Further, in order that the transfer bin 400 does not obstruct the movement of the bucket 300, the delivery device in this embodiment further includes a transfer bin driving mechanism 420 electrically connected to the control device 600. Specifically, the first camera of the first recognition mechanism 127 may capture an image of a prescription order provided by the drug user to obtain prescription information, and the control device 600 may parse the image of the prescription order to determine information of the target drug. The target medicine is the medicine to be obtained recorded on the prescription, that is, the medicine that the user needs to take out from the medicine dispenser 010. The information of the target medicine includes the kind of the target medicine and may further include the number of the target medicine. The control device 600 determines a target cargo channel according to the information of the target medicine, and the target cargo channel is the cargo channel 210 for storing the target medicine. It should be understood that when the medicine dispenser 010 stores medicines, each of the channels 210 may store only one kind of medicine, and the corresponding relationship between each channel 210 and the medicine stored therein may be pre-stored in a memory (not shown) of the medicine dispenser 010. When the control unit 600 determines the information of the target medicine, a target lane for storing the target medicine may be determined. After the target cargo channel is determined, the control device 600 may control the cargo bucket driving mechanism 310 to drive the cargo bucket 300 to move to a position corresponding to an outlet of the target cargo channel, then control the second camera of the second identifying mechanism 340 to acquire an image of a drug to be delivered in the target cargo channel so as to acquire information of the drug to be delivered, compare the acquired information of the drug to be delivered with the information of the target drug, and determine whether the acquired information of the drug to be delivered and the information of the target drug are matched. If not, the control device 600 controls the delivery device to transport the drug to be dispensed in the target lane to the recovery bin 500.
The medicine dispensing machine 010 of the embodiment of the application can acquire prescription information, determine information of a target medicine according to the prescription information, and control the delivery device to convey the medicine to be dispensed in the target goods channel to the recycling bin 500 under the condition that the information of the medicine to be dispensed in the target goods channel is not matched with the information of the target medicine, so that the medicine dispensing machine 010 of the embodiment of the application can ensure that wrong medicine is not dispensed to a user, and the medicine dispensing safety of a patient is ensured.
In this embodiment, in the case that the information of the to-be-delivered medicine in the target lane does not match the information of the target medicine, the control device 600 is specifically configured to control the delivery device to transport the to-be-delivered medicine in the target lane to the recovery bin 500 by: controlling the first medicine conveying mechanism 220 in the target cargo channel to convey the medicine to be delivered in the target cargo channel to the cargo bucket 300; controlling the hopper 300 to convey the received medicine to the transfer bin 400; the second drug delivery mechanism 410 is controlled to deliver the drug received by the staging compartment 400 to the recovery compartment 500.
Further, in case that the information of the medicine to be delivered in the target lane matches the information of the target medicine, the control device 600 is further configured to:
controlling the first medicine conveying mechanism 220 in the target cargo channel to convey the medicine to be delivered in the target cargo channel to the cargo bucket 300; determining whether all of the medicines contained in the prescription have been taken out of the lane 210 and whether the amount of the medicines contained in the bucket 300 has reached a set value; in the case where all the medicines contained in the prescription have been taken out from the lane 210, the hopper 300 is controlled to transfer the received medicines to the transfer bin 400, and the second medicine conveying mechanism 410 is controlled to convey the medicines received by the transfer bin 400 to the pick-up port 128; when the medicines contained in the prescription are not all taken out of the goods passage 210 and the amount of the medicines contained in the bucket 300 reaches a set value, controlling the bucket 300 to convey the received medicines to the transfer bin 400 and controlling the bucket 300 to continuously receive the medicines to be delivered; in the case where all of the medicines contained in the prescription are not taken out of the lane 210 and the amount of the medicines contained in the bucket 300 does not reach the set value, the bucket 300 is controlled to continue to receive the medicines to be dispensed. Wherein the amount of the medicine contained in the bucket 300 may be the number or weight of the medicine. When the amount of the medicine contained in the bucket 300 is the number of the medicine, the set value may be 1 or more than 1, and specifically, the set value may be selectively set according to the capacity of the bucket 300. When the amount of medicine contained in the bucket is the weight of the medicine, a weight sensor may also be provided in the bucket 300. It should be noted that, the control device 600 controls the bucket 300 to continue to receive the medicine to be delivered, may be that the control device 600 controls the bucket 300 to return to the target lane corresponding to the medicine to be delivered received last time and continue to receive the medicine sent out from the target lane, or may be that the control device 600 re-determines the next target medicine according to the prescription information, determines the target lane corresponding to the target medicine, and controls the bucket 300 to move to the target lane and receive the medicine sent out from the target lane. Further, after the control device controls the bucket 300 to continue to receive the drug to be dispensed, it is determined again whether the information of the drug to be dispensed matches the information of the target drug, and the process is the same as described above and is not described herein again.
