mounting boxes 44 are mounted on the two rear upright posts 43 at the rear side of the mounting rack 1, and one side of each mounting box 44 close to the counterweight unit is provided with an opening;
a first rotating shaft 45 and a second rotating shaft 46 which are parallel to each other are rotatably mounted in the mounting box 44, a first external spline 47 is arranged on the first rotating shaft 45, the synchronizer 48 is slidably clamped on the first external spline 47, the first gear 49 is rotatably mounted on the first rotating shaft 45 through a bearing, an annular boss 50 is arranged on one side of the first gear 49, and a second external spline 51 which can be selectively clamped with the synchronizer 48 is arranged on the annular boss 50;
one end of the first rotating shaft 45 extends out of the side wall of the installation box 44 and is provided with a second handle 52, the second handle 52 is provided with a marked scale 53, and the outer wall of the installation box 44 is provided with a number mark 54 matched with the marked scale 53;

In the present embodiment, when the trainee does not perform a training in a variable amount, the synchronizer 48 is not engaged with the second male spline 51, and when the first gear 49 rotates, the first rotating shaft 45 does not rotate; when the trainee needs to carry out quantitative training, the first rotating shaft 49 is rotated to enable the marked scales 53 to be aligned with the corresponding quantity marks 54, and then the synchronizer 48 is pushed to be clamped with the second external spline 51 through the clamping ring plate 56; during training, the counterweight limiting plate 12 slides upwards to drive the rotating plate 62 to rotate, the first ratchet wheel 60 on the rotating plate 62 is locked to drive the second gear 61 to rotate, the second gear 61 drives the first gear 49 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 45 rotates along with the first gear 49, the front end of the rotating plate 62 is separated from the counterweight limiting plate 12 after rotating for a certain angle, the rotating plate 62 is reset under the action of the third spring 63, in the resetting process, the first ratchet wheel 60 is in an unlocked state, and the second gear 61 does not rotate along with the second rotating shaft 46; every time the counterweight limiting plate 12 moves up and down, the marking scale 53 rotates by one scale to represent one training, when the marking scale 53 returns to the initial position, the fourth limiting block 58 is in contact with the fifth limiting block 59, the first gear 49, the second gear 61 and the rotating plate 62 cannot rotate, the upward counterweight limiting plate 12 is limited, a trainer does not need to calculate in the training process, and the quantitative training of the trainer is realized.

two ends of the steel wire (2) are guided by a plurality of first wire guide wheels (5) arranged on the mounting frame (1) and then are respectively connected to the front side wall and the rear side wall of the first sliding sleeve (4) after bypassing the top end of the counterweight unit;
and a limiting switching unit which is used for limiting the position of the first sliding sleeve (4) on the front upright post (3) and selectively driving the barbell unit to be connected with the first sliding sleeve (4) is arranged on the side wall of the first sliding sleeve (4).

The exercise device capable of switching between a plurality of exercise modes according to claim 1, wherein a U-shaped mounting plate (6) is mounted on the front side of the first sliding sleeve (4), and two second guide rollers (7) are mounted on the inner side of the U-shaped mounting plate (6);
the one end of steel wire (2) passes behind two second wire wheels (7) the rigid coupling on first stopper (8), install link (9) that are used for installing multiple body-building apparatus on first stopper (8), the other end rigid coupling of steel wire (2) is in on the lateral wall behind first sliding sleeve (4).

the two ends of the first sliding rod (10) are respectively installed between the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam on the same side of the mounting frame (1), a plurality of balancing weights (11) with the same thickness and counterweight limiting plates (12) are sequentially overlapped and placed on the lower cross beam of the mounting frame (1), the counterweight limiting plates (12) are located on the balancing weights (11), first sliding holes (13) are formed in the balancing weights (11) and the counterweight limiting plates (12), and the first sliding holes (13) are in sliding fit with the first sliding rods (10);
the lower surface of the counterweight limiting plate (12) is provided with limiting columns (14), a plurality of first limiting holes (15) are formed in the limiting columns (14) at equal intervals, the intervals between the first limiting holes (15) are the same as the thickness of the counterweight blocks (11), limiting column via holes (17) are formed in the counterweight blocks (11), second limiting holes (16) are formed in the side walls of the counterweight blocks (11), the second limiting holes (16) correspond to the first limiting holes (15) one by one, and the first limiting bolts (18) can be selectively inserted into any one group of corresponding first limiting holes (15) and second limiting holes (16);
the upper surface mounting of counter weight limiting plate (12) has rotatable third wire wheel (19), the both ends of steel wire (2) are walked around respectively third wire wheel (19).

