Technical Field
The invention relates to a stock solution of a pet wet tissue and a preparation method of the stock solution of the pet wet tissue, and belongs to the technical field of cleaning wet tissues.
Background
As more and more people are fed pets, it is always a problem that more and more people are faced with the problem of cleaning the pet, especially with more hairy pets, such as dogs and cats. Generally, it takes a lot of time to clean the pet with a lot of hair, and a large amount of expenses are generated when the pet is sent to a pet store. If the pet is not cleaned, in hot summer, a lot of bacteria and even germs can be bred on the hair, and meanwhile, the skin air permeability is poor due to more hair, and dust is difficult to wash. In daily life, people and pets often play together, germs are contacted with human bodies to influence the health of the human bodies, and daily cleaning of the pets is indispensable.
The cleaning of the pet comprises daily combing, maintenance, bathing and the like to clean and tidy the hair, eyes, ears, feet and other body parts of the pet. The work can ensure the health of the pet, so that the pet can spend every day more comfortably and more vigorously, and therefore, the pet cleaning and nursing tool is an indispensable matter in the life of the pet, and how to clean and nurse the pet most scientifically and accurately becomes a headache for people. Generally, in addition to controlling the range of activity of a pet, the most effective approach is to pay attention to daily hygiene, and since the pet cannot take care of the pet, the owner of the pet needs products such as wet tissues of the pet, and the like, so that the problem of hygiene of the pet can be solved in a short time by solving some small conditions such as dust or oil stain when the pet is played outdoors.

The polypropylene glycol product is non-volatile and non-corrosive, has good water solubility and excellent lubricating property and moisture retention property, can be used as an antistatic agent, a softening agent and the like, and is preferably PPG200 and PPG 400.
Polylysine is a linear polymer of lysine, has good bactericidal ability and thermal stability, is not affected by pH, is stable to heat (120 deg.C, 20 min), and can inhibit thermophilic bacteria, so it can be heat treated after being added. The polylysine is rich in cations, has strong electrostatic acting force with substances with anions, has good penetrating power to biological membranes, can be used as a carrier of certain medicines, and can improve the curative effect of the medicines. The polylysine has a wide antibacterial spectrum and an obvious inhibitory effect on most microorganisms.
The hydroxymethyl chitosan is a water-soluble chitosan derivative, has strong antibacterial property and stable property, has a fresh-keeping effect, and is an amphoteric polyelectrolyte. Carboxymethyl chitosan and its derivatives have anti-infection effect of different degrees, and chitosan hexa-glycan is the strongest. The micromolecular chitosan has the functions of ammonium protonation, wherein the ammonium protonation and the cell membrane with negative charges of bacteria can adsorb and aggregate the bacteria, and simultaneously penetrate through cell walls to enter cells, disturb the metabolism and synthesis of the bacteria and have antibacterial effect. The two bactericides of hydroxymethyl chitosan and polylysine are used together, the sterilizing effect is better than that of a single bactericide, the synergistic effect is obvious, the bacteriostatic ability of the bactericide can be greatly improved, the service cycle is prolonged, the chemical property is stable, the corrosivity is low, and the influence of the hardness of organic matters and water is low.
The triethanolamine oleate serving as a nonionic surfactant is added into the solution, so that the number of micelles in the solution is increased, the better foam stabilizing effect is realized on an anionic surfactant, the thickening effect of the triethanolamine oleate is particularly obvious when the anionic surfactant is acidic, the triethanolamine oleate can be compatible with various surfactants, and the triethanolamine oleate has the performances of wetting, penetration decontamination, hard water resistance, cleaning and antistatic property. When the nonionic surfactant and the cationic surfactant are compounded, the branched nonionic surfactant has good permeability, and the cationic surfactant can penetrate through cell walls of pathogenic bacteria, so that the bactericidal effect of the cationic surfactant is synergistic.
The organic silicon defoamer is a white viscous emulsion, the main component of which is silicon oil which is a nonvolatile oily liquid at normal temperature, is insoluble or has low solubility in water, animal and vegetable oil and mineral oil, and can resist high temperature and low temperature, has inert chemical properties, stable physical properties and no biological activity; the main active component is linear polysiloxane which can keep liquid state at room temperature and is taken as an active agent, and the linear polysiloxane has three functions of breaking bubbles, defoaming and inhibiting bubbles. The organic silicon defoamer has wide application range, small surface tension, good thermal stability and chemical stability and strong defoaming capability, and propylene glycol block organic silicon is preferably selected.

TABLE 1 Pet Wet towel Performance data sheet
Application example 1
In a room with 4 square meters, the humidity is set to be 85 percent, the temperature is set to be 30 ℃, the cat is normally fed with cat food and underground water, and the cat is cleaned once after 15 days of defecation. The forelimb of the cat was wiped daily with the wet tissue of example 1, and after 45 days, the fore and aft limb was observed for density of fine hairs, skin plaque, and the fore and aft limb hairs were taken while culturing bacteria. The results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2 data Table of pets after using the wet wipes of example 1
Since bacteria are small and easy to breed under the damp and hot condition, the experiment is carried out under the environment of high humidity and high temperature. The results show that the forelimb of the wet tissue paper of example 1 has good protection effect on the skin, no skin bacterial plaque appears, the total number of bacteria is in the range of GB15979-2002, and the fur develops well. On the hind limb without wet tissue, colibacillus exceeds the standard, skin bacterial plaque appears twice, and 13% of fine hair is lost compared with the hind limb without wet tissue before the experiment.
Application example 2
In a room with 4 square meters, the humidity is set to be 85 percent, the temperature is set to be 30 ℃, the dog is normally fed with dog food and underground water, and the dog is cleaned once after 15 days of defecation. The forelimb of the cat was wiped with the wet tissue of example 6 every day, and after 45 days, the cat was stopped, and kept for another 45 days, and the fore and aft limbs were observed for the density of fine hairs, skin plaque, and the hair of the fore and aft limbs were taken while culturing bacteria. The results are shown in Table 3:
TABLE 3 Table of data after pets had used the wet wipes of example 6
The results show that the forelimb of the wet tissue paper of example 6 used continuously for 45 days has good protection effect on the skin, no skin plaque appears, the total number of bacteria is in the range of GB15979-2002, and the fur develops well. Once taken out of service, the protection is gradually lost, skin plaque appears after 45 days, and the total number of bacteria also rises to an excessive number. In contrast, when the hind limb of the wet tissue of example 6 was not used all the time, the escherichia coli continued to exceed the standard and increased continuously, the skin bacterial plaque increased gradually, the area increased, and more fine hair was lost compared with that before the experiment. The weak skin protection effect can still be achieved within 45 days after the wet tissue is used for a long time.