Through the medicine dispensing machine 010 of the embodiment of the application, the medicine in the prescription order can be automatically dispensed by the medicine dispensing machine 010, so that the labor cost for medicine taking of a pharmacy in the prior art is saved, and the medicine dispensing efficiency is improved. Further, the medicine dispensing machine 010 of the embodiment of the present application can enable the bucket 300 to continue to receive the medicine to be dispensed under the condition that the medicine contained in the prescription is not dispensed and the bucket 300 can also contain more medicines, so as to reduce the number of times that the bucket 300 is transported back and forth, and improve the transport efficiency of the medicine to be dispensed.
Further, in the present embodiment, the control device 600 is further configured to: controlling the transfer bin driving mechanism 420 to drive the transfer bin 400 from the retracted position to the extended position so that the transfer bin 400 can receive the medicine conveyed by the hopper 300; and controlling the transfer bin driving mechanism 420 to drive the transfer bin 400 from the extended position to the retracted position so that the transfer bin 400 can avoid the bucket 300. Alternatively, when the bucket 300 is to transport the received medicine to the transfer bin 400, the control device 600 first controls the bucket 300 to move to a position above the position corresponding to the transfer bin 400, and then controls the transfer bin driving mechanism 420 to drive the transfer bin 400 from the retracted position to the extended position, and in the case that the transfer bin 400 is located at the extended position, the control device 600 can control the second medicine conveying mechanism 410 to convey the medicine in the transfer bin 400 to the recycling bin 500 in the direction indicated by the arrow f; and the second drug delivery mechanism 410 can be controlled to deliver the drug in the direction indicated by the arrow e to transport the drug in the transfer bin 400 to the access port 128. When the bucket 300 is to continue to receive the medicine to be dispensed, the control device 600 controls the transfer bin driving mechanism 420 to drive the transfer bin 400 from the extended position to the retracted position, so that the bucket 300 can move freely to continue to receive the medicine to be dispensed.
It should be noted that in other embodiments of the present application, the dispenser 010 may not be provided with the transfer bin 400, in which case the control device 600 is specifically configured to control the delivery device to transport the drug to be dispensed in the target lane to the recovery bin 500 by: controlling the first medicine conveying mechanism 220 in the target cargo channel to convey the medicine to be delivered in the target cargo channel to the cargo bucket 300; the hopper 300 is controlled to transfer the received medicine to the recovery bin 500. In such an embodiment, a conveying mechanism for conveying the medicine may be provided in the bucket 300 to convey the medicine in the bucket 300 into the recovery bin 500.
In the case of the dispenser 010 not having the transfer bin 400, the control device 600 is further configured to: under the condition that the information of the to-be-delivered drugs in the target cargo channel is matched with the information of the target drugs, controlling a first drug conveying mechanism 220 in the target cargo channel to convey the to-be-delivered drugs in the target cargo channel to a cargo hopper 300; determining whether all of the medicines contained in the prescription have been taken out of the lane 210 and whether the amount of the medicines contained in the bucket 300 has reached a set value; in the case where the medicines contained in the prescription have all been taken out of the lane 210 or the amount of the medicines contained in the bucket 300 has reached a set value, controlling the bucket 300 to convey the received medicines to the access port 128; in the case where all of the medicines contained in the prescription are not taken out of the lane 210 and the amount of the medicines contained in the bucket 300 does not reach the set value, the bucket 300 is controlled to continue to receive the medicines to be dispensed.
