Abstract
The stomach tube with the core temperature detection and the esophagus reflux prevention function comprises a stomach tube, a reflux prevention air bag, an inflation connector and a temperature sensor, wherein the reflux prevention air bag is arranged on the periphery of the stomach tube positioned at an esophagus part; the temperature sensor consists of a temperature probe, a signal cable and a plug, wherein the temperature probe is positioned at the position of the stomach tube corresponding to 1/3-1/2 of the esophagus so as to display the core temperature of the patient. The stomach tube of the invention not only realizes the measurement of the temperature in the esophagus of a patient, but also does not influence the normal inflow of fluid food in the nasogastric tube, and the detected core temperature of the esophagus is displayed by a monitor or a display meter, thereby being beneficial to the medical care personnel to know the core temperature of the patient at any time and being beneficial to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a stomach tube, in particular to a stomach tube with core temperature detection and esophageal reflux prevention functions.
Background
When a patient with a high risk of aspiration turns over, beats the back to discharge phlegm, goes out for examination or performs bronchoscopy and other examinations, the gastric contents of the patient need to be extracted in advance in order to avoid the reflux of the gastric contents of the patient, so that the patient is prevented from suffering from complications such as asphyxia or pulmonary infection caused by the reflux of the gastric contents to the trachea. The stomach tube with the core temperature detection and the esophagus reflux prevention function comprises the stomach tube, a reflux prevention air bag, an inflation connector and a temperature sensor, wherein a liquid diet channel is arranged inside the stomach tube, the upper end and the lower end of the stomach tube are respectively provided with a liquid diet injection port and an outflow port, and the liquid diet injection port and the outflow port are communicated with the liquid diet channel; the method is characterized in that: the anti-reflux air bag is arranged at the periphery of the stomach tube positioned at the esophagus part, an air passage is arranged in the liquid diet passage of the stomach tube, the lower end of the air passage is communicated with the anti-reflux air bag, the upper end of the air passage is connected with an inflation tube, the inflation connector is communicated with the inflation tube, and after the anti-reflux air bag is inflated through the inflation connector, the anti-reflux air bag is expanded in a cavity between the stomach tube and the esophagus, so that the esophagus of a patient is temporarily blocked, and the reflux of the stomach contents of the patient is; the temperature sensor comprises a temperature measuring probe, a signal cable and a plug, wherein the temperature measuring probe and the plug are respectively connected with the lower end and the upper end of the signal cable, the temperature measuring probe is positioned at the position corresponding to 1/3-1/2 of the stomach tube and the esophagus, the temperature measuring probe extends out of the tube wall of the stomach tube, a cable cavity is arranged in a liquid diet channel of the stomach tube, the lower half part of the signal cable is positioned in the cable cavity, the upper half part of the signal cable extends out of the cable cavity, and the plug is connected onto a monitor or a display meter to display the core temperature of a patient.
According to the stomach tube with the core temperature detection and the esophagus reflux prevention function, the indicating air bag sensing the gas pressure in the reflux prevention air bag is arranged between the inflation connector and the inflation tube.
According to the stomach tube with the core temperature detection and the esophageal reflux prevention function, the inflation connector is internally provided with the one-way valve which only allows external gas to flow into the inflation tube and the reflux prevention air bag.
According to the stomach tube with the core temperature detection and the esophagus reflux prevention function, the tube wall of the stomach tube where the reflux prevention air bag is located is provided with the air outlet, and the air passage is communicated with the reflux prevention air bag through the air outlet.
According to the stomach tube with the core temperature detection and the esophagus reflux prevention function, the sealing film is arranged on the periphery of the temperature measuring probe, and the sealing film is used for plugging the cable cavity.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.
As shown in figures 1 and 2, a using state diagram and a structure schematic diagram of the stomach tube of the invention are respectively given, figures 3, 4 and 5 respectively show a partial enlarged view of an area A, an area B and an area C in figure 2, figure 6 shows a partial enlarged view of a section D-D in figure 2, the stomach tube is composed of a stomach tube 1, an anti-reflux air bag 6, an inflation tube 8, an inflation connector 9, a temperature measuring probe 11, a signal cable 12 and a plug 13, the stomach tube 1 is internally provided with a liquid food channel 2, and the surface of the stomach tube 1 is smooth so as to ensure the normal insertion of the stomach tube 1 and not to stimulate the inner wall of the esophagus and the stomach tube. The upper end and the lower end of the stomach tube 1 are respectively provided with a food injection port 3 and a flow outlet 4, the food injection port 3 and the flow outlet 4 are both communicated with the liquid food channel 2, and after the stomach tube 1 is inserted in place through the nasal cavity or the oral cavity of a patient, liquid food injected through the food injection port 3 flows into the stomach of the patient through the flow outlet 4, so that the supply of nutrient solution to the patient is realized. The upper end of the stomach tube 1 is provided with a plugging cap 5, and when nutrient solution is not injected, the food injection port 3 is sealed by the plugging cap 5.
The anti-reflux air bag 6 is arranged at the periphery of the middle part of the gastric tube 1, and after the gastric tube 1 is inserted into the body of a patient, the anti-reflux air bag 6 is positioned at the middle part of the esophagus 16 of the patient. An air passage 7 is arranged in the liquid diet passage 2 of the stomach tube 1, and the air passage 7 is communicated with the anti-reflux air bag 6. As shown in fig. 4, the gastric tube 1 with the anti-reflux air bag 6 is provided with an air outlet 18, and the air passage 7 is communicated with the anti-reflux air bag 6 through the air outlet 18. The upper end of the air passage 7 is communicated with an inflation tube 8, the inflation tube 8 is connected with an inflation connector 9 through an indicating air bag 10, a one-way valve is arranged in the inflation connector 9, and the one-way valve in the inflation connector 9 only allows external air to flow into the indicating air bag 10 and the inflation tube 8 and enter the anti-backflow air bag 6 through the air passage 7.
