Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to a polyphenol-rich brown sugar moisturizing mask and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Brown sugar is introduced from ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine, generally refers to sugarcane finished sugar with honey, and generally refers to honey sugar formed by juicing sugarcane, simply processing and concentrating. Sugarcane contains various essential amino acids of human body, such as lysine, malic acid, citric acid and the like, and the amino acids are essential basic substances for synthesizing human body protein, supporting metabolism and participating in human body life activities, and have absolute positive effects on promoting health.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the polyphenol-rich brown sugar moisturizing mask with simple preparation process and high function and the preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a brown sugar moisture keeping facial mask rich in polyphenol comprises phase A component, phase B component and phase C component; the phase A component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of glycerol, 4-10 parts of glycerol, 5-10 parts of fruit acid, 6-15 parts of aloe extract, 3-6 parts of xanthan gum, 5-10 parts of hyaluronic acid and 0.3-1.0 part of nipagin ester; the phase B component is 15-35 parts by weight of polyphenol-rich brown sugar; and the phase C component is 3-10 parts of a toughening agent in parts by weight.
The polyphenol-rich brown sugar is prepared by selecting polyphenol-rich sugarcane, removing impurities, juicing, filtering by a 50-200 nm separation membrane, concentrating and decocting at a low temperature of 60-80 ℃, sanding and drying; the operating conditions of the separation membrane filtration are as follows: the transmembrane pressure difference is 0.2-0.5 MPa, the operating temperature is 80-90 ℃, and the membrane surface flow rate is 2-4 m/s.
The polyphenol-rich brown sugar moisturizing mask is prepared by the following steps:
(1) selecting sugarcane rich in polyphenol, removing impurities, juicing, filtering by a 50-200 nm separation membrane, concentrating and decocting at a low temperature of 60-80 ℃, sanding and drying to obtain brown sugar powder rich in polyphenol; the operating conditions of the separation membrane filtration are as follows: transmembrane pressure difference is 0.2-0.5 MPa, operation temperature is 80-90 ℃, and membrane surface flow rate is 2-4 m/s;
(2) adding glycerol, fruit acid, aloe extract, xanthan gum, hyaluronic acid and nipagin ester of the phase A component into an emulsifying pot, stirring uniformly, and heating to 80-90 ℃;
(3) after the phase A component is dissolved uniformly and the system becomes thick, adding the phase B component, and continuously stirring until the phase A component is uniform;
(4) and after the phase B component is uniformly stirred, adding the phase C component in the stirring process, fully and uniformly mixing, and packaging to obtain the polyphenol-rich brown sugar moisturizing mask.
Preferably, the stirring speed of the step (2) is 35 rpm.
Preferably, the stirring speed of the step (3) is 30 rpm.
Preferably, the stirring speed of the step (4) is 30 rpm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention selects the sugarcane rich in polyphenol as the raw material, adopts the membrane separation technology to clean the sugarcane juice, and the produced brown sugar rich in polyphenol can well reserve plant polyphenol, amino acid, trace elements and the like in the sugarcane, avoids the damage of high chemical auxiliary agents and high temperature to nutrient substances in the sugarcane in the traditional brown sugar production process, removes suspended impurities, reserves more polyphenol substances and a plurality of amino acids necessary for a human body, and is easier to digest and absorb by the human body, thereby being capable of quickly supplementing physical strength and increasing vitality. The brown sugar rich in polyphenol adopted by the invention not only contains carbohydrate capable of providing heat energy, but also contains riboflavin, carotene, nicotinic acid, trace elements such as manganese, zinc, chromium and the like which are indispensable to the growth and development of human bodies. Brown sugar contains a "molasses" component, which has a potent detoxifying effect, and can drain excess melanin from the dermis and out of the body through the lymphatic tissue. The plant polyphenol has stronger ultraviolet absorption capacity between 200nm and 300nm, especially has stronger absorption effect on a far ultraviolet region with high energy and great destructive power, and the polyphenol substances can prevent the generation of skin melanin and play a role in sun protection. In addition, the components of carotene, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, amino acid, glucose and the like contained in the brown sugar have strong antioxidation and repairing effects on cells, can ensure that subcutaneous cells can grow quickly after melanin is eliminated, and more thoroughly achieves the effects of preventing melanin generation and continuously whitening. And meanwhile, the moisturizing effect of micromolecule alcohols and the substances such as light vegetable oil, rose essential oil and the like are combined for use in facial mask massage, so that functional components contained in brown sugar are fully combined with skin, the cell activity is activated to rejuvenate cells, the cells have an automatic repairing function, and the large generation of subcutaneous collagen fibroblasts can be promoted.
(2) The facial mask prepared by the invention has high plant polyphenol content and trace elements contained in the plant polyphenol content, can effectively prevent the generation of skin melanin, has strong antioxidation and repairing effects on cells, can enable subcutaneous cells to grow rapidly after removing the melanin, and can achieve the effects of preventing the generation of the melanin, continuously preserving moisture and whitening by combining the moisturizing effect of micromolecule alcohols.