On the basis of the above embodiments of the present application, the control device 600 may be further configured to: after controlling the delivery device to transport the medicine to be delivered in the target lane to the recovery bin 500, the hopper 300 is controlled to receive the medicine to be delivered in the target lane at least once again. Wherein, controlling the bucket 300 to receive the to-be-delivered drugs in the target channel at least comprises: controlling the bucket 300 to move to the target cargo channel and acquiring information of the to-be-delivered drugs in the target cargo channel through the second recognition mechanism 340; judging whether the information of the medicine to be delivered in the target goods channel is matched with the information of the target medicine; in the case that the information of the medicine to be delivered in the target lane does not match the information of the target medicine, controlling the delivery device to transport the medicine to be delivered in the target lane to the recovery bin 500; wherein the to-be-delivered drugs in the target lane are the drugs in the target lane closest to the exit of the lane 210. Through the medicine dispensing machine 010 of the embodiment, when the information of the medicine to be dispensed sent out from the target goods channel is judged not to be matched with the information of the target medicine, the medicine can be taken out from the target goods channel again, and the problem that the medicine needed by the medicine taking user cannot be dispensed to the medicine taking user due to the fact that the individual medicine in the target goods channel is placed wrongly is avoided.
Further, the control device 600 is specifically configured to control the bucket 300 to receive the medicine to be delivered in the target channel at least once again by: the cargo hopper 300 is controlled to move to the target cargo channel, and the information of the to-be-delivered drugs in the target cargo channel is acquired through the second identification mechanism 340; judging whether the information of the medicine to be delivered in the target goods channel is matched with the information of the target medicine; under the condition that the information of the to-be-delivered drugs in the target channel is not matched with the information of the target drugs, the delivery device is controlled to convey the to-be-delivered drugs in the target channel to the recovery bin 500, whether the number of times of continuously conveying the to-be-delivered drugs in the target channel to the recovery bin 500 exceeds a preset value or not is judged, and under the condition that the number of times does not exceed the set value, the bucket 300 is controlled to move to the target channel again, and the information of the to-be-delivered drugs in the target channel is obtained through the second identification mechanism 340 again. Through the dispensing machine 010 of the embodiment, after each time the to-be-dispensed medicines of which the information is not matched with the information of the target medicines are conveyed to the recycling bin 500, whether the number of times of continuously recycling the medicines exceeds a preset value is determined, and if the number of times exceeds the preset value, it means that a plurality of medicines sequentially and adjacently placed in the target channel are not matched with the target medicines, it is possible that all the medicines in the channel 210 are not the target medicines, and there may be a medicine placement error in the whole target channel or a situation that an error is uploaded in a corresponding relationship between the medicines in the target channel and the target channel, and therefore, when the number of times of continuously recycling the medicines exceeds the preset value, the control device 600 does not control the bucket 300 to take the medicines from the target channel any more, and low medicine dispensing efficiency caused by the continuously wrong medicines due to the fact that all the medicines in the target channel are not matched with the target medicines is avoided. On the contrary, if the number of times of continuously transporting the to-be-delivered drugs in the target channel to the recycling bin 500 does not exceed the preset value, there is a possibility that several (or one) drugs at the front end of the target channel are placed incorrectly, and after several (or one) drugs are transported to the recycling bin 500, the subsequent drugs can still be normally delivered to the user, so that the control device 600 controls the bucket 300 to take the drugs from the target channel again when determining that the number of times of continuously recycling the drugs does not exceed the preset value, thereby avoiding that the drugs required by the user cannot be delivered to the user due to the placement error of individual drugs in the target channel.
