A knee joint replacement balancer for measuring osteotomy and combining gap balancing technology comprises an osteotomy amount and four-in-one osteotomy module setting instrument; the device is characterized in that the setting device of the osteotomy quantity and the four-in-one osteotomy module comprises a handle, a setting platform, an osteotomy quantity measuring structure and the four-in-one osteotomy module setting structure; the handle is connected with the setting platform, the setting platform is provided with a four-in-one osteotomy module setting structure perpendicular to the upper plane of the setting platform, and the length of the setting platform is greater than the width of the four-in-one osteotomy module setting structure; the four-in-one osteotomy module setting structure comprises a part with a notch, wherein an osteotomy measuring structure with a right angle bend is arranged in the notch; the osteotomy measuring structure comprises a vertical section and a horizontal section; the vertical section of the osteotomy quantity measuring structure is arranged in the notch, and the horizontal section is a structure for extending out to find the femur edge so as to measure the osteotomy quantity through the vertical section; the setting structure of the four-in-one osteotomy module comprises a flat plate structure with different four-in-one osteotomy module insertion holes, and the first end of the setting platform is a connecting handle end; the setting platform is a rectangular platform which is connected with the handle through a triangle connection structure.
2. The knee replacement balancer of claim 1 wherein the thickness of the delta connection is thinner than the thickness of the platform.
3. The knee replacement balancer for measuring osteotomies and balancing techniques in combination according to claim 1, wherein the flexion gap measuring structure is specially configured and comprises a handle and a flexion gap measuring platform integrally connected with the handle.
4. The knee replacement balancer of claim 1 in combination with a technique of measuring osteotomy and gap balancing, wherein different thickness setting platforms are provided, the front of the setting platforms being used to measure flexion gaps.

The knee joint replacement balancer according to claim 1, wherein the platform is provided with a constant thickness, the platform is connected with the handle and the four-in-one osteotomy module setting structure in a combined or integrated manner, the platform is provided with measuring plates with different thickness for measuring buckling gaps and soft tissue balance, and the measuring plates are connected with the platform in a combined manner.

The knee replacement balancer according to claim 5, wherein the four-in-one osteotomy module setting structure is a plate-shaped structure perpendicular to the setting platform, and includes a plate structure provided on one side or both sides, and a notched portion connecting the plate structures on one side or both sides; and a connecting plate for connecting the setting platform and the flat plate structure is arranged below the flat plate structure on at least one side.

The knee replacement balancer for measuring osteotomy and gap balancing technique according to claim 5, wherein a horizontal slot perpendicular to the direction of the handle is provided at the second end of the setting platform, a screw hole is provided in the horizontal slot for connecting the measuring plate, and the buckling gap measuring plate is correspondingly provided with a screw hole, and is connected with the buckling gap measuring plate and the setting platform by a screw.

The knee replacement balancer of any of claims 1-8 in combination with a technique of measuring osteotomy and gap balancing, wherein the horizontal segment of the osteotomy measurement structure includes two small segments of different thickness, wherein the anterior end has a smaller thickness than the posterior end.

The knee replacement balancer of claim 9, wherein the vertical section of the osteotomy measurement structure is a moving plate having a thickness corresponding to the thickness of the slot, or wherein the vertical section of the osteotomy measurement structure is formed in a cylindrical shape having a diameter corresponding to the thickness of the slot.
