the invention relates to an independent paper diaper containing tea powder, which comprises a paper diaper formed by overlapping a plurality of thin cloth layers, wherein a tea powder layer is arranged on the surface of one thin cloth layer, and the tea powder used in the tea powder layer is prepared by the following steps: drying and crushing the waste tea stems, sieving the waste tea stems by using a 100-mesh sieve, then sieving the powder which cannot pass through the sieve by using a 40-60-mesh sieve, adding the powder which passes through the 40-60-mesh sieve into a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass concentration of 3-5% according to the mass ratio of 1:3, stirring for 8-12h, then filtering, washing the filter residue to be neutral by using water, adding the filter residue into a succinic anhydride solution with the mass ratio of 1:5-8, stirring to uniformly disperse the powder, heating the solution to 50-70 ℃, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 1-2h, filtering after the reaction is finished, washing the filter residue to be neutral by using water, and finally drying to obtain the tea stem.
Specific example 1 of making a tea powder layer, drying 100 kg of tea stems in the sun or a drying device, crushing the tea stems by a crusher, sieving the crushed tea stems by a 100-mesh sieve, sieving the powder which cannot pass through the sieve by a 40-mesh sieve, adding the sieved tea powder into 300 kg of sodium hydroxide solution with the mass concentration of 3%, stirring the mixture for 12 hours, filtering the mixture, washing the filter residue to be neutral by water, adding the washed neutral filter residue into 10% succinic anhydride solution according to the proportion of 1:5, stirring the mixture to uniformly disperse the powder, heating the solution to 70 ℃, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 1 hour, filtering the mixture after the reaction is finished, washing the filter residue to be neutral by water, and finally drying the mixture to obtain the tea powder used as the tea powder layer.

In practice, the top roller may be driven by a motor to further reduce friction.
The cutting mechanism M of the paper diaper is shown in figures 8-9 and comprises a bottom feeding conveyor belt M10 for outputting a paper diaper core material and a top pressing conveyor belt M20 positioned above the bottom feeding conveyor belt, wherein the paper diaper core material M100 is clamped between the top pressing conveyor belt and the bottom feeding conveyor belt, a carrier roller M30 is arranged on the front side of the output end of the bottom feeding conveyor belt, a cutter rotating shaft M40 driven by a driving device is arranged on the upper portion of the carrier roller, and a cutting knife M50 arranged along the axial direction of the cutter rotating shaft is fixed on the surface of the cutter rotating shaft.
In this embodiment, a clamp M410 arranged along the axial direction of the cutter rotating shaft is fixed on the surface of the cutter rotating shaft M40, a slit M420 for inserting the cutter is formed on the outer side of the clamp, and a locking bolt M430 penetrating through the cutter is formed on the surface of the clamp.

The wrapping mechanism J of the independent packaging paper diaper is shown in fig. 10-14 and comprises a rack 100, wherein a first conveying belt device 200 for conveying a plastic film is arranged on the rack 100, a conveying surface of the first conveying belt device 200 is provided with a left limiting plate 210 and a right limiting plate 210, the distance between the two limiting plates is slightly larger than the width of the paper diaper, the upper edge of the left limiting plate is provided with a left flanging plate 220 folded towards the middle, the upper edge of the right limiting plate is provided with a right flanging plate 230 folded towards the middle, the widths of the left flanging plate and the right flanging plate are gradually increased along the conveying direction of the first conveying belt device from front to back, and the length of the left flanging plate, namely the width of the rear end, is larger than that of the right flanging plate; a plurality of pinch rollers 240 are arranged between the left flanging plate and the right flanging plate; a glue coating mechanism for coating glue at a position close to the left edge of the plastic film is arranged below the first conveyor belt device; the plastic film is firstly coated with glue by a gluing mechanism and then enters a first conveyor belt device; meanwhile, the processed paper diaper is also fed above the plastic film in the first conveyor belt device, the pressing wheel is pressed in the middle, the left and right flanging plates are used for turning the two sides of the plastic film to the middle, and the left side is folded to the middle and then is adhered to the right side through glue, so that the paper diaper is wrapped in the paper diaper. The film coating mechanism is simple in structure, convenient to use, low in failure rate and high in working efficiency.
In this embodiment, the frame 100 is further provided with an upper conveyor belt and a lower conveyor belt for matching with a paper diaper, the length of the discharge end of the lower conveyor belt 400 is longer than that of the upper conveyor belt, the discharge end of the lower conveyor belt is provided with a press roller 410, a rotating roller 500 is arranged above the press roller 240, and the rotating roller 500 is in transmission connection with the press roller 250 and all the press rollers 240 through a transmission belt 510.
In this embodiment, the diameter and width of puck 240 decreases from front to back to accommodate the decreasing spacing between the left and right gussets.

In this embodiment, the driving device 900 includes a screw rod 910 disposed along the left-right direction, the glue spraying head 800 is fixedly mounted on a mounting seat 920 located below the screw rod, a threaded hole penetrating through the left and right end faces of the mounting seat is formed in the mounting seat, and the screw rod passes through the threaded hole of the mounting seat and is in threaded fit with the threaded hole.