Further, the control device 600 is further configured to output alarm information of abnormal drug dispensing in the case that the number of times of continuously transporting the drugs to be dispensed in the target cargo channel to the recycling bin 500 exceeds a preset value. Specifically, the alarm information may be displayed on the touch screen 126, or sent out in the form of a warning sound through a speaker of the dispensing machine 010, or sent to a server in communication connection with the dispensing machine 010 or a mobile terminal held by a maintenance person through a communication interface of the dispensing machine 010.

Therefore, the identity information of the user, the prescription image, the image of the medicine to be delivered in the target goods channel and the corresponding relation among the user identity information, the prescription image, the image of the medicine to be delivered in the target goods channel can be stored, so that subsequent calling is facilitated, and tracking management of the medicine is achieved. The control device 600 obtains the identity information of the medicine taking user through the identity recognition mechanism 122, and the storage device may be a memory provided in the medicine dispenser 010 or a server in communication connection with the medicine dispenser 010.

controlling the first medicine conveying mechanism in the target cargo channel to convey the medicine to be delivered in the target cargo channel to the cargo bucket;
judging whether all the medicines contained in the prescription are taken out of the goods passage or not;
and under the condition that all the medicines contained in the prescription are taken out from the goods channel, the bucket is controlled to convey the received medicines to the transfer bin, and the second medicine conveying mechanism is controlled to convey the medicines received by the transfer bin to the delivery port.

and under the condition that all the medicines contained in the prescription are not taken out of the goods channel and the quantity of the medicines contained in the goods bucket does not reach the set value, controlling the goods bucket to continuously receive the medicines to be released.

The dispenser of claim 2, wherein the delivery device further comprises a transfer chamber drive mechanism, the transfer chamber being movable between a retracted position and an extended position by the transfer chamber drive mechanism, the transfer chamber being retracted below the shelf when the transfer chamber is in the retracted position, and the transfer chamber being extended out of the shelf and opposite the access opening when the transfer chamber is in the extended position; the transfer bin drive mechanism is electrically connected with the control device, and the control device is further configured to:

wherein, controlling the bucket to receive the to-be-delivered drugs in the target channel at least comprises the following steps: controlling the bucket to move to the target cargo channel and acquiring information of the medicine to be delivered in the target cargo channel through the second identification mechanism; judging whether the information of the to-be-delivered medicine in the target goods way is matched with the information of the target medicine or not; under the condition that the information of the medicines to be delivered in the target cargo channel is not matched with the information of the target medicines, controlling the delivery device to convey the medicines to be delivered in the target cargo channel to the recovery bin; and the medicine to be released in the target cargo channel is the medicine closest to the outlet of the cargo channel in the target cargo channel.
5. The dispensing machine according to claim 4, wherein the control device is specifically configured to control the bucket to receive the drug to be dispensed again in the target lane at least once by:
controlling the bucket to move to the target cargo channel and acquiring information of the medicine to be delivered in the target cargo channel through the second identification mechanism; judging whether the information of the to-be-delivered medicine in the target goods way is matched with the information of the target medicine or not; and under the condition that the information of the medicines to be delivered in the target cargo channel is not matched with the information of the target medicines, controlling the delivery device to convey the medicines to be delivered in the target cargo channel to the recovery bin, judging whether the number of times of continuously conveying the medicines to be delivered in the target cargo channel to the recovery bin exceeds a preset value, under the condition that the number of times does not exceed the preset value, controlling the cargo bucket to move to the target cargo channel again, and acquiring the information of the medicines to be delivered in the target cargo channel through the second identification mechanism.

The dispensing machine according to claim 5, wherein the control device is further configured to output an alarm message of abnormal dispensing of the medicine if the number of times of continuously transporting the medicine to be dispensed in the target cargo channel to the recycling bin exceeds the preset value.
