As shown in fig. 5 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, two vertical rods 150 are disposed in parallel along the up-down direction at the rear side of the main frame 100, the load assembly 700 includes a plurality of weight plates 720 with two ends sliding through the vertical rods 150, a selection rod 730 is disposed in the middle of the weight plate 720, a second through hole is disposed in the front-back direction between the weight plate 720 and the selection rod 730, and a bolt is inserted into the second through hole. The selection of different weight plates 720 can be realized by the cooperation of the selection rod 730 and the latch, specifically, the length of the selection rod 730 is slightly larger than the stacking thickness of all the weight plates 720, the upper part of the selection rod 730 is provided with a connecting part 740, the thirteenth pulley 710 is rotatably connected to the connecting part 740, and the middle part is combined with the latch to realize the connection of the selection rod 730 and the selected number of weight plates 720 so as to meet the adjustment of different loads.

the bird training assembly is arranged on the front side of the vertical rod (120) and is connected with the weight bearing assembly (700) through a first inhaul cable assembly;
the weight lifting training assembly is arranged between the two guide rods (130) and is connected with the weight bearing assembly (700) through a second inhaul cable assembly;
the high-tension training component comprises a transverse handle (230), wherein a third steel wire rope (240) is connected to the middle of the transverse handle (230), and the other end of the third steel wire rope (240) sequentially penetrates through the first pulley (210) and the second pulley (220) to be connected with the load bearing component (700).