The exercise device switchable between a plurality of exercise modes according to claim 1, wherein the barbell unit comprises a second sliding bar (20), a second sliding sleeve (21), a first mounting block (22), a barbell rod (23), a barbell rod through hole (24), a weight plate (25), a first sliding groove (26), a second limiting block (27), a first spring (28), a first limiting boss (29), and a third limiting hole (30);
the two ends of the second sliding rod (20) are respectively installed between the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam on the same side of the installation frame (1), the second sliding sleeve (21) is sleeved on the second sliding rod (20) in a sliding mode, one end of the first installation block (22) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the second sliding rod (20), a barbell rod through hole (24) is formed in the first installation block (22), the axis of the barbell rod through hole (24) is perpendicular to the axis of the second sliding sleeve (21), and the two ends of the barbell rod (23) respectively penetrate through the barbell rod through holes (24) on the two sides and then are provided with a balance weight disc (25);
the other end of each first mounting block (22) is provided with a first sliding groove (26) penetrating through the other side wall of the first mounting block, each second limiting block (27) is arranged in the corresponding first sliding groove (26) in a sliding mode, the side wall, close to one end of each second sliding rod (20), of each second limiting block (27) is connected with the side wall of the corresponding first sliding groove (26) through a first spring (28), and the telescopic direction of each first spring (28) is the same as the sliding direction of the corresponding second limiting block (27);
a third limiting hole (30) matched with the second limiting block (27) is formed in the rear side wall of the first sliding sleeve (4), and a first slotting tool (64) matched with the limiting switching unit to enable the other end of the second limiting block (27) to be inserted into the third limiting hole (30) is further installed on the side wall, close to one end of the second sliding rod (20), of the second limiting block (27);
and a first limiting boss (29) is further mounted at the bottom of one end, close to the second sliding rod (20), of the first sliding groove (26).

The exercise device capable of switching between multiple exercise modes according to claim 4, further comprising a barbell limiting assembly for limiting the barbell unit when not in use, wherein the barbell limiting assembly comprises hooks (31) fixedly connected to two ends of the barbell bar (23), and vertical beams (32) installed between the upper and lower cross beams on the same side of the mounting frame (1), and a plurality of second limiting bosses (33) matched with the hooks (31) for limiting the barbell bar are installed on the vertical beams (32) at equal intervals.

The exercise device capable of switching between a plurality of exercise modes according to claim 4, wherein the limit switching unit comprises a fourth limit hole (34), a stepped hole (35), a circular ring plate (36), a second limit bolt (37), a first handle (38), a second spring (39), an L-shaped mounting plate (40), a second slotting tool (41) and a third limit block (42);
a plurality of fourth limiting holes (34) are formed in the front upright post (3) at equal intervals, a step hole (35) is formed in the side wall of the first sliding sleeve (4), a circular ring plate (36) is rotatably arranged in the upper step of the step hole (35), and one end of a second limiting bolt (37) is inserted into any fourth limiting hole (34) after being perforated by the circular ring plate (36) and the step hole (35);
a first handle (38) is fixedly connected to the other end of the second limiting bolt (37), a second spring (39) is further sleeved on the second limiting bolt (37) between the first handle (38) and the circular ring plate (36), and two ends of the second spring (39) are fixedly connected to the circular ring plate (36) and the first handle (38) respectively;
one end of an L-shaped mounting plate (40) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the first handle (38), and a second slotting tool (41) which is matched with the first slotting tool (64) and used for driving the other end of the second limiting block (27) to be inserted into the third limiting hole (30) is further mounted at the other end of the L-shaped mounting plate (40);
