first handle 12 is provided with a notch for cutting each first handle 12 into two parts. Correspondingly, two second handles 17 are arranged at a distance from each other on the second cross member 18, and a cutout is also provided in each second handle 17. And the arrangement of the notch on the handle is beneficial to improving that the handle is more in line with human engineering when in use, thereby having better test effect. The pedal 10 is simple in structure, and is beneficial to further improving the space utilization rate of the body builder and achieving a better exercise effect.
When the pull handle 21 in this embodiment is used, the second locking member 59 on the bracket 20 is firstly pulled out, so that the bracket 20 is unlocked from the second upright post 19, then the bracket 20 is adjusted to a proper position on the second upright post 19, finally, the second locking member 59 is released, and the second locking member 59 is inserted on the second upright post 19, so that the bracket 20 is relatively fixed on the second upright post 19, and at this time, the purpose of exercise can be achieved by pulling the pull handle 21.
It will be appreciated that the exercise apparatus may be provided without the pull handle 21, and in such cases, the second upright 19, the support 20, etc. need not be provided. The third pulling wire 24 is wound around the first movable pulley 27, the second fixed pulley 40, the third fixed pulley 46 and the second movable pulley 42, and connected end to end, or both ends are respectively fixed relative to the frame body, so that the connection between the barbell bar 13 and the counterweight assembly can also be realized.

Claims (10)

1. An exercise machine, comprising:
the exercise frame comprises a frame body, two upright posts which are arranged in parallel and two guide rods (8) which are vertically arranged and correspond to the upright posts are arranged on two sides of the frame body, a plurality of positioning pieces which are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the upright posts are arranged on the upright posts respectively, and first pulley blocks are arranged on two sides of the top of the frame body respectively;
the barbell rod (13) is slidably arranged on the two guide rods (8), the two ends of the barbell rod (13) are fixedly connected with hook pieces (48) respectively, and the hook pieces (48) can be hooked on the two corresponding positioning pieces respectively;
the limiting assembly comprises a first slider (54) and a second slider (34) which are respectively arranged on the upright post and the guide rod (8) in a sliding manner, and a connecting assembly connected between the first slider (54) and the second slider (34), wherein the connecting assembly is provided with a driving unit connected to the barbell bar (13), a transmission piece which is arranged on the second slider (34) in a pivoting manner and can be blocked at one side of the driving unit, and an elastic locking piece (6) which is connected to the transmission piece in a pivoting manner, the elastic locking piece (6) is inserted into the upright post due to the elasticity of the elastic locking piece, and is separated from the upright post due to the pivoting of the transmission piece for bearing the driving unit;
and the counterweight components are respectively and slidably arranged on two sides of the frame body, and each counterweight component is respectively connected with the first sliding piece (54) and the barbell bar (13) through a first pull wire (26) passing through the first pulley block.

The exercise machine of claim 1, wherein: the upright post is provided with a plurality of locking holes (32) which are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the upright post, a containing groove is formed in the first sliding part (54), the elastic locking piece (6) comprises a locking piece (6) which is connected with the transmission part in a sliding mode and is arranged in the containing groove, a spring positioned in the containing groove is sleeved on the locking piece (6), and the locking piece (6) is inserted into any one of the locking holes (32) under the action of the elastic force of the spring.
3. The exercise machine of claim 1, wherein: a connecting piece is pivotally connected between the locking piece (6) and the transmission piece.
4. The exercise machine of claim 1, wherein: the driving unit is provided with a driving plate (53) fixedly connected to the barbell bar (13) and a wheel body (51) pivotally arranged on the pivoting plate, and the transmission piece is blocked on one side of the wheel body (51).
5. The exercise machine of claim 1, wherein: corresponding to the wheel body (51), a limit plate (58) which is arranged on one side of the wheel body (51) in a blocking mode is formed on the transmission piece.
6. The exercise machine of claim 1, wherein: two baffles (49) arranged in parallel are connected between the first sliding piece (54) and the second sliding piece (34), and the connecting assembly is positioned between the two baffles (49).

The exercise machine of claim 1, wherein: second pulley blocks are respectively installed on two sides of the top end of the frame body, second pull wires (25) penetrate through the second pulley blocks respectively, one end of each second pull wire (25) is connected with the barbell rod (13), the other end of each second pull wire is connected with a counterweight (39), and the weight of each counterweight (39) is half of the weight of the barbell rod (13).
8. The exercise machine of claim 1, wherein: the top of the frame body is provided with a beam which extends along the width direction of the frame body, and the beam is provided with two handles which are arranged at intervals.
9. The exercise machine of claim 8, wherein: notches are arranged on the handles to break the handles into two parts.
10. The exercise machine of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: two sides of the bottom of the frame body are respectively provided with a pedal (10).
