A knee joint replacement balancer combining a measurement osteotomy and a gap balancing technology comprises an osteotomy amount and a four-in-one osteotomy module setting instrument; the bone cutting amount and four-in-one bone cutting module setting instrument is characterized by comprising a handle, a setting platform, a bone cutting amount measuring structure and a four-in-one bone cutting module setting structure; the handle is connected with the setting platform, a four-in-one osteotomy module setting structure perpendicular to the upper plane of the setting platform is arranged on the setting platform, and the length of the setting platform is greater than the width of the four-in-one osteotomy module setting structure; the four-in-one osteotomy module setting structure comprises a part with a notch, and an osteotomy quantity measuring structure with a right-angled bend is arranged in the notch; the osteotomy measuring structure comprises a vertical section and a horizontal section; the vertical section of the osteotomy amount measuring structure is arranged in the notch, and the horizontal section is a structure which is used for extending out to find the edge of the femur and then measuring the osteotomy amount through the vertical section; the four-in-one osteotomy module setting structure comprises a flat plate structure with different four-in-one osteotomy module inserting holes, and the first end of the setting platform is a connecting handle end; the setting platform is a rectangular platform and is connected with the handle through a triangular connecting structure.
2. The knee replacement balancer of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the triangular connection structure is thinner than the platform.
3. The knee replacement balancer of claim 1, wherein the flexion gap measurement structure comprises a handle and a flexion gap measurement platform integrally connected to the handle.
4. The knee replacement balancer of claim 1, wherein different thickness setting platforms are provided, the anterior of the setting platforms being used to measure flexion gap.

The knee joint replacement balancer of claim 1, wherein the setting platform is a platform with a constant thickness, the setting platform is connected to the handle and the four-in-one osteotomy module setting structure in a combined or integrated manner, the setting platform is provided with a measuring plate for measuring the flexion gap and the soft tissue balance, and the measuring plate is connected to the setting platform in a combined manner.

The knee joint replacement balancer of claim 5, wherein the four-in-one osteotomy module setting structure is a plate-shaped structure perpendicular to the setting platform, and comprises a plate structure disposed on one or both sides and a notched portion connecting the plate structure on one or both sides; and a connecting plate for connecting the setting platform and the flat plate structure is arranged below the flat plate structure on at least one side.

The knee joint replacement balancer of claim 5, wherein a horizontal slot perpendicular to the handle is provided at the second end of the platform, a screw hole is provided in the horizontal slot for connecting the measurement plate, a screw hole is correspondingly provided in the flexion gap measurement plate, and the flexion gap measurement plate and the platform are connected by screws.

The knee replacement balancer of claim 9, wherein the vertical section of the osteotomy gauge is a moving plate having a thickness corresponding to the thickness of the notch, or the vertical section of the osteotomy gauge is provided in a cylindrical shape having a diameter corresponding to the thickness of the notch.
