Working principle:
Each layer of cloth required for manufacturing the mask is respectively sleeved on the four cloth feeding rotating shaft assemblies 51, and the nose bridge strip is sleeved on the nose bridge strip rotating shaft assembly 71; the cloth feeding driving mechanism 52 drives each cloth feeding rotating shaft assembly 51 to rotate and unwind cloth, and the nose bridge strip feeding driving mechanism 72 drives the nose bridge strip rotating shaft assembly 71 to rotate and unwind nose bridge strips; the unreeled cloth passes through the mask forming device 3 and the mask distributing device 4 after passing through the space between the roller 66 and the second cloth adjusting rod 64, and is finally wound on the cloth rim charge recycling rotating shaft assembly 82, and the conveying tension of each cloth is independently adjusted through each cloth adjusting assembly 6; the nose bridge strip feeding device 2 cuts the nose bridge strip and feeds the cut nose bridge strip into the mask forming device 3, the mask tooth roller 34 of the mask forming device 3 and the ultrasonic welding device 9 roll and weld the cloth layers, the nose bridge strip is clamped in the mask, and the mask hob roller 37 shears the mask from the cloth strip; according to the invention, the cloth conveying tension of the corresponding cloth can be quickly and conveniently adjusted independently through each cloth adjusting assembly 6, and each layer of cloth can be ensured to pass through the tooth roller and the ultrasonic welding device 9 at the same speed, so that the quality of the manufactured mask can be ensured.