As shown in fig. 7, which shows the structural schematic diagram of the anti-reflux air bag on the gastric tube in the invention when the anti-reflux air bag 6 is inflated, the injection hollow needle 22 is inserted on the inflation connector 9, and the pressure gas in the injection hollow needle 22 flows through the indicating air bag 10, the inflation tube 8 and the air passage 7 in sequence to inflate the anti-reflux air bag 6. In order to avoid the damage to the esophagus 16 of the patient caused by the overlarge pressure of the gas filled in the anti-reflux air bag 6, the pressure in the anti-reflux air bag 6 is avoided by pinching the pressure in the indicating air bag 10 by hands in the inflation process. The inflated anti-reflux air bag 6 can realize the blocking of the esophagus 16 of the patient, can effectively prevent the gastric contents of the patient from flowing backwards, and avoids the suffocation of the patient or the occurrence of related complications.
The temperature measuring probe 11, the signal cable 12 and the plug 13 form a temperature sensor, the temperature measuring probe 11 and the plug 13 are respectively connected with the lower end and the upper end of the signal cable 12, a cable cavity 14 is arranged in the liquid diet channel 2 of the stomach tube 1, the lower half part of the signal cable 12 is positioned in the cable cavity 14, and the temperature measuring probe 11 extends out of the tube wall of the stomach tube 1 so as to ensure that the temperature measuring probe 11 detects the temperature in the esophagus. The upper half part of the signal cable 12 extends out of the cable cavity 14, and the plug 13 at the tail end of the signal cable 12 can be connected with the monitor 15 or the display gauge head 21 so as to display the detected core temperature of the esophagus part of the patient, so that medical personnel can know the core temperature of the patient in real time, and reliable human body temperature information can be provided for the treatment and diagnosis of the disease of the patient.
As shown in fig. 6, an airway 7 is formed in the fluid passageway 2 of the gastric tube 1, and the fluid passageway 2 is not communicated with the airway 7. A diaphragm 20 is arranged in the liquid food channel 2 of the gastric tube 1, a cable cavity 14 is formed between the diaphragm 20 and the inner wall of the gastric tube 1, and the cable cavity 14 is not communicated with the liquid food channel 2. The signal cable 12 is shown as a two-core cable, and the monitor 15 and display head 21 detect the core temperature in the patient's esophagus 16 by measuring the resistance change of the temperature probe 11.
When in use, firstly, the anti-reflux air bag 6 is ensured not to be inflated, and then the stomach tube 1 is inserted into the stomach of a patient through the nasal cavity or the oral cavity of the patient; when a patient turns over or performs bronchoscopy and the reflux of the gastric contents of the patient needs to be prevented, the injection hollow needle 22 is utilized to inflate the anti-reflux air bag 6, the pressure in the anti-reflux air bag 6 is sensed through the indicating air bag 10, and the overlarge acting force between the anti-reflux air bag 6 and the esophagus 16 is avoided; when the core body temperature of the patient needs to be measured, the plug 13 is inserted into the monitor 15 or the display head 21 to display the core body temperature of the patient in real time. When the content in the stomach of a patient does not need to flow back, the one-way valve in the inflation connector 9 is pressed, and the pressure gas in the anti-reflux air bag 6 is released.
Claims (8)
1. A stomach tube with core temperature detection and esophageal reflux prevention functions comprises a stomach tube (1), an anti-reflux air bag (6), an inflation connector (9) and a temperature sensor, wherein a liquid diet channel (2) is arranged inside the stomach tube, the upper end and the lower end of the stomach tube are respectively provided with a liquid diet injection port (3) and an outflow port (4), and the liquid diet injection port and the outflow port are communicated with the liquid diet channel; the method is characterized in that: the anti-reflux air bag is arranged at the periphery of the stomach tube positioned at the esophagus (16), an air passage (7) is arranged in the liquid diet passage of the stomach tube, the lower end of the air passage is communicated with the anti-reflux air bag, the upper end of the air passage is connected with an inflation tube (8), the inflation connector is communicated with the inflation tube, and after the anti-reflux air bag is inflated through the inflation connector, the anti-reflux air bag is expanded in a cavity between the stomach tube and the esophagus, so that the esophagus of a patient is temporarily blocked, and the reflux of the stomach contents of the patient is prevented; temperature sensor comprises temperature probe (11), signal cable (12) and plug (13), temperature probe, the plug is connected with signal cable's lower extreme and upper end respectively, temperature probe is located 1/3 to 1/2 corresponding position department of stomach tube (1) and esophagus (16), temperature probe stretches out in the pipe wall of stomach tube, be provided with cable chamber (14) in the liquid food passageway of stomach tube, the latter half of signal cable is located the cable chamber, the first half of signal cable stretches out outside the cable chamber, the plug connects on monitor (15) or display gauge outfit (21), with display patient's core temperature.

A gastric tube with core temperature detection and oesophageal reflux prevention according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the tube wall of the stomach tube (1) where the anti-reflux air bag (6) is located is provided with an air outlet (18), and the air passage (7) is communicated with the anti-reflux air bag through the air outlet.
