Abstract

The invention relates to a novel method and a system for measuring capacitance and current of a power distribution network, wherein the method comprises the following steps: s1, receiving the configured measuring mode by the capacitance current tester; s2, the capacitance current tester receives a control signal sent by a remote controller, and measures the capacitance current according to the control signal to obtain a measurement result; and S3, displaying and outputting the measurement result by the capacitance current tester. According to the invention, a 10kV voltage transformer is integrated in the tester, and the capacitance current is measured through the neutral point, so that the nonlinear error of the test result caused by using different voltage transformers is avoided. Meanwhile, the tester has an opening triangulation measurement function and a remote control measurement function, supports flexible selection of measurement modes, and is high in measurement efficiency and low in safety risk.

Novel power distribution network capacitance current measuring method and system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of automatic power test, and particularly relates to a novel method and system for measuring capacitance and current of a power distribution network.
Background
At present, a method for measuring capacitance and current of a power distribution network is mainly to measure by a capacitance and current tester from an opening triangle of a PT cabinet or from a neutral point of a main transformer (or a station transformer) and PT. The PT opening triangulation method needs to quit/recover related protection before and after measurement, also needs to quit a harmonic elimination resistor once to cause complicated operations such as PT power cut and transmission, and relates to the matching of a plurality of specialties such as operation, protection, metering and maintenance, the work task is heavy, the efficiency is low, and the distribution network capacitance current measurement of a transformer substation usually needs half a day or even one day.
The test person prefers to take the form of a measurement from the neutral point. At present, the instruments are not internally provided with a PT (potential transformer), but are configured by testers of a power supply bureau. Since the configured PTs are different, their characteristics will be different, thereby causing non-linear error of the test result. In addition, when the system is measured from the neutral point, if a single-phase earth fault occurs in the system, the neutral point voltage is increased to the phase voltage, so that the safety risk problem of work is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a novel method and a system for measuring the capacitance and current of a power distribution network. Meanwhile, the tester has an opening triangulation measurement function and a remote control measurement function, supports flexible selection of measurement modes, and is high in measurement efficiency and low in safety risk.
According to one aspect of the invention, the invention provides a novel method for measuring capacitance and current of a power distribution network, which comprises the following steps:
s1, receiving the configured measuring mode by the capacitance current tester;
s2, the capacitance current tester receives a control signal sent by a remote controller, and measures the capacitance current according to the control signal to obtain a measurement result;
and S3, displaying and outputting the measurement result by the capacitance current tester.
Preferably, the capacitance current tester is integrated with a 10kV voltage transformer, capacitance current is measured through a neutral point, the 10kV voltage transformer is an indoor JDZ10-10 voltage transformer, and the transformation ratio is 10kV: 100.
Preferably, the capacitance current tester has a PT open triangulation function and an output short circuit, output open circuit, zero sequence voltage anomaly determination function, and supports selection of a plurality of measurement modes, the plurality of measurement modes including: 1PT measurement in the machine, and 1PT, 3PT and 4PT measurement in the external connection.

Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a novel method for measuring capacitance and current of a power distribution network. As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a novel method for measuring capacitance and current of a power distribution network, which comprises the following steps:

In this step, the capacitance current tester has functions of PT open triangulation and output short circuit, output open circuit, zero sequence voltage anomaly determination, and supports selection of multiple measurement modes, including: 1PT measurement in the machine, and 1PT, 3PT and 4PT measurement in the external connection.
Before testing, a worker firstly configures a measuring mode of a capacitance current tester through a human-computer interface, wherein the maximum output testing current of the capacitance current tester is 1A, and the testing frequency is 12/180 Hz; the device has various test modes such as built-in 1PT, external 1PT, 3PT, 4PT and the like, the accuracy is +/-3%, the capacitance measurement range is 0.3-200 muF, and the capacitance current measurement range is 1-350A.
The capacitance current tester is integrated with a 10kV voltage transformer, capacitance current is measured through a neutral point, the 10kV voltage transformer is an indoor JDZ10-10 voltage transformer, and the transformation ratio is 10kV: 100.
A10 kV voltage transformer is integrated in a tester, and capacitance current is measured through a distribution network main transformer neutral point (or a station transformer neutral point), so that the nonlinear error of a test result caused by using different voltage transformers is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the capacitance current tester comprises a CPU control board, a working power supply circuit board, a power output circuit board, and a filtering/sampling circuit board, wherein a remote control receiving module, a control module, a liquid crystal display interface circuit, and a key interface circuit are integrated on the CPU control board, and the remote control receiving module is used for receiving a control signal of a remote controller; the working power supply circuit board, the power output circuit board and the filtering/sampling circuit board are positioned on different circuit boards.
And S2, the capacitance current tester receives the control signal sent by the remote controller, and measures the capacitance current according to the control signal to obtain a measurement result.
In the step, the tester is designed with a remote control function, and workers are completely removed out of the safety fence in the measurement operation process, and the instrument is controlled through a special remote controller, so that the whole process remote control measurement is realized.

As an example, the measurement procedure is as follows:
1. the current output end of the tester is connected with the PT open triangular end, and for a 4PT wiring mode system, the current output end of the tester is connected with the N-L end.

3. Rotating the mouse to move the cursor to the setting position, and pressing the confirm key to enter the setting menu. And according to menu options, selecting the correct PT variable ratio according to determination, storing the set variable ratio value and starting measurement.
4. After the measurement is completed, the instrument displays the test result in the middle of the screen.
5. And storing the measured data. And selecting to store, and entering a state of storing the measured data. And selecting to print, and automatically printing the measurement result by the instrument.
According to the invention, a 10kV voltage transformer is integrated in the tester, and the capacitance current is measured through the neutral point, so that the nonlinear error of the test result caused by using different voltage transformers is avoided. Meanwhile, the tester has an opening triangulation measurement function and a remote control measurement function, supports flexible selection of measurement modes, and is high in measurement efficiency and low in safety risk.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the novel power distribution network capacitance current measurement system of the invention. As shown in fig. 4, the present invention further provides a novel system for measuring capacitance and current of a power distribution network, wherein the system comprises a capacitance and current tester and a remote controller;
the capacitance current tester receives the configured measurement mode;
the capacitance current tester receives a control signal sent by a remote controller, and measures capacitance current according to the control signal to obtain a measurement result;
and the capacitance current tester displays and outputs the measurement result.
Preferably, the capacitance current tester is integrated with a 10kV voltage transformer, capacitance current is measured through a neutral point, the 10kV voltage transformer is an indoor JDZ10-10 voltage transformer, and the transformation ratio is 10kV: 100.
